Came in the other day and the store looked clean and smelled so nice! Great selection of products and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I told the lady helping me about a bad experience I'd had there a few months ago with the manager and was told that they are under new management now. Thank goodness! The whole store seems better now. Prices are even more reasonable than before. I will definitely be coming back. This is my new favorite hometown smoke shop. read more

Was sold a defective grinder here a couple of weeks ago. The bottom chamber wouldn't screw in and kept falling off, rendering the grinder useless. I tried to see if I could get a replacement but was only offered 10% off my next purchase. I tried to get in contact with the owner to see if there was anything they could do. I was never contacted. After a few days of waiting, I went and spent exactly $399 at Retro Revolution in Plano, where I was sold quality pieces that I already love. Safe to say I won't be using that 10% off coupon and for those of you reading this, I'd steer clear of their sister shops as well unless you want cheap crap from China that probably is lesser quality than what you'll be able to purchase at your local gas station. I was at stash n dash as I'm there two times a week. When I over heard the lady working who's name is Cameron there became very rude to a couple when they ask to speak to a manager. She to them she was the manager now so they could kiss her ass. When the female customer ask for number to the owner and his name Cameron went on and said she didn't have his number and his name was fuck you. Cameron went on and even told them the owner would talk her word over theirs because she's been there over a year and he wouldn't get rid of his artist for any dumb ass like them. I decided I would leave and come back at another time as I have myself had problems with Cameron's rudeness. The owner needs to let her know that the customers always come first and should be treat without rudeness. If she is the manager of this store and keeps the rudeness up I may be taking my business on down the road . I been coming here for seven years now and Cameron is the most rudest employee, I have came across over the years. I really don't know how she has stayed on this long, unless what she said is true the owner won't get rid of his artist. read more
