Service like that is refreshing and definitely made an impression. He jokingly asked if he'd see us next weekend... and yeah, we'll definitely be back. The shop was clean, noise level was moderate, and there are a few tables if you get there early or get lucky, but most people seemed to be ordering to go. Lighting was good, and I didn't really notice any music. Price-wise, everything felt more than fair for the quality. They told us everything is cooked fresh daily and they basically go until they sell out--which makes sense given how much business they were doing. The food was excellent: fresh, flavorful, and a great mix of sweet and savory. Leah exceeded that expectation and actually got back to me within 24 hours. In her response Leah explained her plan and vision, based on the add-ons that I wanted, and even showed me how an element of our theme that I did not know how to incorporate could work on the cake. She sent back and forth examples to really narrow in the vision and provide guidance. Leah even went above and beyond to accommodate an early pick-up time since we were heading out of town with the cake. She was extremely accommodating to our special request for the cake details and the accompanying cupcakes we ordered, and consistently professional and responsive the entire time through.
