The owner of this store sold my wife a new Tonies box that was just released. The owner blatantly lied, saying that she was the only store that carries the newer boxes. She had my wife believing that she couldn't buy them anywhere else. I saw the same ones at Target that same day. I don't know why a business owner would intentionally deceive customers, especially about something that was easily proven wrong. We try to support small businesses as much as we can, and this kind of dishonesty hurts, and is what I'd expect from a big box toy store. Suffice it to say we won't be shopping there again.

A great friend of mine brought me here last month as I was about to leave to go back home, and she showed me some of the fidget toys she had bought for herself. I instantly had to have a few of them and fortunately, they had them in stock. There is something so amazing about picking up what you think you wish to purchase and be able to hold that item in your hand and the Toy Tree is one such place to have this connection. The young lady who helped us was amazing and super friendly and helpful. This has the feel of a store that has been in someone's family line for a long time, although this is not based on fact. What I can say is factual, is this is an amazing store for the young and young at heart.

I had never shopped at this store before but I knew I had a couple of items in mind- Jelly Cats and Calico Critters. Thankfully, they had both! I believe I spoke to one of the owners and she was able to guide me to the sections that had these toys. I also spent some time looking around the store, it was such a nostalgic place and reminded me of a true toy store from my childhood. The quality of the toys was much higher and the prices matched, but that is expected when you're making an investment in better quality. I also appreciated their wide selection of different types of toys that would be perfect for gifts, Easter baskets, stocking stuffers, party favors, and more. Their Calico Critter selection was also the biggest I've seen in the area! Overall, I had a great experience and my gift from here is very well loved now. I definitely plan to return! We should have done this when we visited bureau of engraving and printing/science museum of Fort Worth. But honestly, if you are traveling with kids, then you can't do everything with limited hours too with this outlet store in an industrial park. First, this place is near industrial park so it is a journey to navigate to find this hidden gem. Once you find it, you got to find the outlet entrance is way in back. There is a small awning with Mattel store where you will see double doors to open to pallets of toys. There are bathrooms to the side and also baskets and carts. Signs will tell you what the sale is going on and also limited edition toys will have separate signs on discount and limits. Generous discounts but do your homework on Amazon to make sure you are getting better deal since a lot of toys are retired. American girls and Barbie's have limited editions if your girls are fans. We noticed the latest movie toys like he-man has smaller discount but still decent selection. There is random rack with clothing and bags which is different. My son loves hot wheels and Minecraft and some of the things we haven't seen on clearance. If you need help, workers are there to help which is nice. Also inventory changes as the doors in the back goes to the factory floor so they will bring new items on pallet to mark down. Checkout lanes were more than one and also workers make sure to check and make sure all are discounted. If you spend enough then you can get one of their surplus items for a small price like $10. However my son wasn't feeling it. Also we appreciated the large baby and toddler area since it's hard to find baby toys in target and Walmart on discount as well.
