I am very happy with my Tattoo and a huge thank you to Abi for her beautiful work. The staff here are wonderful and helpful. Spacious and clean with lots of artists available. They have a surprise tattoo gumball machine which is pretty cool if you want to go ahead and get whatever comes out. Will return again for my next.

My girlfriends and I were on a girls trip and decided to get tattoos. The shop was very friendly and all the tattoos we got were very well done. We did the "get what you get". Don't let the little drawings fool you. The artists add a lot of personal touch making the outlines come to life. I highly recommend the shop whether you're a local or coming in from out of town.

Shop was very welcoming. Décor is very entertaining, everything was clean, and screams professionalism. Didn't feel any of the old school artist toxicity vibe that is so prevalent. Set up with open bay style sections for each artist so its nice to hear the buzz of other projects while you are captive on the chair. Chose the artist Abby for my piece after seeing her previous work. She took my ideas and examples and created a piece for me that fit perfectly where I wanted it. She nailed the execution of the tat, and its beautiful. Except now all my other tats will need some help because they are pretty shabby comparatively. Cant wait to see her again for my next project. Absolutely recommend

I am so happy with my new tattoo from Manny! I did a lot of research and they're obviously very popular based on all of the positive reviews. Their website made it easy to see each artists' work and specialties(with explanations for those like myself who isn't familiar with all the styles). I went in on a Saturday and it was pretty busy but I was helped right away and got to talk with Manny. I came in with pretty vague ideas and a ton of pics with various aspects I liked. He was able to give an approx estimate and I got scheduled 2 weeks later. He sent me a draft of the design beforehand so I could weigh in and had a minor change I wanted to see. When I arrived the actual sketches(he had multiple versions) were beautiful and I felt 100% confident and happy with the design. There is so many good aspects to mention but I have 0 negative feedback and had a great experience. Thank you!!!

This is my 3rd time going to Ink Bomb and having Christina be my tattoo artist. The first time I went was to get a humming bird added to some flowers I already had. Christina asked if I wanted to retouch my flowers and I didn't at that time. After seeing how vibrant the humming bird was I contacted Christina to get my flowers retouched. She did such an amazing job. The flowers looked like a completely different tattoo (in a good way). I knew I would be going back to Christina when I was ready for a memorial tattoo. I sent her an idea of what I wanted for my memorial tattoo. The result was so much better. It exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Christina if you are looking to get a tattoo. She responds rather quickly, is an amazing artist, makes you feel very comfortable, and I have always been beyond satisfied with her work.

I spent 10/14/2020 with my aunt in celebration of my passed cousins bday. When we initial walked in we spoke with Abby who had Zach come and talk to us. He was able to take my aunt that day. For what I wanted we needed to book a couple weeks out. When i came back my appointment was with Scott. He was so genuine, down to earth, and professional. I was so pleased with my experience and so was my aunt and cousin who were tattooed by Zach. I enjoyed the none gatekeeping this shop had just over all chill and professional. I didn't get a impertinent vibe at all which was refreshing. I will be recommending this shop to all my friends and family. I've been coming to Ink Bomb for several years! All the artists at this shop are crazy talented. Everything they put out is strong work and their unique styles can really be showcased just in the shop decor! Brycen does amazing work- I definitely recommend him to all my friends. Since the shop relocated, the space is vast. Everyone observes Covid-19 guidelines for wearing masks and social distancing. Often times, there is not more than 8-10 people inside at one time. I appreciate how serious they take cleanliness, it really makes a difference and reassures me when I visit. There's always good vibes from everyone who works here and those who come by to get worked on as well. Every vision/idea I've had for a tattoo has been completely achieved and blown out of the water as far as what I expected the end product to look like. Why isn't there a 10 star option?! I love this place. I couldn't dream of going anywhere else!

Zac really outdid himself in this one. I gave Zac a few pictures and he designed this beautiful tattoo for me. It symbolizes everything important to me in my life. I really recommend Ink Bomb and Zac!

I was visiting my daughter and went to get matching artwork. Manny did my combo Harry Potter / Where the Wild Things Are tattoo and Zack did my daughters. I will begin by saying I have lots (LOTS) of artwork and have never been in such a pleasant, wonderful shop. The artists are all so very nice and helpful. Manny & Zack ROCKED these designs better than we could ever have imaged!! I am so pleased that I will fly from PA to AZ anytime I need artwork done in the future just to have Manny to do it!! Decided to go here after getting a quote from another shop for the tattoo that I wanted to get. Went to the shop with my wife, who was interested in getting a tattoo also. I was quoted a price of $120 while the other shop said it wouldn't be over $300. Decided to set up an appointment to go ahead and get the tattoo done. Zach did my tattoo at my appointment and was very professional about making sure of how I wanted the tattoo placed and the colors that I wanted and if I wanted it to have a black outline or not. Once we got that out of the way and Zach started the process of tattooing me, he made some small talk and was great about his work. After he finished the tattoo, he went over the care of the tattoo. This was my 5th tattoo so far and I have another appointment next week to do one of the "get what you get" tattoos with Zach doing that tattoo.

Manny is BY FAR the best artist that's worked on me, aside from that he's got a very light hand and is the cleanest and least painful/iterating I guess, of all the artist that have worked on me, and I have lots of ink . He's friendly, listens to what you want but still isn't afraid to give his artistic opinion which Ive always deferred to and very glad I did because the work came out better than I had in mind.. his work is so much better than the others I've received that I now have to have him clean up other work done, which wasn't bad, but it's worth it.. pricing is very reasonable and honest as well.. the other artist that I used were from classic and disciple tattoos both in chandler.. I'm bringing my girlfriend and her daughter to him for their 1st tattoos, that's how confident I am with this shop.. AAAA*++ experience! Jeff read more

Ink Bomb is one of the best tattoo shops in AZ! It's clean, professional, and had an all over all good vibe. I got tattooed by the one and only Brycen Sullivan. His attention to detail and art style is amazing. He spent time making sure the placement of tattoo was correct, even if it meant wiping off the stencil and putting it back on to make sure it was perfect. His after care is the best, I use it for all my tattoos with other artists I've gone to. His tattoos settle in great and mine looks amazing a year later. An ink bomb of awesomeness lies around every corner here! With a sweet and savory color palette of teal, gold and brown, this tattoo shop gives a whole new vibe to the tattoo experience! If you're feeling courageous, they offer the You Get What You Get tattoo vending machine for $160, your choice of color or black and grey. For $20 more, you can spin a second time and choose between the two which one you want. The entire shop is decorated with stickers, artists' painting and drawings, and cool little figurines and collectibles that will make you feel like you're in an adult comic book. The standard deposit is $60 and that price comes off the total of your tattoo. Ink Bomb also provides a sterile, friendly environment with an open floor plan so you may watch each artist tattoo their client freely. Their quotes for tattoos are reasonable and exceptional! I got my fingers tattooed by Tabatha and she was beyond outstanding. At three other shops, they all quoted me within the $300 price range for Scandinavian rune tattoos, however, Tabatha quoted me $200 which included the $60 deposit. The shop is wonderful. I messaged them on yelp about a cover up and wanted Manny to do it. Well they got back to me immediately and told me his hours. My fiance called in on friday to see if he was free. Sure enough they said he was free. Came on in Friday he asked me what I wanted. I had a sea turtle and wanted a lion over it. Showed him a picture. He took a picture of my turtle and drew on the iPad. It was neat to see how it was potentially going to look. Then Saturday I came in a ball of nerves. I didnt think I was going to sit through this as well as I did. Manny took his time. Helped me through asked me if I wanted to take a break. Dealt with ny restless leg syndrome. My husband and I have been wanting a tattoo for sometime, and when we were talking about it, we were laying in bed and said, let's just go! We started looking around shops in the area with great reviews, and stumbled upon Ink Bomb Tattoos. I'm happy we did, and after reaching out they told us to come to the shop to chat about it. Little did we know we would be getting in the same day! The team was nice, and easy to chat with. Our rockstar tattoo artist, Abby (I'm sorry if I didn't spell her name right) was nothing short of amazing! She came up, listened to what we wanted, and after a short wait, presented our designs to us which we instantly said yes to with zero revisions. Just what we wanted! The experience was easy, and the first thing I noticed was how CLEAN the shop was! Amazing practices taking place here! Abby's work was just awesome, her line work was truly awesome on our tattoos! But our pieces don't hold a candle to what Abby is capable of, after seeing her work at her station, and on her Instagram; I'm happy to state that we found someone super talented that we trust enough to come back and work with again! Fantastic and clean shop with a laid back vibe and no pressure to have conversations if that's not your vibe. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know looking to get some work done! I just got my first tattoo done at ink bomb tattoo the staff there feels like a family they openly support each other and that support shows in their art. The pricing is unbeatable. For my first tattoo they really eased my anxiety when it first started. My artist Zach did an amazinggggg job on my tattoo and provided me with all the information I needed for aftercare. I have been going to Ink bomb for the last 9 yrs. I don't get many tattoos very often, but when I get the itch for one I am super happy I found Ink Bomb. Manny is the same tattoo artist I have seen since I started going to ink bomb, he is very professional, courteous and Super Talented!!! All my Tattoos I have gotten are all personalized with his style. I can honestly go in there with a idea and a few days later he sends me a design and lets me customize it any way I want. For the most part everything he has sent me I have absolutely loved and its gone on my skin. The shop is small and super clean, everything used on me has been new out of the packages. My last visit was about a month ago and he did a cover up on my back, I had a old tribal tat that I got in the Army and I thought it was time to upgrade... I was totally worried the old tattoo would show thru or that the drawing and new tattoo just wouldn't cover it up right. After talking to Manny about my idea he made me feel comfortable and confident he knew exactly what he was going to do to get it covered up. It was the first tattoo that I didn't know if I could handle the whole thing done in one sitting, since it hurt that bad. Many was patient like always and he walks you thru the whole tattoo and breaks it down into sections so you don't keep wondering "damn, how much longer". This is one of the best things I like about him. If your looking for a shop, check out ink bomb. Ive sent so many family and friends here just for the fact that it is honestly so hard to find a reputable, talented and trustworthy tattoo artist. I don't understand how anyone can give this place less than 5 stars! I've gotten 6 tattoos from 5 different tattoo artist here. All of their work is absolutely stellar! They go above and beyond in the customer service department starting with their receptionist. This place is a friendly and welcoming environment whether you're a first timer or a seasoned collector. They really listen to what you want and do everything possible to make sure you're happy with your new ink and the whole experience. I will definitely be coming back for more. read more

Overall my experience was good here. But I don't understand how every tattoo artist I have ever dealt with acts with the demeanor as though you are ordering a sandwich and not choosing something to mark your body with for all of eternity. I get it that they are artists and extremely talented but when we asked for just a small adjustment on the mock up on the drawing it was like we were being high maintenance. Mind you my husband and I were just getting our wedding date done on our wrists. Maybe we won't end up being facebook friends with our tattoo artist or anything but just a little more warm feeling would be awesome especially when dealing with something like a permanent marking on your body. But yes, I agree with the other reviewers that it was clean and we are both very happy with the final product. read more

I agree with the other reviewers.. Ink bomb is definitely a shop that has a family vibe. All the tattooers are down to earth and have you, their customer in mind. There are usually 3 or 4 tattooers there, giving you a wide variety on technique, style, and experience.. all of which are important when picking your tattooer. I suggest always going in and having a consultation and looking at each persons portfolio to choose someone who fits your style whether it be "New school" or "Traditional" This shop has on open layout and a friendly vibe which allows your to let your guard down a bit.. because we all know tattoo shops can be intimidating.... I will definitely be recommending this to all my friends and family. read more

I got a tattoo done here and my artist was brycen, not only is he an incredible artist but he is a very approachable one. I trusted him with a design that I had, myself being a very uncreative person I was hoping he could take the idea and make it what I wished I could imagine it to be. He made it better than I hoped. I've never had a tattoo so I was a bit nervous. I wanted a small dove on my wrist. Manny was wonderful. He explained everything to me very well before he started. He drew up the design for me from a photo I emailed him and it was exactly what I wanted. He gave clear instructions on how to care for my tattoo afterwards. I think what I liked best was that even though I got a rather small, simple design...Manny still gave the time and attention to my tattoo that he would to someone getting something large and elaborate. I'm not one to write bad reviews but considering this is a tattoo shop I gotta make an exception. The woman who did my tattoo, (Christina) did not do a very good job. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and hope that she's just really new at this, but there are so many spots on the lettering of my tattoo that are missing ink and the whole thing looks very uneven. I also tried having her touch up another tattoo I had that didn't heal correctly and was faded...she managed to make the already perfect line on that tattoo uneven. Super upset and frustrated. I'm not too worried because I know I can get a good artist to eventually get everything fixed but I paid $120 for a messy piece and will have to go pay more at another place after it heals. I found Ink Bomb on instagram and after seeing their work I had to go there. I went in hoping to get some details on the tattoo I wanted and to see if they'd take me in the day of. Tabatha helped me and was extremely nice and answered every question I had she did amazing work and I don't want to go to any other tattoo shop. Overall the shop is very clean. Tabatha and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and do very fine work. I'll be recommending this shop to all my friends and family. I put down a deposit here and told the artist what I wanted and I've texted him multiple times to see if he could do what I wanted. I'm still waiting to hear back from him and I'm pissed that I put down a deposit for the tattoo. Manny said it would be a simple piece Manny still hasn't texted me back to set up a new appointment. I didn't ask for a super complicated piece, I told him what I wanted and he said he'd draw something up. Maybe this shop is cool but the artist isn't. read more

After her completed 2 year apprenticeship in Atlanta Georgia she travelled extensively gaining experience in Austin Texas, Albuquerque New Mexico and London England before settling down in Phoenix Arizona. This one I kinda let David do whatever he came up with. He gave me some options on the vibe I wanted and once he had a general idea, he came up with something *amazing*. Seriously, I get so many compliments on this. After my ghostie, David left the shop (and moved very far from me lol) so I decided to work with a different artist - Jarom. This was a total like, kismet situation. I walked into the shop after knowing David left, and asked who would be best to do some lettering on my wrists (pictured) and Jarom was suggested. He was super super nice. Such a stellar vibe. He made sure the font was what I wanted (and double checked the spelling lol) and I got in with him THAT DAY. Like... Within 30 minutes of walking in, I was sat in his chair. That day, I put another deposit down with him for another piece coming up lol My most recent piece here was with Aarin. He did my heart and dagger (pictured). This was another kismet thing. I walked in to go over ideas with Jarom for my next piece and saw this design on the flash design wall. I immediately fell in love. So I asked if I could get that done and when. Aarin came out and we talked for a minute, and again within about 30 minutes I was getting this done. Aarin was a gem to work with. I seriously recommend coming here and getting work done. Each artist has an Instagram and if you find someone you dig, 9 times out of 10 they'll take time out of their day to meet with you.

I sent some ideas of what I was trying to get to cover it but I was open to letting him design it. I came across Ink Bomb online as I was searching for a place that could possibly fix some existing pieces that I had that didn't turn out well from a fine-line tiny tattoo artist in which two of the ones I had gotten completely faded away and another one was fading to the point that it was disheartening to look at. I went in with my referenced pieces and talked with Manny about them. I explained what happened and what I was looking for. He was super nice, very understanding, and took the time to listen to me. He told me that they were able to help me which made me relieved and he set me up with Chris the very next day for an appointment to get them all fixed. When I came in the next day and met with Chris, I was very pleased with my entire experience with him. He was extremely professional and also he had a great attitude & was happy to help me which I was concerned about as I know it's probably not easy nor thrilling for an artist to work over what another artist has previously done. He was also very understanding, he has a great eye for setting up his stencils over my pieces to completely cover up the existing faded-out lines. Yesterday (Sunday June 23rd, 2013) my brother and I got matching Coat of Arms tattoos done by Chunk. We walked in on a whim and he was able to tattoo us both right then and there. Not only was he friendly and approachable, he was genuinely excited to tattoo us. He really loves what he does and he is just a really friendly and down to earth person. Not only that, he does AMAZING work. I have never seen better line work in my life! I cannot find ANY flaws, and believe me I have tried! My brother and I had the same tattoo done, and they look identical. I am so impressed with Chunk and his quality of work as well as his customer service. He was so phenomenal that my mom decided to get a tattoo done as well! It also turned out amazing, and Chuck stayed late (until midnight!) to get hers done. I just recently got my 1st & 2nd tattoos, at the Ink Bomb, at 961 West Ray Road #14, Chandler, AZ.; Christina was my artist for both tats and she did an outstanding job, not once, but twice! I brought in a couple of images that I wanted inked on both forearms, and, rather than trying to talk me out of them and take me in a different direction (which actually happened at another shop I had gone to), Christina took both images and very artfully made them come to life, on both forearms! However, this review is concerning a tattoo that was done on my friend that I brought along. Cait was the artist. She completely overworked a simple shoulder tattoo on my friend and left her scarred. The linework seems fine, but the shading was completely butchered and way too deep. I've experienced this myself with only 1 of my 50+ tattoos from an artist that does not know how to pack color into dark skin. After do a bit of digging, I also found out that Cait is tattooing Confederate imagery on people and posting it online for everyone to see. If I had know this was the artist that would have tattooing my black friend, I would have said fuck no and made her wait for Jimmy. It is okay if an artist does not know how to tattoo color on dark skin (or in Cait's case, probably doesn't want to), but to go ahead and do it anyway while posting racist imagery is questionable at best. If I could give negative stars, I would give them a million negative stars! As you know, there are many tattoo shops around. We stopped by this one. What a HUGE mistake!!! As soon as we walked in, we got the worst customer service EVER! My friend is a war veteran and has a PTSD service dog with him. He walked into the shop with his dog that has the PTSD service vest on. The guy looked us up and down and did not even greet us. He then looked at the dog and said with major attitude...and I quote..."You can't have a dog in here. I don't care if it is a service dog." Just like that! This is a business! Where is the customer service?!? I truly believe "it's not what you say, but it's how you say it!" He could have had 4 paying customers. After that HORRIBLE experience, we will NEVER, EVER, EVER walk in there again! I recommend that you don't either!
