I had been seeing the viral French fruit pastries all over social media and knew I HAD to try them myself (plus my mini me for a girls day)! I was a little skeptical to be honest, thinking they were too pretty to really taste THAT good. But these things get the full 5 stars from me. They all tasted as good as they looked - and we did try them ALL! We tried the pear, the coconut, the raspberry, the mango, and the cheescake. Everything they had in the display for the day we went. They were all unique, but delicious, and it was impossible to choose a favorite. I already know when I go back I will be buying another round of one of everything. We also tried the pineapple jasmine cloud drink. My daughter didn't care for it, but I loved it. Light, slightly sweet, very refreshing. The store itself is very pristinely clean and tastefully decorated. Very bright (great lighting for Yelp pics!) And on top of everything else, the service was great too! We walked in and the two ladies at the counter pulled out a bunch of bows and asked Suri if she wanted to pick one for herself. They also walked all the items to the table, gave me a complimentary bottle of water, and packaged all of our leftovers for us to take home. Even though it's counter service, they waited on me like it was table service. Even though he got to eat all of my leftovers, my husband was jealous I went without him. This is an easy 5 stars. The service was very good, extremely friendly and welcoming. Minimal wait time granted we were the only ones there. We ordered a pineapple jasmine cloud (drink) that is light and refreshing. And two pastries: French cheesecake and the raspberry. The presentation is immaculate for all of their sweets. They just look perfect, you almost don't want to eat them. But when we started to dig into them they were soft and easy to eat with a fork, and tasted about as good as you can imagine if not better. The cheesecake was creamy with a bit of crunch from the nuts on the outside, and is the best tasting cheesecake I've ever had. The raspberry was a decadent chocolate mouse desert with a tart raspberry jam filling. Neither desert was too sweet, or filling, just light, creamy, and delicious. Part of me is in shock by how good this place is, but now that I know I desperately want to see this place succeed and stick around. Beautiful deserts like what Leko Patisserie offers come at a premium cost, high expectations and invite the consumer to slow down and experince the creation visually and with the olfactory senses. A fresh and mostly fruits theme is apparent when looking at these deserts. With such offerings as a desert that looks like a yuzu fruit, mango or even a giant raspberry. The service was incredible, staff calm and detailed as well as a detailed rotating menu that explains each layer behind the staff on a screen. Ambiance wise clean, relaxing, not too many competing noises, nothing loud, customers even seemed to speak quietly as a reaction to the design of the shop. This I found to make this location pleasant. While I do plan to visit again and try more as they have more offerings I have to say I was disappointed with a few things. I chose the rose and coconut desert as well as to get a coconut milk late. First up the late. It was well made, basic, no option to sweeten, espresso was the main flavor and the coconut milk weekend that some. There was nothing stand out about the late. Even though they blend thier own coconut milk the coconut flavor was disappointingly unapparent. That being said the shop did provide a great ratio of milk to espresso and the right amount of foam. Temperature was luke warm which is unusual for a hot late, not bad just unexpected. I'd like to try thier coconut milk in something else as espresso is such a strong flavor it just took right over. Next up the rose lychee desert. Texture wise it's mostly variations between a thick cream and thick custard with some very moist thing sponge cake and jam. Flavor wise the rose overpowers everything which is great if you love rose. Which I usually do. Plus it's mildly sweet which i love as that allows flavor to stand out Here is where it lost me there is an noticeable artifical sweetness and flavoring apparent throughout each and every bite. It leaves a lingering flavor on the pallette which I personally find off putting at best. The red fruit jam like thing in the middle very strongly had this flavor. For a premium desert represented as fresh I have an expectation to taste the joys of real fruit and fresh ingredients. Finally the coconut desert that sort of looks like a soft boiled egg on top. Very similar texture to the rose desert. The white part had a mild pleasant count taste. But the pineapple and I think passionfruit jams have that artifical sweetness and odd flavor to them. That again lingers in the pallete and on the tongue in an unsatisfying way. The jams also have such a strong flavor that they drown out all coconut flavor which was incredibly disappointing as a lover of coconut buying a coconut shaped desert my expectation was to be absolutely entranced in an overwhelming amount of coconut with a hint of the fruit flavors and not the other way around. Compared to other places in the greater okc metro Leko simply fell a bit short for me. That being said I actually still think the Instagramable experince alone is worth the trip. I feel the deserts are very close to being very good and balanced. For now I'm giving 3 stars. I hope when I go back the artifical flavor is less or gone. I will also make sure to try something else as I may have just picked the wrong thing. read more

I came in during their soft opening to order a couple of pastries to go to share. I left with the lychee rose, raspberry, and the Japanese yuzu. Their cakes are beautiful and delicate, and they definitely all offer something different! The raspberry cake was chocolately and velvety, perfect for those who prefer a little more richness but still not overly sweet. My favorite that I'd go back for is the Japanese yuzu! Perfectly citrusy and balanced, but I'm obsessed with yuzu flavored sweets to begin with. The rose lychee was delicious but we felt the floral notes overpowered the lychee, which isn't a bad thing if you love the strong floral hints. The man at the counter was very nice, and he was extremely careful in putting our cakes into the to go containers. The cakes are a bit pricey for their size, but this is understandable given the complexity of the cakes once you cut into one. We would definitely be back to try other flavors! read more
