They have a fairly decent selection of items considering they are a small store but the items are as good a value as another location. The store was clean, organized, and well stocked for the holidays. Easy in-and-out experience and no issues finding what we needed. Even with the Starbucks inside being closed, Target itself delivered a solid experience.

Well now that is over! Today, with gas being over 4 dollars and my lunch getting cold, I had to return part of my pickup. They gave me a box of Cesar dog food (which was ordered) but instead of it being packed in properly, the dividers were missing and random flavors were added and it was missing over 10 packs. When I returned it and explained, not even an "I'm sorry." "Can we get you a new box?" They did nothing with a frown. What a crappy store. I am now just going to go drive up at Walmart. They are so much better!!

I visited your store located in Greenville , this is my first time visiting this store but ross is usually my go-to place for my shopping needs. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with the behavior of the store manager and made me want to take my money elsewhere in general. On March 2nd, I was shopping at your store when I encountered the store manager, who was extremely rude and unprofessional in her approach towards me. I would give this store zero stars if I could !I went into a dressing room and left my car keys in my shopping cart while I was trying on select items. when I came out the cart was gone and I asked the store manager for help but she said the cameras showed nothing and she could not assist me in looking for it or making an announcement that they were lost . Not only did she refuse to help me with my queries, but she also went on to ignore me and engage in conversations with her co-workers instead. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also unacceptable, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Furthermore, when I tried to escalate the issue with her , she showed no interest and continued to be dismissive of my concerns. I believe that this kind of behavior from a store manager is intolerable and sends a wrong message to customers who are loyal to your brand. As a customer, I expect nothing but the utmost professionalism and courteousness from your staff, and especially from the store manager. However, this experience has left me questioning whether I should continue to shop at your store. I do go in to kid to kid often we have 4 grand kids age 4, 2, 20mo amd 18mo. Mostly purchase items on sale other wise they do ask to much for some items. $15-20 for kids shoes, $12-13 for carter brand baby sleepers. I did find some coats for the grandkids for $10-12ea, sure they only gave a customer $1-2 for.
