I usually use the self checkout to avoid having to talk with anyone. I'd rather bag my own groceries. The store is always clean and the shelves are pretty neat, stocked, and clean. The employees will hep you with anything you ask about. It's in a nice area where there's other good stores around.

One of my favorite things about Lolli is that they hand-make fresh cotton candy and CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES in the store!!! So yummy! The staff is so friendly and educated on the many different types of candies- they will even give a tour to first time guests through the three different rooms (chocolate, Wonka, and gummy room). They always have a smile on their face! Everytime I walk in they are ready to point me in the directions of my favorites and invite me to try something new!! Once i returned to the store I was greeted by Christopher, he assisted me greatly on my quest to find my phone, his calm behavior was a huge asset when searching for an important missing item! The Lady named Sisley or Cisley, her personality was amazing very upbeat and i checked out at the self checkout, come to find out, I left my phone in my shopping basket, and she found it after i left and proceeded to secure it for safety.
