This was my second time so called second chance I gave this shop to do my nails. They do not use a drill. They waste your time along with cut open all your cuticle beds. I'm posting a picture to verify how bad it is I had to stop before I even got anything new done. Took over an hour to scrape an emery board against my gel polish to look like this mess. Then had the nerve to take $40 out of my $100 I handed to the nail tech Megan stating that I owe that for the hour it took to do the damage she did. Horrible customer service. Pictures are used as proof sources that cannot be confirmed as photo shopped or not. I spent thousands $$$$$ and many hours and visits. RESULT: zero - nothing - not even ONE location was visably different from 6 targeted spots... how could ALL 6 locations result in ZERO improvement? When requesting resolution/compensation, owner Karin Kartuska was extremely evasive and anoyed by my requests to talk with her directly. Karin, with much reluctance allowed a short call to be made.
