We've been loyal for years to another well-known grocer but after relocating, we decided to visit Natural Grocers. WOW! First of all, I must say that when I walked into the store I inhaled deeply because it smells really great from the essential oil scented products. The fruits and vegetables are arranged beautifully and are generally priced well - some are a bit high but we do have a lot of choices about where we buy these items. Most are typical pricing. It is interesting to see the variety of products available: bulk nuts & grains, large selection of meats, canned goods, fermented and pickled items, and all the other products you'd expect from a grocer. There are many new-to-us products which pique curiosity. The BEST section is the HUGE supplement area! WOW! No more hunting online for X, Y, and Z....Natural Grocers has everything stocked. So I will admit I am a millennial for what it's worth. With that said it's only been as of late that I've started to focus more on organic food/drink. I'd say I buy 50-60 % organic stuff. This place has it all from fresh produce to an area in the back for classes or what not to all the natural vitamins under the sun. Though like any organic place you will pay for it pretty good, though that's up to you to decide if it's worth it. I simply love the location, and the service is always friendly when in need. They also have weekly deals in their magazine at the door. Y'all need to stumble in if your around and give this a try at least. I think you'll like what you see! read more

After shopping a bit, I asked an employee what time it was (in which in that moment I knew I had stayed past closing). I was in Edmond picking up a chandelier that I was buying through Marketplace. I was suffering with a combination of menopause symptoms and pain. Chance or maybe Chase was extremely understanding and helpful as I spent about 5 minutes explaining what I have been experiencing and what may be causing it. I came to Natural Grocers for the first time the other day and I am impressed! The store is squeaky clean, and all of the products were neatly stacked facing one way on the shelves. I was looking for a few specific products and they were super easy to find. Natural Grocers is equivalent to grocery stores heaven. They are the nicest grocery store I have been to. Check-out was super quick even with one cashier and three people in line including myself. I am definitely coming back to shop more and recommend them to everyone. read more

Immaculately clean. The best customer service! Parsa is the best. He always greets me with a smile. If you can't find something, they offer to order it for you. They call you as soon as it comes in. Came here looking for a specific Kind bar. They did not have the one I was looking for,however they had a large selection and was very happy with the flavor I left the store with(dark chocolate w chile ). The store looked orderly and the cashier was very friendly and all smiles. Next time when I have more time I will scope out the store more. Selection: 5 stars. They have most of my favorites and I'm loving new discoveries each time I visit. They didn't have my favorite Numi tea, but offered to stock it, and call me when it comes in. Service: 3.5 stars. 1st time, the young male cashier slammed my apples like he'd never handled produce before. The two employees that helped on my second visit were great. Layout: 3 stars. Packaged ramen noodles were separate from other Asian-style noodles and dinner kits. Very odd. The guidance signage is too small. Other items did not seem logically located. Price: 5 stars. We just moved into the deer creek/Edmond area and have visited this NG a couple times now. They have everything I'm looking for from natural deodorants and shampoos to organic nitrite/nitrate free bacon. The prices are great especially compared to the other natural markets in Oklahoma. They pretty much carry everything you need here. I get my toiletries, vitamins (if I forget to order online since the prices here aren't bad), baby food, and our main bulk of groceries here. read more

This place is great. It has all your organic and natural needs. They offer gluten free, soy free, dairy free, egg free, sugar free, and vegan options. Which is really great for me because my daughter is allergic to *everything*. There is also a nice selection of bulk herbs and spices, vitamins and oils, and essential oils as well. They pretty much have everything you need. I will say the meat section is on the small side if you're comparing them to other places like Whole Foods or Sprouts. But everything else they offer and the service makes up for it. read more

My favorite local health food store that originates from Colorado. I'm glad to see them bringing stores to Oklahoma as well. Their produce departments are never large or expansive as a regular grocery store, but they have enough for the basics. I mainly shop for specialty items. Personal care, vitamins, herbs, bulk, frozen, etc. A definite regular! read more

This place used to be pretty good until they got a new staff. Now I feel quite uncomfortable any time I go in there as I've noticed the new cashiers are pretentious and cold to the women and quite flirtatious with the men. Crest foods has a wider selection of organic produce and is a far more pleasant grocery shopping experience. read more

I don't know what I did before this store came along. Awesome products for specialty diets; paleo, primal, organic, gluten-free, and the dreaded vegan ;) are all catered to. Options GALORE. Prices are also very reasonable, especially for the quality you are getting. Much cheaper than Sprouts on most items, and much MUCH cheaper than Whole Foods (Whole Paycheck) on EVERYTHING. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and most are extremely knowledgeable about anything they sell. I go at least weekly! Usually more often. read more

Pretty great selection, moderate-expensive on price..I'd say somewhere between sprouts and whole foods. But if you live a natural lifestyle, you know most things are not cheap so it's not too unexpected. I'd come again for produce, dairy, meat, and specials. Great natural food store that actually walks the walk. Natural grocers has a real commitment to wholesome, natural, and organic foods, and not just to greewashing gimmicks that squeeze some extra profit out of unsuspecting consumers. ALL organic produce that's well-stocked and with nice variety. A huge variety of organics in their bulk foods section saves money over packaged goods. An herbal products and supplements section that makes others pale in comparison. Good prices, for the quality. And staff that actually seems pleased to be at work! I was looking forward to really loving this place but coming from Chicago with so many options I was not as impressed. The food is overpriced. I found similar products in other stores in the area which were cheaper. The produce seems limited and the staff weren't as helpful. read more
