    horrible customer service. i had contacted Hisense for a broken ice maker on a fridge and got…read moreassigned Morris Electronics as the service provider. they came out once, looked at the fridge, and said that they needed to order a part to fix it. we waited two weeks for the part to come in. Morris electronics then texted me to schedule a time for them to come fix it when the part came in. they did not show up. i tried calling them multiple times with no answer. then, i got a text saying "Please text me." so i texted them and still got no answer. they finally answered a week later and scheduled another time to come out. they didn't show up to this appointment either. no text or call to update me. once again, i tried calling their number again and got no response. my boyfriend tried calling them and got no response. we left multiple voicemails and got no response. i texted them multiple times and they only responded once, in which they said " Dang I sorry let me find out why and whats goin on." never got any updates after that. i called Hisense to request a different service provider. come to find out that they never even ordered the part for the fridge.

    Before I signed an agreement or received the items I was interested in renting to own, I received…read morephone calls from them (employees of the store) saying I owed them money, aggressively asking "when am I going to make a payment", and I was "behind on my payment", plus someone came to my home and put a note on my door asking me to contact them. This is very unprofessional, disrespectful, unwarranted, and it lets me know that I should not deal with these people since they're not able to keep their orders accurate and be aware of the payment times. The harassment is ridiculous and obviously insulting. In addition, they did not have the specific items advertised as "specials" posted online, and suggested other items for higher prices. And even thou, I rented and paid off over a year in advance several more items from another Aaron's than I requested from this store they didn't want to consider my good standing with the other store and refused to allow me to rent the maximum $550 a month rent limit I was eligible to receive. I do not recommend the Aaron's in Greenville, Texas in any way, shape, or form. To be fair and remedy these issues and prevent them from happening again, every person at this location needs to be fired. I read other reviews about this store and I can tell this is not the first time customers have been mistreated. I don't understand how any business can expect to make a profit, and get repeat customers with mistreatment like I experienced. This should've never happened. The Manager(s) need to be fired and anyone else involved, including anyone who stood by and let things like this happen. I don't know what you can say or do to fix this problem.
