Great company! I had a leak in my ceiling and called an HVAC company to come out as I thought it was the furnace but they diagnosed it as a clogged dryer vent (and not something they work upon). I messaged Innovative Air Flow about the issue and they replied within 10 minutes and they sent a two-man team out within hours. The vent was cleaned from the outside in and they were done within 35 minutes. The vent was clogged up with a LARGE amount of damp or wet lint. They did recommend that we replace the entire run of the vent as it had likely never been cleaned since our home was built in 2000. The estimate was $1500 for the replacement run. We'll have to wait to do that one, but I know who we'll be going with for our future need. There is only one caveat though: they only take cash or check. I wish I had know before, as my service was $140 and I only had 2 $100 bills and had to scrounge the entire house to find a $10. (Thankfully they were SUPER kind and adjusted the service rate!) We moved into a rental that had a lot of issues, including that the air ducts likely have never been cleaned. With a new baby in the house, that really didn't work and our landlord gave us a budget to get the work done. I talked pricing with Joseph, was up front about my budget, and they made it work. Not only that, they were great! David was early to our appointment window and walked through the house with me to note all the vents. He was considerate and very nice to work with. With our newborn, he warned us of the noise and worked around us and the baby. He worked efficiently and quickly to get it all done - definitely no waiting around for us! He was straight forward about everything. The biggest compliment I can give is that after he left, my mother-in-law commented, "THAT is how you should do business." Great company, my dryer has not been drying my clothes correctly. I had a company come out months ago and could not figure out how to where to clean my dryer vent from outside and said he could not do it from the inside because he couldn't mover my stackable unit to get to the vent, I was extremely disappointed which is why it took so long to try another company....well I'm glad I tried this company. I contacted them Saturday evening, they were able to service the following morning. David arrived on time and was very helpful, he ran into the same issue as the previous company; however he did excellent problem solving and figured it out, he was even able to do it from inside...now my clothes dry perfectly, I'm so happy!! David and team came out and did an excellent job. Very trust worthy and it was a thorough air duct cleaning of our entire home! They were even so kind to change out the filter for us. Spoke to us throughout the process informing us what they were doing, reaching out to us about any issues they found and gave us lots of much needed advice. They reduced the count of the vents because two of them weren't actually vents but just dressed up as vents. They were honest and told us about them and deducted it from our bill themselves. They even covered our tv and furniture with sheets to prevent any stray debris from hitting any of our furniture and also cleaned up well when they left. I had an appointment window from 10-12. Around 1145, I reached out to Joseph regarding my appointment as I had not received any update regarding whether or not they were on their way. Joseph stated that David (Technician) had an emergency and would not be to my home until around 1pm. I rescheduled an appt to stay at home until 1pm. David arrived a little before 1pm and was very apologetic for the delay. He explained he was dealing with a gas leak and got right to work. We found out that my HOA installed dryer vents that had a screen on it, therefore, clogging my dryer vent, and not allowing the lint to leave my home. David was able to unclog it and i had to let the water/moisture exit the vent on it's own. He explained to me what could have happened and since i was the new owner, I had no idea what the previous own did or did not do. David stated that for the next 3 days I should just run the dryer periodically with nothing in it to allow the entire vent to dry up the moisture. David was a pleasure to have at my home. I will definitely be requesting him again for the cleaning. I received a special for $139.99. I mean the cleaning didn't take that long so I did feel $140 was quite a bit for a possible 20 minute job, but this was my first time dealing with this and Samsung recommended it when i kept saying my clothes were not drying all the way. David did an amazing, thorough job on our dryer vent. Our vent goes up into the wall, turns 90 degrees and then goes outside so it's pretty tough cleaning it. Also he retrieved a brush that was lodged in the vent because we had tried to clean it ourselves and got it stuck in there. He was able to arrange for the install to happen on a Saturday so I didn't have to miss work and he came back a few days later in the evening to clean the ducts. I could have SAVED $600 if I had called Innovative Air Flow earlier! My old dryer was taking hours to dry my clothing so I purchased a new dryer. When I installed a new dryer, I found that the vent was clogged with lint. Innovative Air Flow gave me a competitive price for service and I set up an appointment with them. Technician David of Innovative Air Flow just left my home after cleaning my dryer vent run. David arrived on time and invited me to watch as he cleaned the vent. I called them because they got excellent reviews. I just needed the dryer vent cleaned. It took 3 last minute reschedules because they only had one technician available to cover all of their emergency gas leak repairs and their other scheduled requests. When they finally responded (after I had taken over 8 hours of time off work) I was told that there was extensive damage, and it would cost $1200-$1600 to replace the dryer vent. The landlord called another company, and the other company cleaned the vent. Dryer works fine now, and the cost as nowhere near $1200. Why 2 stars instead of 1? Because they responded quickly, and they did not charge me for the visit. read more

The day before I went on Yelp to find dryer vent cleaners and was able to put in my request and yelp sent my info to a few people. This company was one that got back to me and the owner Joseph seemed nice in the communication and they were offering a special price. David came today and called me ahead to give me heads up when he was coming. He was nice and did a good job. He kept me informed through the process, showed me how my dryer was not hooked properly and all the lint was flying around. He cleaned the vent and showed me all the lint that came out. He suggested changing the vent and I gave him the green light to do for me. What a difference this made. The new vent hose is so much better with a perfect seal to prevent lint from flying. He also told me that it would help with the heat because the dryer area was getting so hot when it was on before. He cleaned up well and even helped me out with the cost after I asked for a bit of a break. I truly appreciate a business that is willing to work with it's customer's needs.
