First time ordering on the app and they threw away my ticket. I almost couldn't get my prepack ice cream. The baskin app isn't I guess associated with the Dunkin' stores. The blonde "manger" refused to get me it. I showed where they took money out of my card. The email where I placed my order and the time it was suppose to be picked up. I had to show them on the app my order and she still was telling me her manger said no. On the app it says it takes 24-48 hours to make. Just don't order on the app. Their is way better ice cream places to try. I won't be back!!!!!! read more

First time here. With a lot of ice cream choices in the area this is a name I grew up knowing! Super excited to walk through the doors and was greeted with two big smiles from the ladies behind the counter. The year around tan one and I had great conversation! She was super willing to help me decide what flavor of ice cream I needed to select (I had some samples) they have a great condensed selection in the freezer for take home and they have a great selection to choose from on the eat it right now side of things. I put in a catering order this month for a local coffee shop, and they failed to provide any explanation as to why they weren't open today even though they said that they would have the order ready for me this morning. Flustered, I thought about where else I could go, and I called Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins for a catering order of two "Box of Joe's" and they were able to get that ready for me within 10 minutes. It was so nice to not only have someone reliable and understand, but they had super friendly service. Probably the most horrible experience at a Baskins ever. I tried to go in and abruptly cut off by employees. They said I could have killed someone with the COVID. I am 100% sure me or my family are not sick. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Completely embarrassed me in front of my family. It's super fast and convenient to get a cone or cup and even a side of coffee or a donut. I went in and stood there for 15 minutes watching 8 people stand and talk as one young teenage boy made all the ice creams . Nobody asked what we needed not even one time! It was appalling!! Then I see an older round balding gentleman attempting to run drivethru while scratching his rear end! We left without ordering and I won't be back !! Absolutely horrible experience, with the exception of the nice young female employee with a nose ring. Came in 30 minutes before closing with 3 friends, 2 of which have never been to Baskin Robbins, so we were trying to figure out what we wanted when an employee started yelling about people not knowing what they want and obnoxiously yelled "can I help someone who actually knows what they want?". The nice employee with the nose ring apologized for the other employees behavior and continued to help us. The rude employee was complaining to other patrons about us taking "so long". Will absolutely not go back to this baskin robbins, would rather go out of my way to go to another than to go back there. Only giving it 1 star because 0 isn't an option. Got to the order station and they inform us that the Baskin part has just been closed. Either fix your hours of operation or tell your crew to stay open according to your posted hours. I am so disappointed in this location. I love to order BR cakes for birthdays, but this one is situation after situation. My sons name was spelled wrong, even after I spelled it twice and had her read it back to me. All I got was a quick flippant apology, no refund offer, or even discount offer. When you misspell a child's name on his/her birthday cake, something should be done!! Not only was the name spelled wrong, but the cake wasn't ready at specified time running the party late as the cake had to be waited on. Gave the place one more chance after this. Called and talked to the lady about what I wanted 3 days ahead of time, she said she couldn't do what I was wanting, but to take my time and as long as I gave them a 24 hour notice it'd be good to go. So, I figure out something new, call back, they tell me they had been booked on cakes already for the day I wanted, and had been booked all week. One star is generous, have been to this store multiple times since they opened to get my favorite Pink Bubblegum Ice Cream. Every single time I've been in the store the employees are rude and argumentative and have even had one employee flat out ignore me. They refuse to serve customers and don't have a care in the world! Heck, they can make minimum wage (or above) for standing around ignoring their customers! This has happened every time I've been in and yet I give this location chance after chance because I love Pink Bubblegum so much. I try to write about specific incidents of their terrible customer service online but have never once gotten a response back... seems management is lacking in their customer service skills as well. I don't see this staying open much longer if they continue to treat their customers with such disrespect. read more

My first experience a the BR Moore was a 2 dip hot fudge Sunday, made with choc almond. well they didn't have any choc almond Duh! At a new store? Baskin-Robbins top selling ice cream! What i got was a Sunday with a little bit of ice-cream and a couple of nuts and a cherry that was below the lip of the cup, probably a total of 1 dip.. I'll give any store a 2nd chance....one month later...no choc almond..good bye BR Moore back to Edmond. read more
