Conveniently located in Moore amongst a ton of businesses, so that was a great plus for me while having other errands to run in the area. I think the employees assume that everyone who walks in knows how the Crumbl process works, so no one greeted me or anything. I was just kind of standing around until I asked, "do I have to place an order at the kiosk or something else?" Then someone finally offered me some assistance. The cookies are HUGE, which makes up for the costly dozen, $40 for 12 cookies. I would return to check out the weekly flavors, but I would strongly suggest some upgrades to the customer service. read more

We have been going here several times a month since they opened. These cookies are to die for! The thing I like the most about it is the creativity and variety. They change the menu each week and I love trying new flavors. The weird one are so fun to try. My favorite weird flavor I've tried is the cornbread cookie. It didn't sound good at all, but I had to try it out of pure curiosity. It was surprisingly super good! It was a perfect combo of cookie and sweet corn bread with honey drizzle on top. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, and it hurts my heart not to give them a full 5, is the service and staff. The other reviews on here complaining about the slow and sloppy mistakes are unfortunately accurate. I suggest the owner and/or management make some improvements in that area. Super cute cookie shop. Very busy. Bakers/ people working seemed friendly they didn't say to much to me or anyone else I saw come in. Seems like they mostly take cards. I don't feel like they were happy when I ordered and paid with cash. After I walked in at least 5 other guests walked in. This is the first time I've actually been in the shop. Normally I'll get it delivered or curbside. I love the chocolate chip. This time we got different ones. I'm so excited to try them. $14 for 4 cookie is a little pricey, but you won't be disappointed!! The wedding cake tasted like a sugar cookie with yogurt icing soooooo good. By far my favorite one from this trip. Happy we got 2 of those. The cosmic brownie isn't like a brownie at all. It's like a chocolate cookie with icing to look like a brownie. Well, I'm glad i didn't just write this place off. My waste line isn't..... but my taste buds are full of gratitude. I mean there are still plenty of weeks that the cookie list is not for me or anyone in our home. That's perfectly fine because it would kill our bank account to want to go every week with our household! Haha! But let's get to the full update. I never reached out by email like the management asked previously because honestly i forgot. I didn't write a view to get anything out of it and felt like it would just be better of me to go back another week and see for myself what i might be overlooking. Since the first review i have had my fair share of the funfetti cookie, the valentines cookies were all incredible, the snickerdoodle cupcake cookie was a sin to eat, and i can't even remember all the others. But basically to complete this, I've accepted i can't have it my way and have an icing free sugar cookie but i can enjoy something else on a week the menu sounds great. The customer service is hit or miss but i didn't take off this time for that because you hardly come in contact with anyone..... weird but sometimes it works. And here that kind of order at the tablet and pick up at the front works. It's efficient and it's fast. My kind of thing when I'm craving something sweet. The staff and the bakery itself has improved since opening day. They've seemed to have found a rhythm that works and we are enjoying it.... Probably too much but still! I enjoy the different varieties of cookies, but wish they would have a pecan chocolate chip cookie option. I'm not sure if this is not done because of allergy reasons but some of us want a pecan chocolate chip cookie. I took off a star because when I placed my order through the app, I almost didn't catch that the app automatically added a tip to my order. This is completely inappropriate for ANY business to do, and it proves most people these days expect to be tipped, and by expecting a tip you cease to EARN a tip! Tipping has and will always be optional so this automatic tip nonsense needs to be adjusted where a customer can add a tip if they choose to. Tipping will never be the solution to unfair compensation. Crumbl, do better and fix your app, and pay your staff a fair wage. read more

A little pricey, but it's a sizeable cookie that I end up eating 2-3 more times afterwards. I appreciate their seasonal flavors. This time we got the Lemon Cupcake. It was yummy and wasn't overly sweet, which was surprising since Crumbl is notoriously sweet. It's a small storefront where you order from a tablet, and the cookie gets served pretty quickly. There are no tables to eat inside. There's a bit of disconnect between staff and customers, so not many words are said, but at least you can come and go! read more

First off I would like to say I like the idea of this store....cookies and ice cream. I walked in immediately a little confused on the layout...do I go to the kiosk and order or go to the counter? I chose counter, took a few minutes before someone approached and took my order because they were all busy with the cookies. The person was nice. Prices are high for a cookie, I got chocolate chip and one churro cookie. Tastes okay, leans sugary...not sweet...but has a sugary taste. It was okay, not the best cookie I have had. We walked in the door, have never been there before, but no one greeted us, asked if we needed help, or offered any instruction what-so-ever. (There were about 5 people working) We finally figured out on our own that we needed to use the tablet at the counter to place our order ourselves and pay. Several moments later an employee came to the counter with our order, handed it to us, and said, "come again". Well considering I did everything but box the order myself I don't think I will "come again". Maybe they should stick to online orders only. Brick and mortar shops that lack personable counter experience is only providing half of what is required. People pay for good service and Crumbl Cookies in Moore, Ok is just not providing that. read more

Crumbl does cookies and ice cream, but I can only speak for the cookies here. The prices are a little high, but the cookies are also very large and super shareable. I ordered a pack of 4 cookies for ~$12 recently, and it's lasted the two of us about 3-4 days. I think some of their cookies are terribly sweet and quite off-putting, but they do really well with other cookies. It just depends on your personal preference. Depending on the cookies you get, some are served warm and some chilled. We got the churro, chocolate crunch, almond sugar cookie, and m&m peanut butter. I enjoyed the chocolate crunch and almond sugar cookies, and my partner loved the churro because of all the cinnamon. I've previously tried their blueberry cheesecake and double chocolate peanut butter, which I felt were excessively rich and sweet. I like the concept that the cookie flavors rotate every week too to keep it interesting! Sometimes the selection feels small though, and I remember looking at the selection one week and thinking I didn't want to try anything they had, so we waited for another time to try them out. Overall a solid place for cookies but it's just a matter of finding what you like. Cookie quality does seem to be on point too - always soft snd stays soft in the box for days, which I really appreciate! As far as service goes, I've only ever done the curbside pickup, so I've never stepped foot into the building. There was a small wait, which I didn't mind too much. read more
