We had wanted to connect our outdoor pool house equipment to the indoor so that it all ran off of the same controls. For the last 14 years we settled for subpar setup that didn't always work and was very limiting. Until Elite A/V came in to correct and re-install all our equipment. We were even able to use all of the existing receivers and control 4 remote. Alex and Dylan did an amazing job mounting my 75" flat screen in my new home. Most people would just find studs, drill hole. and screw in the TV mount wherever. Not these guys. They wore booties, covered the floor with plastic, measured everything they needed to ensure correct placement of the TV (using tape to mark the outlines and wall studs, and communicated with me before putting a single hole in my wall. After a consult with Victor, their System Designer, their crew installed five ceiling speakers, connected them to my amp, and calibrated the system. The speaker slots were pre-wired, so the work was quick and professional. They covered the floor and furniture and left virtually no dust behind. Updating to say that as expected, my savant remote system is working maybe 20% of the time, and them promising they'd fix it then ignoring me whenever I contact, and my Wi-Fi still remaining spotty upstairs. Chris came by as usual after my last review and they said they'd fix some stuff, but it broke like it usually does because they don't care. Their $50 a month support thing is also a huge scam. They took two weeks to get back to me and say that they've no way to get Ethernet or Wi-Fi between two houses. I'll be taking legal action tomorrow. I had another company come out to mount 3 TV's that I had and that turned into a massive mistake. I had electrical issues, unmounted TV's, and measuring mistakes that caused multiple holes in walls that should never have happened. I called Elite A/V and spoke Dylan Faust to see if they could come and fix the issues. He assured me that they could and set an appointment for the next day. Travis and Eric came and quickly fixed all issues and mounted all 3 TV's and fixed the electrical issues with ease. I was given a quote over the phone and decided to go with his business. The technician called before coming over and when he arrived he introduced himself and put booties on and I then showed him the room. Pretty much I allowed the tech to be in the room on his own instead of hovering over him, I like to give space to anyone who is working in my home. We hired Elite to give us a quote on updating our control 4 system. They came in at a reasonable price compared to the other bids. Come to find out they didn't quote the job correctly and ended up costing us more time and money. I felt their technicians were not as qualified as most. They repeatedly had to come out and fix things that should have been done from the beginning. They even charged us for the extra time in their technician errors. For example they would say your systems is up and ready and they would leave. My husband and I would go back and double check to make sure all the zones worked correctly only to find out TVs and zones still didn't work. They would come back out and fix. This happened several times and they would charge us for this time. I won't use them again. I'll go back to Acustic Design where I should have stayed. read more

I called 4 different places to get estimates for installing in ceiling speakers for a surround sound system. 2 of them were very high priced and out of my budget. It came down to Elite and another company. All of them were pleasant to speak to but Dylan with Elite really listened to me, worked with me on my budget and found something that I'm very satisfied with. I didn't need anything on the high end and had him install a 5.1 speaker system that fit right in my budget. Dylan called me the day before to confirm our appointment and also called me about an hour before arriving as well. As a business owner and service provider this is a practice that I find invaluable to both the customer and the vendor. Upon arrival he took great care in covering up all my furniture and electronics to insure a clean and complete install. He installed 8" 5.1 speakers to my receiver for TV, Blu Ray and X Box which I absolutely love! He also hooked up my turntable. Everything was calibrated to my liking. Dylan even walked me through activating my sub-woofer which I accidentally shut off after he left. He also contacted me the next day to make sure I was satisfied.
