I was offered a free plain donut upon entering which was very nice and tasty. I asked for 1 dozen plain and 2 dozen of the other donuts. The variety packs were already done up which I thought was nice and convenient. She opened the boxes to show me them and they looked great. I get them to work and a coworker finds an undercooked doughy donut. We discover that both boxes of variety only had the variety on top. The bottom layer was all plain donuts. So I paid more for the variety packs that were half plain. The undercooked donut was the deciding factor for me to not be a repeat customer. read more

This place was recommended to me so I went. The front of the store is small and plain, but the young ladies working that day were wonderful. I was offered a free donut to try which was a plain glazed donut. It was excellent. The young lady at the register realized I had never been in before. She explained the donuts were made with potato flour which explained the yellow color. I was offered a variety dozen. I found it odd that the donuts were stacked on top of one another in the box. Also several of the variety dozen were plain glazed. This explains why the variety dozens were pre-made. The strawberry frosting actually tasted like strawberries which was delicious. The chocolate glazed donut was my least favorite. I'd like to go back and get the long John's, pimp hand, camel toe, and donut lady. I'd also like to make my own dozen. The store is in a plaza so there is plenty of parking. They open at 0500 and close at Noon.. They also sell coffee which I did not try as I was on my way home from work when I stopped in. read more

But after reading reviews, that must be a thing here. Customer service was great. The lady working was absolutely lovely. One thing that stood out was when a little girl came in and she was offered a donut. Well the little girl asked if she could have 2, and I just thought it was very nice that the lady didn't even question her. Just gave her 2 donuts. I just had my first and last dessert here. The filling was only in the very center. The donut was not the usual consistentcy. It is a mouth full of very loose angle food with no flavor. When I went in to look at the other offerings I was sad to see no custard, no chocolate glaze. Only odd this like French toast donut. I can not even call theses donuts they are small stacked dough. They are very loose and messy. If you want a good donut please go some place else. If you want to over pay to say you ate a mass of dough then go there. They are 3.25 for one. read more

The first comes when you enter the store and the energetic, friendly staff acknowledges you by offering you a glazed donut for free. The second smile comes when you bite into the donut and see how delicious it is. I am from out of town and stopped at this location because it was relatively close to my hotel. The staff was so nice when I was there. I think there were five people working and they all spoke to me. I only ordered four donuts but they put them in the box and that was a surprise. So many places will shove your donut on top of another inside of a bag. Not here. They give you a box as you should get when you get donuts. The donuts are thick and soft. I got chocolate glaze and maple glaze. The maple glaze was the perfect flavor consistency. And it tasted real as opposed to just sugar. I have not yet tried my chocolate, but I am certain it should be just as delicious. When I was leaving the donut shop I heard the guy who must have been in charge say to his staff that they needed to sweep the floor because there were some leaves that had blown in. that's impressive. The service is always incredible, today the owner greeted us as we walked in and talked with my five-year-old while we picked out our donuts. I got a variety box and was expecting the girl behind the counter to go grab the 12 different donuts from the display, but instead, she grabbed a box already prepared from behind her. I didn't think much of it but then I got to work with my box of donuts only to find out that five of those donuts on the bottom were all glazed so, not much of a variety there. In addition to that, I felt like we were eating donuts from the previous day. The apple fritter was especially dry and almost seemed burnt. The Bright yellow dough is strange also. Love the mini donuts, but they only make them for the first hour or two in the morning so I found out you need to get up early order them and pick them up before they close but it's still not as good as when they first made. The closest one to me is 50 miles and it's definitely worth the drive. All the donuts are fresh, Atmosphere was very friendly clean. They hire a lot of young people and everyone seems to be pretty happy there I go to the one off 95 in Saint Augustine. The cream filled donut had the consistenty of shaving cream and was nasty. It had no sweetness to it.
