It was my first and we initially went because my son got a coupon from school. You walk in and order from a screen, which I hated. I had two children in a cramped busy place and no clue what I was doing. When we got to the counter to pick up, I had to stop someone to get the free coupon cookie. I tried to ask when they gave us our box first but the employee basically dropped the box and walked off. They were quite annoyed that they had to talk to me. First off, I love Crumbl. Before we moved to Moore, we frequented a TX location weekly. It was ALWAYS top notch. My first visit and impression of the Moore location left little to be desired. I walked in, and was ignored by the 6 employees that didn't want to disengage in their conversation. I should have taken that as a sign. The wall monitors weren't on or maybe they weren't working. I placed my $50+ order. While the employee worked on my cookies, other customers came in and they weren't acknowledged either. I was given my cookies with a "here". My cookies weren't shown in store and my daughter pointed out they were missing the advertised toppings. The peanut butter cookie was flat as a pancake and not the normal thickness. The party box was covered in chocolate frosting on the bottom/sides and got all over the sleeves of my new sweater. I'll give this location another try and hope they were just having an off day. read more

The cookies are good but every time I've been in here it's dirty. They also hand the boxes to you covered in grease. I think they're super understaffed so the employees always seem pissed. You have to wait forever for a single cookie (even though my app said it was ready) and there isn't anywhere to sit. I like checking what flavors are available every week and enjoy most of them. I really wish they had the the Oreo cookie more often because it is my FAVORITE! It tastes like an Oreo but with a twist of chocolate cake and I love it! The only complaint I have is the cookies are kind of overpriced. Overall, this cookie place is good. I came in on a whim, just to see what everyone was talking about. I haven't heard of Crumbl, so I didn't know what to expect. The store is really cute! The menu is a set menu with limited options. I chose a six pack consisting of three of the fruit covered sugar cookie (fruit pizza), two chocolate chip and a strawberry shortcake cookie. It came out to about 16.00. The cookies are large, however. You could split one cookie with two people. Unless, your in your feelings, then you could plow through one on your own. They're very dense. My box of 6 cookies weighed no less than 85 lbs. The service was nice. The ladies I came in contact with we're very kind and appreciative for the business. The cookie itself was not bad, but not, knock-your-socks-off good either. They were kind of gritty. I like the different kinds of flavors they have that you usually can't get. I do want to go try the brownie with peanut butter icing. That sounds amazing! read more

I typically love Crumbl and have been to several locations. However the second time at Moore will probably keep me from returning to this location. Bought a dozen cookies this past week and 4 cookies had hair either on top of or baked into them. So now we have multiple cookies left uneaten and going in the trash.
