I had read such wonderful reviews on this company and I was very disappointed on the service or should I say lack of service. I called for an emergency services for our office. He responded quickly but was not able to get my brand new machine connected to the internet and a second machine had crashed so he stated he would take them to the shop to work on. I agreed and he said he would have them done by Thursday. I called him the day before and he said it would be done called again not done. I called again not done another week later I finally picked up my machines today August 25 and what a waste of time my ram not done internet board not done. I could of done this work myself over a weekend and instead I lost 2 weeks. Warp9 take some advice if you can't do the work don't lie to people just say you can't do it. Completely terrible business! Wasting time and money! I brought my laptop runing with windows 10. Just wanted to reinstall win7. Deal was $100 for 2 days. I payed $50 as prepayment. Almost 2weeks passed they could not finished the work. I called lots of times during two weeks, sometimes they did not even answer. I had to go to the shop 3-4 times to check get info. Every time they had a excuse. I had to get my laptop back at the end of two weeks to take it to another repair shop. Thay did not pay back my prepayment! And laptop was not working even with win10! Briefly, my laptop was running, but now it is not, even with win10. I waste both my time (2 weeks) and my money ($50). It was terrible experience read more

I never write reviews, but when I saw the glowing reviews it reminded me all over again that this company stole money from me. He was suppose to order a part for my PC several YEARS ago and kept telling me it was on back order. Months later when I asked for a refund he stopped taking my calls.
