I had a really good experience here. They were friendly and made a great drink suggestion. There's not too big of a menu but most of the optiona looked amazing so I had a hard time deciding. I went with the checkout girl's suggestion of the tropical dragon twist smoothie. It was better than comeptitors for sure. If I was the owner or even the manager of this placed I would be mortified to know how this place is run, how customers are treated, and how they make drinks. The two male employees were yelling at each other and arguing. I placed an online order 30 mins ago and I come in and they said,"that just came in". How is that possible? I placed it 30 mins ago? How did they just get the order? There were 3 other gentlemen ahead of me who came for pick up and they didn't have their orders ready either. The employees weren't apologetic or empathetic. They just yelled at each other. They were rude to me and other customers, having an attitude, rolling their eyes. I feel bad the one guy seemed new and the other male was yelling at him telling him he's dumb and to "come on" etc. Plus to top of off they made everyone's drink a large to make up for it and bumped mine from a medium to a small. Thanks I have a severe strawberry allergy. They handled my drink with no care. I didn't want to risk an epipen shot and go to the ER tonight. I gave my drink to my daughter. This was hands down the worst Jamba Juice location I've ever been. I lived in California for 25 years and just moved here and I'm mortified this is the only close location to me. I'm honestly cutting ties with Jamba Juice and going to Smoothie King the gentlemen in line said it is far better and cleaner and nicer employees. I won't get Jamba Juice til I visit home in California I guess. I'm was a manager for 3 years for a food place and if these two were my employees they would be fired on the spot no questions asked. Terrible service. We waited for at least 20 minutes probably more like 30 minutes. There was a lady in front of us and we walked in at the same time as her and she got her smoothies upgraded and we waited just as long and didn't get any upgrades. There were 5 or 6 workers in there just standing around and they didn't seem to care about how long we had been waiting. So I got the tropical and it was normal until I discovered they put rotten bananas in the bottom of my bowl. This is disgusting and not good service. It was only until after I ate it that I realized it was a rotten banana that I just ate. And there were others too. It looked mushy, yellow and green and it even was mushy when I put it in my mouth. I was up in the edmond area and decided to stop and treat myself to a smoothie, especially since the smoothie choices are so limited here... I ordered an orange dream machine with raspberries and received a giant cup of orange juice pretty much. There were 3 employees present who seemed they didn't want to be there. Two females and a male who they told to make my smoothie. He obviously missed several ingredients and "blended" it for 3 seconds. No joke, it wasn't even smoothie consistency and was a giant cup of OJ with a few measly chunks of ice. Pretty annoyed I spent that much for a cup of juice. I didn't even bother going back inside because the employees' attitudes were less than interested in being there, let alone even caring about customer service or the quality of their products. Good hardworking people! The customer service is excellent and the response time is quick and concise. Both workers had a smile on their face when greeting me and my fiance. Now onto their products, I am always impressed with their peanut butter and banana protein they make but today they absolutely knocked it out of the park! It was blended well and they included all the add-ons as well! The mango a go-go for my fiance was delicious she said, "just the right pick me up this morning." Unfortunately I had the worst customer service experience with the supervisor on duty and the other employee. When I entered Jamba to pick up my drink and the supervisor on duty did not greet or welcome. The staff was not friendly and looked annoyed and unhappy. The supervisor was hostile and angry when I asked why the drink was in a small container. She was abrupt and crude when communicating. I spent over 30 minutes driving to the Jamba location in Edmond plus another 20 attempting to resolve the matter. After I had enough, I asked for a refund. The supervisor on duty called the manager, Megan. Over the phone, Megan was insulting and made accusation of abusing the system by wanting something for nothing l. Although I paid for my drink with extra ingredients via mobile order. Megan was very inappropriate, unprofessional and did not focus on resolving the matter. Instead she attempted to reprimand me over the phone. At this point all I needed was a refund. The worst customer experience ever. Plus, I am waiting for a refund. read more

Just recently became a fan of Jamba Juice. I've been trying to eat better and smoothies are at the top of my list for a quick & healthy lunch. The Jamba Juice on 33rd & Broadway is close to work, easy to get in & out of and delicious! I've gotten the Apple's n Greens which is apples, strawberry, mango, banana & Kale. The other good one is the Kale-ribbean Breeze which has mango, passion fruit, chia seeds & kale. Also very good! I'm a tall guy so I tend to eat a lot. The large size seems steep for a smoothie but if you consider it an actual meal, it's very reasonably priced. The staff have always been very friendly & offered to make me a new smoothie if I didn't like it. That's never been necessary though. No food poisoning to speak of...winning! read more
