Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The girl at the window was extremely disrespectful and making rude faces for absolutely no reason. When I asked for napkins because my snow cone was dripping down my car door, she acted annoyed like it was a huge inconvenience when it's her JOB. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary attitude. Do better. read more

We got a Pineapple dole whip, key lime shake, rainbow snow cone, and vanilla with chocolate syrup. All was delicious! Will come back again 10/10! read more

I went up there today and it was whip it Wednesday and it was busy and this young lady took my order and she was so polite and apologizing that it was busy and she just looks like a sweet girl and I ask her what her name was and she said arely she is so sweet and had really great customer service and she is very very kind keep it up girl! read more

I came for the pineapple soft serve. I was hoping it would taste more like dole whip I've had in the past but this tasted more like a pineapple flavored ice cream. Not bad, just not exactly what I was craving. They had fun topping options so I opted for some tajin and that was a nice twist. There were picnic tables to sit at and enjoy your treat. There was country music playing. I'm not a fan of country music but you might enjoy that aspect. It's all up to personal taste. The lady who served me was very nice and efficient. read more

We love summer snow! What could be better than a pina colada snow cone on a hot day? One with pineapple Dole Whip mixed in! A dreamsicle snow cone with vanilla mixed in is a close runner up. My kids love the gummy bears snow cone - it's loaded with gummies. No summer is complete without a trip here. read more

The vanilla ice cream was just ok. This was definitely one of the times where you feel the calories weren't worth it.

Yummy in my tummy. Good pineapple whip. They have Apple Pay and so many fun flavors. And a great vibe

Wow. This place is amazing, definitely will be coming back. Great customer service, and the products are so delicious! If you are craving a snowcone, this is definitely the place you should go to!!!!!! read more

Always get moneys worth Can either sit outside under their seating area or quickly and efficiently go through the fast kind customer service. One of my favorite places to go Been a classic and my heart loves they still stand. Honestly best snow cone stand in moore area. read more

Summer Snow is my go-to snow cone place. They have an outdoor patio if you are wanting to stay and sip on your snow cone or a drive-thru option if you are on the go. They have plenty of flavors to choose from, with some flavors being exclusive to Summer Snow . A favorite Summer Snow staple of mine is their tornado snow cone! A tornado snow cone is one that has ice cream inside the snow cone and on top-- delicious! For one extra dollar you can make your snow cone a "tornado" and it is absolutely amazing. Pictured is the F1 (12 oz) tornado snow cone with yellow cake batter flavoring. read more

Huge menu and many sizes to choose from. The menu can be a little overwhelming especially since there are flavors with arbitrary names and no description. Then you feel annoying by holding up the line to ask what the different flavors are. However, if you are adventurous, could be fun to go many times and randomly pick different flavors! You can get a plain snow cone or get it mixed with ice cream. The largest sizes come in a frozen pineapple which looks amazing, however you don't actually get much pineapple fruit in it. They also offer sugar free options as well. Will definitely come here again and looking forward to trying more flavors! read more

I don't give 5 stars often, but truly this place deserves it for their pricing and depth of menu. Compared to other snow cone places I have been, this is extremely cheap and they have a drive thru! Their menu is OVERWHELMING! You can pull it up online, so do yourself a favor and pick a few options before you head there. Most of the time, you'll have plenty of time to research in the car because the line is insane and slllllooowwww! Their hours are a little kooky too and change through the year, so double check before you head that way. It might be the Northerner in me, but the south keep weird hours at their establishments. Everything opens by 10 am in Cleveland all year around, but here, it seems that hours change frequently and never seem to be before noon. Also weather plays quite the role...in Cleveland there could be a foot of snow and -20 degrees and Coldstone would still have a line to their door, here they close, but I am straying from topic! They also have ad-ins you can have put in your snow cone...sprinkles, gummies, etc. They cost .50 cents. All snow cones also come with a sour straw. Although I haven't had it, there is an option to have a ginormous snow cone inside a pineapple and for a little more add ice cream to it as well! I think that's cray, but maybe someday when I have small children with me we'll get that and share! It's also nice because there is a park across the street (it's a busy street, but not insane where you can't fast walk across) which is great to walk over to with the kids to enjoy their snow cones in the sun! read more

rude customer service.. the people who were working there at the time didn't great me with one smile and were just super rude in my opinion, and they would slam the little window in my face. super disrespectful. don't come here if you want to be judged by some teenage girls with disgusting attitude. read more

We've been going here for years! They have the best snow cones a lot of taste not like some that you take a few sips and it's only the ice left. The ladies know what we like so we always say "Surprise Me" and they hook us up lol. read more

Love this place. They've got tons of options. They have a few benches outside for outdoor seating and a drive up window where you can drive up and order without getting out. The dole whip is amazing and my daughters snow cone was great too. It's right across from a splash pad which is nice. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

Today was Mother's Day and my daughter's 3rd birthday. We chose to come to Summer Snow to celebrate our special day in hopes that it would not disappoint based upon the many positive reviews and attractive pictures. Sadly it was quite the disappointment. I asked about 2 different flavors on the menu and they could not accommodate me with ANY customer service or solutions. They said they had a rule to not let customers know the basic content of their flavors because they believe other companies will copy them! Let me tell you that #1: I am not a business, but a customer! #2: if I were a business choosing to be a customer Summer Snow should be so flattered and not paranoid. Shame on you for treating your customers so impolitely! There are many solutions you could have armed yourself with, Summer Snow, to keep your "recipes" a secret. Let me help you out: give out samples of flavors to try if you can't tell me what's in the flavor or what it tastes like. I will never be back. Worst snowcone experience ever. We ended up taking our business elsewhere. Summer Snow lost a potential lifelong customer forever. read more

Summer Snow Entertainment is place to stop for a snow cone if you're in Moore. Their prices are reasonable especially compared to other snow cone stands. They have plenty of unique as well as traditional flavors to choose from. The menu also consists typical food stand items like nachos. Even though they've been busy each time I've gone the wait time is quick. The only thing I have to sort of complain about is the fact that I asked about a flavor and I got a generic answer. Luckily I am adventurous when it comes to trying new flavors so that's not really an issue but, it would nice to know what "fruity" means. Overall my experiences have been good. I will definitely make this my go to spot when I'm in Moore area. read more

Best snow cane stand around-hands down! Always plenty of snow cone juice & the way these are made, it's the softest bite you can possibly take! Nice area around the building to sit on a picnic table, enjoy the shade in their covering awning area, and grab a hot dog or nachos while you're there. Cool drive thru. Cool stsff. Amazing snow cones. Worth every penny. Lots of flavors...Mmmmm....! read more

waited in line for over 30 minutes for a snowcone, with only four cars ahead of us. they had apparently "run out of supplies". in the middle of the day, on a SATURDAY. when getting up to the window, the workers were extremely rude and barely acknowledged us more than enough to get our payment method. after getting our snowcones finally, the margarita flavor turned out to be what i can only describe as pure lemon juice on ice. will not be returning. read more

My tip for this place is better than my review. It seems the past few times I have been here it has been just mediocre. Either the flavor has been off, or the lack of juice in the snow cone has been obvious, or the ice just wasn't shaved well. I like this place and will go here in a pinch but not one of the best in the area anymore. read more

Probably the best snow cone shop in Moore right now. Huge menu, room to stay and sit or walk over to the park. Drive through is convenient too. read more

Ok so they say " fresh pinapple"s " are used for their snow cone. I was really disappointed to find they were frozen , and wrapped in an ice bag. The pineapple was inedible. It was a treat for my kids. We got the F5 Tornado, ice cream in the bottom snow cone ice flavor then whipped cream. It was good but for $9.50 if I had known the pine apple was frozen I wouldn't have spent $30 on 3 of them. I would have gotten regular ones. The melting of the pineapple made a mess and took part of the fun out of it. read more

Holy cow. I have never had anything like this before. I love snow cones; they are a big part of summer and I have never been too picky about them. Until now. Start with the basic flavors and you'll be a changed person. It's just a radically different snow cone experience. If you try a gourmet flavor however, you will sit dumbfounded by the complexity and beauty of the glorious event happening in your mouth! EVERYTHING is different about this place. The ice is different, the flavors are different and the service is different. The empty snow cone stands littering the miles of roads around this place are a testament to JUST HOW GOOD IT IS! Don't waste your summer and your life. Do the right thing! read more

Horrible customer service. My wife and I went here with our three-year-old daughter earlier today. First time that we have ever been to this snow cone stand. My wife wanted to know what the Swamp Mama snow cone tasted like. The girl at the window told my wife that "they are not allowed to tell the customers what flavors comprise the snow cones. It's a new rule." She also added that she had not personally ever tried that particular snow cone, so she could not tell us her opinion of the taste of it. Ok, then how are we supposed to know whether we want to purchase a certain snow cone if we don't have the slightest clue what it will taste like? What an utterly stupid policy to have. If she had just told us what flavors comprised that snow cone, then we could have come to our own conclusion about whether we wanted to purchase it or not. When did going to a snow cone stand and trying to order a snow cone become so difficult? I have been going to snow cone stands my entire life, and this is the first time that I have ever been told at a snow cone stand that they are not allowed to tell the customers what flavors they put in the snow cone! We didn't get any snow cones because we couldn't get any of the workers to tell us what flavors they put in any of them, so that we would have some idea of what they would taste like! Horrible customer service. We will never be back. It's just a snow cone stand - you people need to loosen up and get over yourselves. read more

So, my family and I went to summer snow around 8:30 one night, peak business hours I suppose. So we approached the front counter on foot and placed our order after having to wait about 5 minutes in line, which was no big deal. However, after twenty minutes of waiting at a dirty table that was too low to the ground, we went to ask where our snow cones were. The lady that took our order informed us that she had "misplaced our order" and they hadn't even started to make it yet. We promptly demanded our money back and left. I can't even rate the food, because we didn't receive it. I wish I could give this less stars than one, or possibly just get my gosh darn snow cone. They've lost a costumer and I hope they lose many more. This is truly the Donald trump of snow cone establishments: talks a lot of game but doesn't deliver. The wall should be built around summer snow to protect the citizens of moore from terrible customer service, and non existent food. Also, clean your tables please. read more
