I then proceed to explain to them that I am super sorry, I forgot and that's when he turned extremely rude on me. I asked if there was any more available appointments. Also keep in mind, the map's says that it takes walk ins. Why are you not accepting me. He then said "we're not giving you an appointment anymore, we don't want to take you." I then say "why?" He's yelling on the phone irrationally saying that you missed your appointment time and that you're a bad customer.... Sir HUHHH? I keep asking him to a point where I got irritated and raised my voice. Because you are coming at me very aggressive and i'm simply asking a question. As soon as i ask him why he's being so rude he hangs up. I call back and he answers and then hangs up super quickly. I called back 6 times and he repeats the same tactic. All because I missed my appointment time by accident?? This was my second time so called second chance I gave this shop to do my nails. They do not use a drill. They waste your time along with cut open all your cuticle beds. I'm posting a picture to verify how bad it is I had to stop before I even got anything new done. Took over an hour to scrape an emery board against my gel polish to look like this mess. Then had the nerve to take $40 out of my $100 I handed to the nail tech Megan stating that I owe that for the hour it took to do the damage she did. Horrible customer service. However, once I got inside, the incredible experience quickly made up for it. The place smelled amazing, and every staff member I encountered was exceptionally kind. I've been searching for a new nail tech due to issues with cleanliness at other salons, and I'm so happy to have found this one. I got a no-chip manicure and was impressed that they didn't charge extra for the cat-eye polish. Most importantly, they took a fresh file out of the package to use, which gave me confidence in their hygiene practices. The entire experience felt very clean and professional, and the interior is chic and spotless. While there, I asked about facials, and the aesthetician even came in early to accommodate me. My only complaint is the constant trying to add services...first it was a pedicure. Then as she was doing my nails she asked if I wanted my eyebrows done and I said no and she made a comment essentially telling me my eyebrows could use some cleaning up.....
