I'm glad I followed the reviews to repair a dryer that would not heat. I was extremely happy with their service, sent off a video of the dryer going to show my happiness. They noticed it didn't sound normal and they called to see if they could come by to see why it was making a banging sound. They fixed the banging sound and I am officially a happy customer! They are friendly and cost effective. I was so worried it would cost me a lot or they wouldn't be able to fix it or do a bad job BUT they didn't. Very satisfied.

He responded quickly but was not able to get my brand new machine connected to the internet and a second machine had crashed so he stated he would take them to the shop to work on. I called again not done another week later I finally picked up my machines today August 25 and what a waste of time my ram not done internet board not done.
