They've got a good variety of all types of hardscape goods and they seem to be good quality. I needed a couple bags of Texas native river rocks to fill in a small area in my side yard but that only came in bulk form. Since I didn't need anywhere near a ton, I opted for pre-bagged rocks that looked similar enough to what I already had. The price for a bag is great and I liked that they offered to load our car for us. Considering that, customer service was still touch and go. One gentleman was really helpful while another seemed to be avoiding us and not wanting to be bothered. Also, their "system" isn't the clearest. You pay at the counter then bring your car around where they load it for you. Well, we parked where we were told and no one was there to assist. We managed to flag down a guy (the grumpy one) and he helped us load the car. It would've been nice to know we could've just grabbed the rocks and left, but we also didn't want to seem sketchy and didn't know how things worked there. All in all, it's an okay place, but some direction (and more parking spaces) is desired. read more

Buyers beware...go somewhere that has a scale. We payed for 1/2 yard of decomposed granite this morning and were given about 4 wheelbarrows full. This isn't even half of what we asked and payed for. But, since they don't have a scale, we couldn't prove it. They may have gotten our money today, but they won't get any future business. read more

Went in and bought 1000lbs of Mexican beach pebbles. Went here specifically because I thought it was the fairest of prices in the area. I loaded up multiple trash cans on a pallet full of the rock I wanted as instructed. When weighing they didn't deduct the 85lb pallet (I weighed it) or the 2 20lb cans. When I called them out on this they took off 70lb but said it was their policy to leave the weight of the cans as is. At the counter they said there was no way the trash can weighed 20lbs. I weighed the can and it was 20lbs, so if they wanted to dispute it then their scale weighs high. I'm not dissatisfied with the rock I got, but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth over the way they are conducting business. read more

I cannot speak highly enough of this place! I bought 8,260 lbs of DG from then over 4 different transactions over 2 days. Each time they were efficient, friendly and helpful! They made sure each time to ask me if my truck could handle the load, answered questions I had about leveling which helped my project so much! I especially wanted to give a shout out to Mike- he let me sneak in 2 minutes after closing and get another cubic yard of DG and I am forever grateful!! If I could give this place no stars, I would. After trying to place a $500 order online and calling and getting no response I drove 15 miles to this place. The young guy (30's) at the counter was arrogant and unapologetic when I told him they might have orders they don't know about online and replied with a sarcastic "ok..." After he scoffed at me for asking to buy a few bags and not bringing a pick up truck to transport. I delightfully walked out not buying a thing. There are too many companies out there working hard for their customers that deserve the business -- this company is not one of them. read more

Ordered 12 cu yds of Pea Gravel with them. The product seems to be as they had it in their store. Prices are OK, but not better then others. The concern is customer service. Decided with them (and was written down in the invoice) that they would deliver at a time when the rains subsided. Michael at the store said they would call before delivery to confirm they are good. We even discussed an alternate day in case it was forecasted to rain on the decided day. Since there were heavy thunderstorms predicted, so I called 8.30 in the morning of the day they has originally planned since I had not received a call about delivery To my dismay was told the driver has already left, he arrived a minute later. I called Michael and said I cannot take delivery now since its going to rain, I cannot get help to move the gravel at short notice. He insisted that this was the original plan, though he also agreed he was supposed to call and he had written it on the invoice. I asked for a reschedule and was refused. The driver made a mess in the front yard since his tires skid in the mud, where he could have easily made it when it was dry. Even the driver agreed and his apologies was the only saving grace. So I am stuck for with rains and thunderstorms predicted for the rest of the day. I will have to take a day off to just move the gravel in the rain. A business owner myself, I do not like working with individuals who dont at least own up to their goof ups. Will not recommend. read more

We bought more a pallet of stones and asked the operation manager for help to load them he refused. When we ask questions, This guy was unresponsive as if does not want any business.
