Just went in there to get a smoothie with my friend and the girl that helped us did not even greet us. yes, we went in there at 8:55 before close but coming from someone that worked at restaurants and been working in customer service, that's a HUGE DEAL. can't forget to mention that she didn't make eye contact with us, throwing the scoop in the sink, and there was another customer that came in a minute before closing at 8:59 and she told him they're close. These are my absolute favorite smoothies! They are blended to perfection and I've never had a bad one! I love their kale mango and just tried their kiwi breeze (subbed frozen yogurt for the whey protein) and it was delicious as well. Their 20oz is filling but their 32 oz is ebough for an all day sip. I love their app and they have great deals here and there. Their employees are always super friendly and ready to help. This last time my smoothie came up short and before I went to get it the girl mentioned it and asked if i wanted it Re-made (which i decline bc it wasn't too far off) and that's amazing customer service! read more

I worked at this location for 9 months and suffered verbal abuse almost everyday and was not paid my promised amount. The manager would force us to call him the owner when he has no ownership of this store but his parents do. I started in late January and became a shift lead in late May. I started off with being paid $11 but when I was promoted it was supposed to be bumped up to $12. I didn't receive my raise until September and I was promised on multiple occasions, I'd be paid what I'm owed. This never happened. The "owner" kept telling me that he was working on getting me a check for what I'm owed but by the time I quit in late September I had never received it. The "owner" made my life a living hell at every turn he could because I was the only person who knew that he had sexually assaulted one of his employees. On several occasions I would be woken up to phone calls on my days off to be yelled at over minor things, even during work. The worst it got was when the "owner" called me during my shift and screamed at me for over 8 minutes over a minor situation. I was relatively popular at this store, knowing almost every customers name and would get to know them. read more

Styrofoam cups a essential to keeping a smoothie cold & frozen! Years ago I tried a strawberry smoothie that was extremely sugar sweet. I decided to give smoothie king a try after 10 years. I'm so glad I did. The apple kiwi kale was just what i was looking for. I substituted the banana for mango . The veggie seasalt chips were great. We went here for a smoothie this morning for my daughter. They were supposed to be open at 7 and we got there at 8 and were greeted by a gentleman who I assume is the owner/manager. He apologized that someone didn't show up for work that day and it would take them a little longer to open. At that point we were going to leave and he offered that we go to his other store a few miles out of the way. I wasn't going to do this, but he said he would call ahead and tell them to give us two free smoothies! I think that was such a kind gesture that he definitely didn't have to do so I knew I had to take him up on that. So we went a little out of our way and my daughter got her free smoothie and loved it. I will definitely be giving them more business in the future! I loved Smoothie King in Arkansas and I love them in Oklahoma. I feel like their Smoothie stress what a Smoothie is suppose to be: HEALTHY! Smoothie King uses real ingredients such as fruit abs vegetables. Today I got the mango kale smoothie and I subbed the banana with strawberries which is yummy and healthy. She asked if I wanted them sweetened and I replied no. I love the taste of this Smoothie even though it was a word color (brown). Because yellow, red and green make what? BROWN! Yes, brown would be the natural color. No preservatives, no dyes, no yucky stuff. They also have an app where you earn free or reduced price smoothies. read more

I love Smoothie King and they are the only place I'd go to for smoothies. I like the Caribbean Way in 32 ounces. I drink every last bit because it's delicious. On Friday's they have a special where the 32 oz is only $5! I also download the app and you get points for your purchase and freebies on your birthday. This location is the better one because the workers are friendly and the restaurant is squeaky clean. I'm a regular here and I'm not afraid to admit it. Give it a try! Best smoothies in town. Friendliest staff around. The manager is always super helpful and goes above and beyond. I am disabled and I order my smoothie on the app and call when I get there. They always bring it out in a timely manner snd are so kind in the process. The only place I'll go for a smoothie. Taste is always consistent. Same goes for the the thickness of the smoothie . I'm originally from Louisiana so I basically grew up with Muscle Punches and Power Punches. They are not the healthiest smoothies out there because they are loaded with sugar and more sugar! I tried a "skinny" version once and it was super bland. Don't do it. Get the original deal and be happy you did. Just remember to work off the unnecessary calories after the fact. No matter which Smoothie King location I go to, every smoothie is made the same way. The taste does not change at any time. The Edmond location is the closest location to my home and I try to grab one of their smoothies when I am in the area. read more

I'm really excited to have found this place. The service was fast and the place was clean. When there aren't a lot of healthy and fast options in Edmond it's nice to have an alternative. Their menu is pretty extensive and has lots of different kinds of fruit to add. They even have mangosteen! I enjoyed the chocolate slim shake and added fresh strawberries. It definitely hit the spot and I could not finish the 20 ounces. There aren't a lot of non-dairy options available though the associate offered to leave out the dairy. She explained that almond milk is the only alternative but I believe that it cost extra. I hope some day they get coconut milk. Besides smoothies they have a modest selection of protein powders and nutrition bars. I'll be back to try more for sure! read more

They're rewards program is amazing, so be sure to get the app and get credit for your visits plus lots of promo coupons. Owner screamed at me in front of other customers for asking him to honor a coupon his business issued me January 10, 2020, that says it was good for 30 days. Way to lose a customer that comes every day over a dollar coupon that YOU issued me. I think he could have had a more professional response, especially as the owner. read more

Hopefully this goes to Justin (the manager per the associate). I have experienced less than acceptable service at your location before, but today tops them all. I called 15 minutes ahead of time to place my order. When I pulled in there were no other customers, only me. I walked in and was greeted. I watched your associate finish making her smoothie. No big deal. Finish and then help me. While she was making the smoothie another associate came out, piddled around and then went back into the back of the store. All without acknowledging me or offering to cash me out. Switch back to first associate who just finished that first smoothie. She started on another smoothie. All while I am still standing there just waiting to be checked out. With no other customers in the building. Just me. I had to literally ask her if she cared to cash me out so I could take my already made smoothie and leave. What in the world? She looked at me like she didn't understand that I was standing there to check out. I guess she thought I was just standing there to stare at her while she made smoothies and then maybe I would leave? I guess I am extremely confused on what customer service means for your store. All I did was order a smoothie and try to pay for it. It's a good thing there are other stores in the Edmond area.
