Services: 1) Engaging events such as plant care, build your own plant arrangement, bonsai class, etc. perfect for a day with friends or family! 2) Repotting services- You can bring your plants here to repot. If you have a decorative pot you'd like to keep your plants in they will repot your plants in a nursery pot that fits right into the decorative pot! In addition, you can also purchase more plants to fill in the plant pots if there's room to avoid root rot :) My plants definitely enjoyed their spa day!

Tracey and her crew did a wonderful job of re-doing my landscaping and also gave me great information on how to maintain it. I picked up a couple of tanks, and she told me that they were out of propane, and to call the next day at 8am. I called at 8:05 am the next day, and was advised that they had propane. I showed up ten minutes later, and after waiting 45 minutes in line in 39 degree weather to fill up my tanks, I was a happy camper. I had good conversation with some of the other customers. The gentleman filling the tanks was very friendly, and didn't seem bother by the line that continued to grow. I am grateful for TSC and their staff for providing a much needed service!

There is a large selection of plants, herbs, and flowers to choose from. There is also a gift shop that has plenty of unique and interesting items to purchase for that special someone. One of the most delightful features of this nursery are the cats that live on the premises. My sons and I love petting the cats; there is one in particular we enjoy seeing the most as he is the sweetest kitty on the property and his name is Vail. We felt confident investing more upfront because we were assured the trees would be covered. Unfortunately, one of the trees dried out and snapped within just a couple of months. I reached out multiple times regarding the warranty, but instead of honoring it, I was offered 50% off a replacement. Even when I attempted to move forward with that option (despite believing it should have been covered under warranty), follow-up was difficult and communication was lacking. We were disappointed with the overall customer service experience, especially considering the investment we made. As it stands, we cannot recommend purchasing based on a warranty that is not honored. If management would be willing to reach out and stand behind the warranty by replacing the failed tree, we would gladly update this review to reflect a resolved situation.
