I was up in the edmond area and decided to stop and treat myself to a smoothie, especially since the smoothie choices are so limited here... I ordered an orange dream machine with raspberries and received a giant cup of orange juice pretty much. There were 3 employees present who seemed they didn't want to be there. Two females and a male who they told to make my smoothie. He obviously missed several ingredients and "blended" it for 3 seconds. Unfortunately I had the worst customer service experience with the supervisor on duty and the other employee. When I entered Jamba to pick up my drink and the supervisor on duty did not greet or welcome. The staff was not friendly and looked annoyed and unhappy. The supervisor was hostile and angry when I asked why the drink was in a small container. She was abrupt and crude when communicating. I spent over 30 minutes driving to the Jamba location in Edmond plus another 20 attempting to resolve the matter. After I had enough, I asked for a refund. The supervisor on duty called the manager, Megan. Over the phone, Megan was insulting and made accusation of abusing the system by wanting something for nothing l. Although I paid for my drink with extra ingredients via mobile order. Megan was very inappropriate, unprofessional and did not focus on resolving the matter.
