When walking here…read moreevery time, I swear, it feels like I'm stumbling on buried treasure with a sweet and smoky coffee delight-hot or iced- at the end of my travels as my reward. It's the small things in life sometimes. The coffee's always on point--I've never had a bad cup-and their Moonmilk is a sweet little indulgence (I get just a splash, or it outshines the smoky brew). The chorizo burrito? A breakfast miracle and one of my most favs you can find in Edmond. I come for that alone sometimes if I'm needing a breakfast on the run with my cup of Joe. The Summer Moon team is quick with a warm friendly hello, the service is quick, and honestly, who needs a drive-thru when the vibes inside are this good? My only complaint? I wish I could get a smaller container of Moonmilk to go. I never finish the standard size takeout option and I wish I could get a mini size to go-I HATE to waste it. From the conversations happening around me, it seemed like a lot of people were there for business meetings or work-related discussions, so it definitely feels like the kind of coffee shop where people come for business or to catch up with friends. The drink menu is pretty extensive, with hot and cold options including coffees and teas. The food selection is more limited, but they had huge scones, hand pies, and energy balls. I ordered the lemon ginger latte and a pack of three energy balls. The latte was really good: sweetened just right, served at the perfect temperature, and not overpowering. The energy balls were filling and had the right amount of chocolate chips and coconut shreds. The biggest downside was the wait time. It felt like I waited around 15 to 20 minutes for my latte, and when it was finally ready, they asked if I had received my energy balls yet. I had not, so they gave them to me then. That was a little frustrating because I had just come from the airport, was hungry, and had not had breakfast or coffee yet. Another issue was that the bathrooms had low water pressure while I was there, so I could not properly wash my hands or use the restroom, which was inconvenient. Overall, the coffee and snacks were very good, but the slow service and bathroom issue took away from the experience.
