I called ETX phone repair, and jonathan said no problem he would wait on me to drive in, and work after hours to insure I was able to get my phone fixed before he left tonight. Jonathan was professional, positive and caring. Good customer service like this is hard to find, you have an asset in jonathan! I even tried tipping him for his after hours work and he refused.
