During the repair, they accidentally broke the front glass and replaced it. We were only charged for the back glass, so I thought all was fine. Later that day, my phone started glitching -- the screen wouldn't stay on, it stopped responding, and went black during calls. I don't live in Rowlett, so I couldn't return right away. When I called to complain, the man said I'd have to pay for them to fix the front glass THEY broke and reinstalled wrong. Terrible service.
