Needed my boba fix and wanted to try somewhere new! It's definitely not the best boba I've had if I'm being completely honest, but it's decent. The cashier was kind and offered some suggestions since it was my first time there. I stuck with the basics and decided to just have a jasmine green milk tea with small pearls. It was quite expensive, about $6.50. I also got 75% sweet & thought it wasn't overly sweet. I probably would've enjoyed 50% too. They have a brown sugar series for any of you sweet tooth lovers! The service was extremely fast, my drink was ready in two minutes tops! They share the plaza with other businesses, so it's a tiny parking lot but it's convenient if you're just there in and out.

My favorite boba & smoothie place. Sometimes it's quick and sometimes there is a wait. But it's worth the wait. I love Trying new flavors. The coloda matcha is really good. I love how the honeydew smoothie is so light ,sweet and refreshing!

What can I say? I am at a Teapioca Lounge various times a week. Their Mangonada is by far my favorite. Try with the mango jelly and it is even better. Love the Tamarindo chili straw too. And remember to download the app for bonus ,rewards and cool stuff.

***edit: I wrote the original review soon after arriving bc I was so pleased with what I found. I had to leave while studying because the employees turned the music up in the lobby to the point I couldn't hear my own music in my headphones?? It was 3 hours before closing. So it went from 5 stars to 3 for me. Came here at random to get some studying in. There are a lot of drink options to choose from and the barista was very helpful walking me through the process of ordering-- I love that I get to choose the sweetness level. And when I asked about wifi he talked to someone else and showed me their free wifi option. Everyone is super nice, it's very clean, and there is comfortably and trendy furniture for the customers. Prices were a little high but for a regular smoothie without add ons it was around $7 so not bad. Definitely recommend!

Chocolate smoothie & Coconut milk boba madness yesterday

We've been going to Teapioca Lounge at the Asian District for years until we recently discovered there are now more shops in OKC and this one at Penn. Is kind of closer to our house. We dropped in yesterday and then again today. The young man that took care of us remembers my husband right away and asked if he would like his chocolate smoothie again (he has ordered only chocolate smoothies from the other store for the past 2 years now and decided to change things up today so I found it a little amusing). This shop has the exact same drinks and possibly the same desserts (I'm not sure as we've never had it) but with the newer and fresher looking store I guess we'll come here more often from now. Great drinks as always too and according to the husband, he thinks the drinks are actually better made here.

I love this place because they have fresh fruit drinks. I always got my durian smoothie or avocado smoothie.

Look from outside feels like small shop but after going in to store it a big space shop feel comfortable. Drink taste good and nice employee, I will back again and try mango green tea.

OK, I actually really love the drinks. I came here to say the customer service is absolutely atrocious. I have had my drink messed up multiple times and just politely asked for it to be fixed. Once, they have argued with me and I have had to ask for a manager in order for my drink to be fixed because they didn't hear me correctly at the register, their words not mine. Today however I watched them pick on probably a 14-year-old boy about his drink order because they did not hear him correctly; with masks and blenders both in effect at the same time I can understand this. What I cannot understand is being so rude when you work in customer service and refusing to fix his drink. I hate to be a Karen, but I almost jumped for joy when the kids father came back inside to have them correct his drink. Your only job is to make drinks and be nice to people, especially other nice people.

Love our drinks!! So delicious! The place is cute and spacious. Customer service is great. Unique and wide selection of drinks. Will definitely come back for more!!

I crafted my own tea here. The staff was helpful with recommendations. Great place to sit down and get some work done. Would come back.

But i was most impressed with their service. The gentleman at the counter was super knowledgable about their selection, their pour over processes, and helpful. The selection of music in the place is calming jazz which i absolutely loved. You could come here and hear yourself think or talk. It was clean and well laid out. Only issue was it was "cozy." Not a knock on overall rating, but definitely not a place to curl up and read a book which is what i like. But it is great for getting some work done or having a meeting.

I stopped by Tawbi Coffee in Oklahoma City on a Thursday morning around 9:30. I was surprised to…read moresee that it was still fairly busy, with plenty of tables already filled. From the conversations happening around me, it seemed like a lot of people were there for business meetings or work-related discussions, so it definitely feels like the kind of coffee shop where people come for business or to catch up with friends. The drink menu is pretty extensive, with hot and cold options including coffees and teas. The food selection is more limited, but they had huge scones, hand pies, and energy balls. I ordered the lemon ginger latte and a pack of three energy balls. The latte was really good: sweetened just right, served at the perfect temperature, and not overpowering. The energy balls were filling and had the right amount of chocolate chips and coconut shreds. The biggest downside was the wait time. It felt like I waited around 15 to 20 minutes for my latte, and when it was finally ready, they asked if I had received my energy balls yet. I had not, so they gave them to me then. That was a little frustrating because I had just come from the airport, was hungry, and had not had breakfast or coffee yet. Another issue was that the bathrooms had low water pressure while I was there, so I could not properly wash my hands or use the restroom, which was inconvenient. Overall, the coffee and snacks were very good, but the slow service and bathroom issue took away from the experience.

Well, 85°C didn't live up to the hype. The bread prices are fantastic, so if I needed to bring a…read morebunch of snacks to an event, I'd consider it--but overall, everything was too sweet. They also wouldn't heat up the savory bun, which was disappointing. It would've been much better warm, but the cashier said no and clearly didn't care. Service was speedy, but our cashier was unfriendly. The coffee was overpriced and too sweet, and it needed stirring--but you can't stir it with the boba lid. On top of that, we had to order coffee separately and pay twice, which felt inconvenient. Even after ordering at the kiosk, our hot coffee somehow came out iced... oops. (Yes, it clearly says iced on the receipt - so obviously we missed something.) We also had to clean our own table, even though it wasn't busy. There seems to be a lot of variety at first glance, but if you look closely, it's mostly the same bread--lots of red bean. On the plus side, there's lots of natural light and plenty of seating (at least when it's not busy). Overall, a bit disappointed. The prices lured us in, but this won't be a routine stop for us. It doesn't hold a candle to Tous Les Jours.

Finally, a top-tier Asian bakery in OK!…read more If you live in Oklahoma, you know the struggle: there aren't many options for authentic Asian pastries, and even fewer that actually thrive. 85°C Bakery Cafe is a breath of fresh air and easily one of the better spots in the area. You can really tell everything is baked fresh that morning. The textures are spot on--soft, airy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Their drink menu is near-perfection. Both the Milk Tea and Thai Tea taste incredibly authentic, which is hard to find around here. They aren't just sugar-bombs; you can actually taste the quality of the tea. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is a safety concern for those with allergies. Unlike Tous Les Jours, which clearly lists ingredients/allergens by each pastry, 85°C is a bit more vague at the display. As someone who has to be careful about what's in my food, I'd love to see them adopt a more transparent labeling system so I don't have to guess or ask for every item. The Verdict: Delicious, fresh, and a must-visit for your pastry fix. Just be cautious if you have specific dietary restrictions!
