Great local coffee spot! Decided on one of their holiday drinks- a brown sugar cinnamon latte and it was soo delicious. I love anything cinnamon, so this drink was right up my alley. Fingers crossed they add that drink to the year round menu. They also offer a range of different hot/iced drinks, with various syrup options so I'm sure you'll find something you like. Service was super kind, and the ambiance is perfect for studying/working from home. Lots of outlets, tables, and it's pretty quiet as well. Will definitely be back! read more

I am a longtime patron of Aspen coffee, and can tell you I absolutely love their quality & their service at other locations. However, this location is the absolute worst. The employees are very rude, and the beverages are not up to the Aspen standard. It's unfortunate because this location is not an accurate representation of the Aspen coffee, I know and love. However, after multiple experiences at this location, I can say it is consistently poor service and quality here. read more

Good customer service. Even though most of the staff was college-age, the place seemed to run smoothly. We actually came here to picked up a bag of their coffee after discovering how good it was from a place at brunch. And it's called Toasted Almond. Since we're here, I went ahead and got their chai. Decent Coffee. Poor quality food. Coffee has good flavor and has been made well. Food is not as advertised (burrito didn't come with hashbrowns and the Nutella toast was literally Nutella slathered on a piece of toast with none of the seeds or toppings on it that were advertised). Also, they just microwave their burritos warm so it's not like it's made fresh or anything. The workers seemed pretty nice but when I showed them the Nutella toast they just said they don't carry the stuff for the toppings anymore. If you don't have it- don't advertise it. Manager or owner needs to fix some things. Decent coffee that I would recommend but would say skip the "food". read more

Chai tea latte (iced or hot) from here is my favorite out of any place in the city. Drive through can take a hot minute sometimes but worth it for the chai. Ive only ever see the young staff by themselves but that just makes them even more impressive to run a tight ship themselves. They're always kind, smiles and chatty to customers and one another, makes for a light atmosphere perfect for a little coffee place! read more

The first time I walked into the new Aspen Coffee in Edmond, OK I think I died and went straight to heaven. The smell of the freshly brewed coffee when I walked through the glass doors was out of this world. Even if you aren't a coffee person, Aspen is for you! Try a Moab smoothie or an iced chai tea latte. They have amazing breakfast burritos, tasty pastries, and fresh lunch options like sandwiches and salads. When I walked into the new Aspen I was immediately intrigued by the white booths and how bright this Aspen Coffee is. Each booth has an outlet, which makes for a perfect work station. Aspen Coffee on 2nd is the perfect place for that morning cup of Joe on the go because they have a drive thru! One of my favorite things about Aspen Coffee Co. is the people that work there. Whether I am in Edmond, Oklahoma, or Stillwater, Oklahoma, the hospitality of the employees is evident to all of the customers. Ask them what their favorite drink is! Aspen Coffee Company is one of my favorite coffee shops in the 405 and I'm so glad they opened a second location in Edmond. Make sure and grab a mondo iced coffee with a scoop of chai. I've been to this Aspen Coffee location a number of times before heading in to work. In those visits, Aspen has been consistent in many things, both good and bad. The good: The staff is great. Every time I've come in, they've been extremely pleasant and helpful. Also, they have these kolaches that are amazing. They use croissant/puff pastry instead of regular kolache dough. I'm no baker or expert on breads and such, but dat dough doe... The bad: While their espresso is fine, I mainly have a problem with their milk drinks. I'll usually order a latte, so I expect there to be a small layer of foam on top of my drink. When I get my drink, it usually has a giant layer of foam on top, which would make it something closer to a cappuccino. And it's not even microfoam at that. It's just big, frothy bubbles that leave a giant amount of space at the top of the drink. This makes it feel like you're getting gypped with the amount that you're paying for. Furthermore, they steam the milk to match the temperature of the sun. Each time I've gotten a drink from them, I've suffered second-degree burns. I mean, I get that you're using styrofoam and that it prevents the transfer of heat better than paper, but geez! I've gotten in the habit of just taking the lid off immediately after I get the drink so it'll be drinkable by the time I get to work. Finally, styrofoam. Really? Why not go the more biodegradable route with paper cups? I get that the world is screwed and that we'll all be swimming in trash eventually, but why not only make it the next two generations that have to deal with it instead of the next ten? Bonus!! The ugly: Papyrus. I thought we were better than that, but apparently Aspen doesn't care about fonts like I do. But let's be real, only a handful of people care about fonts like I do. There are dozens of us! Dozens!! Despite my complaints, Aspen is still where I go to grab some coffee before work when I don't have time to make my own, but it's a reluctant choice at this point. read more

I love me some granita and chainana but for some reason, every time I've visited this location, the drinks have tasted off. I can't really describe it but something about the recipe felt different. I know for sure during one visit through the drive thru, the machine wasn't even freezing the drink so I was presented with a drippy/melted version. They did compensate with a 10 star punched card so kudos to them. Overall, I'm still a fan of Aspen. I really wish they had invested in better seating and most diverse hours. The 15th st location is still my go to but I'm glad they're doing well and expanding so more people can experience their deliciousness! And props on the drive thru -- truly helps with the convenience of the location! read more

I'm not one to leave reviews but I had a wonderful experience in the drive thru this morning. The girl running the cashier was so nice. Where usually people would shut the drive thru window while my coffee was being made, she sat there and asked me questions about my job, how I like it and then told me some stories about her friends. It passed the time while waiting for my coffee and started my morning off on a positive note. I should have asked for her name so I could include it on this review but I forgot to ask. I typically love Aspen coffee. It is on the best coffee and Edmond. It has a chill vibe. However in the last few months every time I go they get my order wrong. I always ask for iced coffee and never get ice. I kind of laughed it off the first five times. But it happened again today. When I say something to them nicely they look at me with a blank stare. I've gone to aspen for awhile now, I've had no problems with the Aspen on 15th street, however the Aspen on second street I would not recommend this location. I've gone through the drive through and they've given me 3 wrong food orders on multiple occasions. I will now not go to that aspen. I wasn't informed I would need to check my food every time after I've ordered. 0/10. read more
