You either get a rushed hacked job or be subjected to someone talking to co-workers in a different language. That being said, you can understand the apprehension. Upon entering here we were greeted well and taken back to a small room with 2 pedicure chairs. The chairs were a little uncomfortable as the massaging mechanism was centric and the back didn't recline. The personal attention was nice, drinks were optional. The soft handedness was quite different than previous experiences. The attention to detail was spot on. It was a great experience and will return in the future.

They have good hours and are extremely flexible. I am very much a "same-day-appointment" type of girl and they have always been able to accommodate me! They always have at least 3-5 stylists on the floor, so someone is almost always available to do a cut, color or treatment. I always get my waxes done here too, when I'm in the area. They do a great job. Oh, and they have free wifi! Whenever getting my makeup done for a special occasion, I always get Ora. She is the BEST with makeup. Whenever I go in for a facial, I get Sabrina. She is such a sweetheart and her facials are so relaxing and therapeutic. She even puts essential oils in the room to help open up my sinuses. Danya has always done a great job with my hair too. I love their deep conditions! I love how they just treat you like family here. They really get to know you and remember you once you've gone there a few times, which I love. I can go on and on about this place and how wonderful it is, but you should just go try it yourself. Once you go, you'll be hooked!

Mom couldn't get out much but there was one thing she always did - was go to the Scissori and make sure her red hair was done. She talked about the girls frequently to me. Dad and I drove by the other day so I could see where mom went to get her hair done. I saw that wheelchair through the front window. It made me pullover and weep in the parking lot. Not only because I lost mom but also because the folks at the Scissori had been so incredibly kind to her. Many thanks to each of you. I know both my dad and I are incredibly grateful to each of you.

It turned out bad, completely washed her out and she was extemely upset. I contacted Salon on Ridge in Munster, IN. I have heard good things about them and decided to give them a call. I spoke with the owner, Lisa, and with Katrina, a stylist and color expert at the Salon. I explained the situation to both of them and sent photos. They discussed this and got back to me and I was able to bring my daughter in the same day after I left work. They spent 4 hours to return my daughter's hair to almost what I would consider its natural color with some very subtle highlights. Simply gorgeous!!! Katrina also gave her a very flattering cut. Their care and personal touch in this situation made a very upsetting situation so much better. It's very expensive to color correct but they earned every bit of what I spent. Next time it will be less costly because it will be maintenance only. Highly recommend this salon! We WILL be back!!
