Mo and his team at Innovation Systems are exceptionally fast, competent, friendly and reasonable. I requested help with a very complex networking issue where one part of the network was bottle-necked and could not achieve GbE (Gigabit speeds). Moreover the location of all the equipment and dependencies were unknown. Mo had all the knowledge and equipment to resolve this issue for me, my house is large and has several different switches and cabling in different parts of the house. He sniffed out the locations of potential issues with close to a sixth sense. We solved the issue and my office computer is now happily up and running at GbE speeds after months of frustration and a prior network vendor being unable to locate and fix the issue. I learned a lot as I was shadowing Mo and there is no doubt, Innovation Systems will be my first call or text for any future IP/Network related installs or repairs. The second part of the project was to snake a Starlink cable from the exterior, and install and connect the Starlink router to my home router. This is for fail-over connectivity and I wanted it done in an elegant and robust manner. My initial thought was to snake a 150ft Starlink cable all the way to the server-room, Mo was able to find an exterior box with networking and conduits much closer to the dish for a much more practical and technically sound solution. Moe did an excellent job at my house when I switch over to Cox communication they kept telling me that I have a strong internet signal but my Internet was not connected and getting no signal out so he spent an hour or so with them on the phone to tell them what's the problem.Moe was right Cox communication, Internet had filters on my switch and there were something wrong on the outside of my house, and in the inside of my house. He added 40 ethernet switch to run all my devices. He did cable management and label my cables in my box and made me some cat 6 Ethernet cables. My system worked just fine BUT - technology is advancing so rapidly. Long story short is, after having several quotes over the years we never "pulled-the-trigger" on getting an upgrade. When we met Mo, the wife and I knew immediately that we wanted him to be the one to get our updates. The very first day Mo was inside the house going over our options (there are always many options and it's whatever you want, not what he is trying to push) he asked a question about our Home-Theater system. It obviously wasn't working to its potential. Before Mo left, he had our system working the way it should have been working since the day it was installed. 100% better sound and everything working from just one remote. On the way out the door my wife asked about getting our garage door motors in sync with our smart phones. An inexpensive part from Home Depot/Lowes and that was a done deal. My Ring doorbell wasn't working at this time either and he helped us get that going with an additional indoor camera, again a fairly small expense. Shortly after all these side jobs, Mo & company spent a few hours getting our Home Security system up to date. As expected, there were many setbacks . . .
