1/2/26: Stopped by to pick up a couple of propane tanks, in ahead of the storm. I met Kelly in the garden area, and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I picked up a couple of tanks, and she told me that they were out of propane, and to call the next day at 8am. I called at 8:05 am the next day, and was advised that they had propane. I showed up ten minutes later, and after waiting 45 minutes in line in 39 degree weather to fill up my tanks, I was a happy camper. I had good conversation with some of the other customers. The gentleman filling the tanks was very friendly, and didn't seem bother by the line that continued to grow. I am grateful for TSC and their staff for providing a much needed service! read more

I never thought I would go in a tractor supply let alone rate it as a 5 star but the reason I shop there is for stuffed animals. That's right.. They carry Aurora stuffed animals and my kids love them. We were trying to replace a loaf cat and they google found out they were carried at Tractor Supply. They have other toys too. Lots of tractors, horse figures, trailers etc. read more

Bugs in the food!! The manager was horribly rude and unwilling to work with me at all. I don't live very close to a Tractor Supply so I stocked up on a couple bags of Nature's Best Organic Mini Pig food when I was out there a couple months ago. When I opened the second bag, which had been stored in a climate controlled space, a huge amount of moths flew out and were crawling around inside the food. When I called to return it, the manager refused to work with me at all and blamed me for how I stored it. I definitely stored it in a more sanitary place than Tractor Supply. I told her she had lost my business and she said "OK! Fine with me!" I am not one of those people that gets all bent out of control to receive that kind of response. She was just flat out rude and indifferent. Definitely not someone that puts the customer satisfaction as a priority. read more

I go in their Wylie store often. Have never had anything but great service, good selection, good prices. I don't know what more I could ask.

Beware!!! Items shown in-stock online may not accurately reflect inventory. Drove 15 miles to get to this store, only to find out that although their computers showed 4 in stock, but they were unable to locate them in the store. (Shame on me for trusting and not calling to verify.) Very poor communication back to me on the issue, they spend 10 minutes talking with each other on their walkie talkies, but never closed the loop back with me to say they couldn't find them! Employee came up over 10 minutes later and asked if there was anything else she could help me find. I told her I was still waiting on an answer on my product!!!! I would expect a manager to come and speak with me to explain the issue after I drove all the way there. Terrible Customer Service. read more

Went to Tractor Supply tonight at 6:45pm. Walked in and asked where the propane tanks and accessories. A lady told us where we could find them but she was not filing tanks tonight. We found them but had a question about how to hook up a large propane tank. So we walked back over to the same lady to ask for assistance. She said "We needed to google where to find the propane parts we needed and go there". read more

I purposely drive out of my way to shop at this location. The employees have always been really friendly and helpful when I've requested assistance. Overall, a group of good people who speak on a personal level and show open support for military folk. The selection of Carhartt and Liberty fluctuates accordingly with the seasons and handling fees are waived with store delivery if an item isn't in stock. Tractor Supply is a good outfit with quality products. Maintain the quality service of service and I'll be a customer for life. read more

We spent 20 minutes digging a chicken coop out got zero Zero help let me repeat that again zero help and it was the dirtiest place this organized piles of stuff everywhere had to crawl through crap outside in tents. I placed an order to the Wylie Tractor Supply using their online ordering system. I was notified by email the next day that part of the order was ready. I went and picked it up. They told me the rest of the order would be in in a few days and that I'd be notified. I waited several days but I never heard from them again. So I checked "my account" on their website and found that they had cancelled the remainder my order, without notifying me. It was horse medication, so this really was a big problem. read more

If you have a hard time getting mower belts, filters, or basic lawn equipment maintenace parts this place has never let me down. Great location next to home depot. If one doesnt have it the other does. Will be buying water cistern here in the future for my rain collection system. read more

Couldn't have experienced better customer service had I given it my self. Derrick the assistant manager is a class act. We were looking to borrow some hay bales for a Christmas light tour for a bunch of kids and with out hesitation he said, yes of course. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Gosh I wish I could remember the cashier's name who helped me, she too went above and beyond like Derrick did. I decided to do a little shopping while they were loading the hay. Walked to the counter with 10+ shirts to purchase and she just held a conversation like she had known me for years. Both made us feel like we were vip. Will definitely continue to go back. read more

I love the Wylie TSC store! The employees are always helpful and friendly, and they carry just about everything I need for my small farm. I do sometimes have to go to Greenville to get some items specific to farm animals, but that is very infrequent. They have even started carrying an organic layer pellet at a good price! This is my first-choice store for chicken and goat supplies. read more

We love this store! Their customer service is great, their selection is great and they are all so knowledgeable. They have even gone so far as to stay open a few minutes later when I called to let them know my husband was on his way to buy dog food. It's a great store. read more
