We received an invoice that didn't reflect the down payment, I sent them a copy of the payment and told them I would pay them in full once it is reflected on invoice. I have heard nothing else from them. This was a month ago. My wedding is in 4 weeks and I am terrified they won't show up. Couples getting married have so much more to worry about, especially in these times. We don't need to worry about if our catering company is going to show up! And we live out of state, so I can't go up there. I have called but my point of contact, Theresa, is never available and apparently that is who I have to talk to. Catering Creations came highly recommended but I am wondering what has changed. I have never seen a company not want to be paid. I just want to ensure our wedding day will go off without a hitch and we can't get ahold of the people we have started to pay to feed our friends and family who will be celebrating this day with us. This is horrible customer service and I am probably the most chill bride ever but right now I am freaking out! If you won't answer me about getting you paid how do I know you will show up and do what you are suppose to do on our special day. I need them to make this right and I need reassurance that my day will be taken care of!
