Cork and Canvas is the main fundraiser for Positive Tomorrows, the elementary school for homeless children. One of the stations at Chefs' Feast was a taco bar. They had a woman making fresh tortillas for the taco bar - at an event! In a ballroom! I've never seen anything like that before, and it made the tacos so delicious. It was cool to see them pull out all the stops for an important fundraiser. There were many other stations that were all outstanding, but seeing that woman make those tortillas for the taco bar was like nothing I've ever seen before!
