She has expansive knowledge of the products she offers and is open for suggestions on what products to add to the stock. She also has great suggestions on other sustainable products/brands not available in her store. She keeps the area so clean and is willing to help you out if you have any questions. I am so glad this community has a store like this that is focused on ethical consumption. Will be going back when I need a refill!
