The Moore location does not have it together! After waiting in line for 40 minutes. I ordered 6 cookies 2 German Choc, 1 Peanut Butter Choc Chip and 3 Choc Chip, The German Choc and Peanut Butter looked great. The Choc Chip was flat as a pancake. I told them they were not acceptable, No one has name badges so one girl said, they all look like that because of the humidity. I asked for the manager, same no name girl we don't have one. What a cute small store that has the order and go thing down! You walk-in and order from an IPad. They place your cookie order in a box and call your name for check-out! We tried all six different varieties of cookies. The cookies are large about 4 inches in diameter! A box of 6 are about $15.00. This is a fun experience especially with children! read more

To start the cookies are pretty good. And though it's high for a cookie, they are 3-4 serving size cookies. And they were very pretty. My experience with this location was not good. It was my first and we initially went because my son got a coupon from school. You walk in and order from a screen, which I hated. I had two children in a cramped busy place and no clue what I was doing. When we got to the counter to pick up, I had to stop someone to get the free coupon cookie. I tried to ask when they gave us our box first but the employee basically dropped the box and walked off. They were quite annoyed that they had to talk to me. The cookies are good but every time I've been in here it's dirty. They also hand the boxes to you covered in grease. I think they're super understaffed so the employees always seem pissed. You have to wait forever for a single cookie (even though my app said it was ready) and there isn't anywhere to sit. First off, I love Crumbl. Before we moved to Moore, we frequented a TX location weekly. It was ALWAYS top notch. My first visit and impression of the Moore location left little to be desired. I walked in, and was ignored by the 6 employees that didn't want to disengage in their conversation. I should have taken that as a sign. The wall monitors weren't on or maybe they weren't working. I placed my $50+ order. While the employee worked on my cookies, other customers came in and they weren't acknowledged either. I was given my cookies with a "here". My cookies weren't shown in store and my daughter pointed out they were missing the advertised toppings. The peanut butter cookie was flat as a pancake and not the normal thickness. The party box was covered in chocolate frosting on the bottom/sides and got all over the sleeves of my new sweater. I'll give this location another try and hope they were just having an off day. read more

I like checking what flavors are available every week and enjoy most of them. I really wish they had the the Oreo cookie more often because it is my FAVORITE! It tastes like an Oreo but with a twist of chocolate cake and I love it! The only complaint I have is the cookies are kind of overpriced. Overall, this cookie place is good. I love Crumbl but this place is a JOKE! First of all this store is CONSTANTLY sold out which is funny to me because how do you sell out of COOKIES before 5pm on the first day of the week????? Makes no sense whatsoever. Just make more. Use your head. Prepare ahead of time. Also anytime I do an order on the app they bring my box to me and its always incorrect. Really ruins the point of curbside pickup if I then have to go inside to get the correct cookies. They always have about 76 people working yet dont have enough cookies and screw up orders. I came in on a whim, just to see what everyone was talking about. I haven't heard of Crumbl, so I didn't know what to expect. The store is really cute! The menu is a set menu with limited options. I chose a six pack consisting of three of the fruit covered sugar cookie (fruit pizza), two chocolate chip and a strawberry shortcake cookie. It came out to about 16.00. The cookies are large, however. You could split one cookie with two people. Unless, your in your feelings, then you could plow through one on your own. They're very dense. My box of 6 cookies weighed no less than 85 lbs. The service was nice. The ladies I came in contact with we're very kind and appreciative for the business. The cookie itself was not bad, but not, knock-your-socks-off good either. They were kind of gritty. I like the different kinds of flavors they have that you usually can't get. I do want to go try the brownie with peanut butter icing. That sounds amazing! read more

I love these cookies. I like the rotating features. Staff is very friendly! One of the kiosks that you can order from processed my card when it was saying "error". So I ended up with multiple charges. It was kind of frustrating but nothing that I felt was the fault of the employees. I was excited to bring a treat home for my kids after work around 10pm. So I showed up and placed my order. Received my box within minutes. The cookies were served from what seemed to be a warmer of multiple trays of cookies out in the open. The staff was very friendly! However, after coming home I'm now regretting paying almost $12 for a box of four cold cookies. I paid for 2 snicker doodle cupcakes and 2 brownie sundaes. All cookies when I arrived home (which is around the corner) we're not only cold, but tasted stale on the outside like they had been sitting for quite a while. I suggest this business offers half price cookies "after hours" if they aren't going to serve up "warm" cookies like the menu says. My kids and I were very disappointed. First off, the cookies are amazing!! We love all the different flavors. We have not found a bad flavor yet. Seriously, so yummy! The service is horrible. They were rude and seemed like they did not want to be there. We bought three Berry Crunch cookies and they did not have the colorful cereal on top and the others barely had any icing. The cookies are VERY expensive. I am ok paying a premium for a premium product. But please don't ask me to buy an expensive gourmet cookie and then skimp on the delivery. read more

The best thing about this concept is the wide range of cookie flavors. There will always be something for everyone in our family. Our second favorite thing is the size! They are big cookies, so we cut them into four sections so you can take one quarter or several. But, the other great thing about letting the professionals handle dessert, is that I can focus on dinner. I typically love Crumbl and have been to several locations. However the second time at Moore will probably keep me from returning to this location. Bought a dozen cookies this past week and 4 cookies had hair either on top of or baked into them. So now we have multiple cookies left uneaten and going in the trash. I understand one strand of hair may be an accident, and wouldn't be a killer, but multiple cookies in the same box? I just know we couldn't have been the only customers to experience this.
