I really like that they have "flight" options for pancakes and Benedict's. I tried a Benedict flight and it was a lot of food but I liked all three I tried. My boyfriend got the migas which was less food than we expected. We didn't love the hash brown tumblers- they were a little too fried / dry. But if they had sauce it was better. The French toast was also pretty good! Lots of options in the menu though, I'd be open to coming back and trying more!

The brunch dishes look amazing too. My only small complaint was that initial service was a bit sluggish when we first sat down, taking almost fifteen minutes just to get water and take our drink order, and my side of fries came out pretty limp and inconsistent compared to how crispy the tots were. Once the meal got moving though, the chill vibe and tasty food made it a really solid lunch overall. the standout comfort food and the super laid-back environment are the absolute best parts about this place. That chicken-fried ribeye is tender, perfectly seasoned, and total comfort on a plate, while the loaded tots are an incredible appetizer to share with the table. We also ordered the Benny Mix and Match with the Pork Chile and the Which Came First, both of which were so flavorful and rich as well. As dessert, we tried the Strawberries and Cream biscuit, which I wasn't sure about at first but was so sweet and delicious!
