The installers are extremely well trained and did a fantastic job. Very detail oriented and left behind no mess. We are saving a ton of money on electricity each month. I wish that I would have made this decision sooner. The day after our installation was complete we experienced a small electrical glitch in our house that was not a result of the installation. Having the power turned off and on exposed an underlying problem we had with a portion of the wiring in our house. (It was related to a landscape project that was done long ago). I was getting ready to go out of town and was pretty flustered and the owner of the company came out and fixed the problem for me. No charge!! He is a gem!! Very good Company. In late 2017, I was evaluating several solar companies to install a new system for my home. I was able to meet with four different companies and got quotes from them all. I chose Infinity for my solar, and I have had my system up and running since December 2017. I am very pleased with the result and happy to share my experience. From start to finish, Infinity stood out from the competition in several ways: Sales Process. I met with Mike Z. for the onsite consultation. Mike was fantastic. He was not pushy, was able to provide several solutions, and I honestly felt that his objective was to provide a proposal that was "right sized" for my needs and also to try and save me on costs where possible. Although the system has only been active for several months, so far the performance of the installed system has exceeded the output that Mike forecasted on the contract! Project Management: Once I signed the contract, I began a working relationship with Kay S. who was the project manager. She was outstanding. Being new to solar, and a very analytical person, I had many questions about the process, timelines, etc... Kay always picked up the phone when I called, answered my emails promptly, and thoroughly addressed all of my inquiries. The project had a lot of technical requirements, city permits, inspections, etc... and the whole process moved forward in a very efficient manner. The project completed on time! Installation: The installation crews were very good too. They showed up on time and were very respectful of my home and family. It was clear that they took pride in their jobs and that quality was very important. There were two different crews that came out on different days, and both groups worked very hard during the installation process. I work in the technology field, so I had a lot of questions regarding the "nuts and bolts" of the system, and the crew members that i spoke with were always willing to answer my questions. Post Installation: Once the system was installed, I had some concerns about the system's ability to generate the output that was promised in the contract. I contacted Infinity, and at that point, I began working with Alex the General Manager. Alex was terrific. He took the time to listen to my concerns and worked on addressing them promptly. As it turns out, my concerns were unfounded. What I did not understand is that the Panasonic panels that were installed on my roof are much more efficient than the older generation panels that my friends are using, thus I am able to get a lot more output from a smaller sized system. Alex asked me to give the system a few months to perform, and then look at the output to see if it matches expectations. As mentioned previously, the system has been active for several months, and so far, the performance of the installed system has exceeded the output Infinity promised in the contract. Bottom Line: My system has been up and running for a few months, and based on my experience with Infinity so far, I believe that Infinity is a terrific company that will give you an honest proposal, work hard to meet their contractual obligations, provide excellent customer service, and a quality result. We checked out 3 other solar companies before we decided on Infinity Solar, and we are so glad we did! Each of the other companies gave us a different number of panels needed for our house, maybe because of the size of their panels, but the numbers were anywhere from 18 to 24! Infinity said we needed 14, which has worked out perfectly. They were excellent in their explanation of how everything works and the financing. They made an appointment to install and kept it. The installation took one day! The conduit they installed was painted and matched our house paint perfectly! They kept the place neat and clean the whole time. Excellent job!! I was so impressed with Mike Zaic's presentation with no sales pressure, that I didn't even bother to get quotes from anyone else! Infinity Solar did not disappoint, and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! I was a little bit concerned of how the panels would look on our roof, as some I've seen are bulky and obtrusive, but I was very impressed with how streamlined they are and how well they blend in with the roof! I can't say enough about Joel and his crew! He was always VERY informative, and always kept me in the loop about the project. They were always on time, and always cleaned up after themselves too. They had to relocate several vents on the roof, and incorporated them all into 1 low profile vent! Even the city inspector commented on what a good company Infinity Solar is! We chose infinity solar after receiving multiple solar consults, including one from a local membership club. In addition to offering the most competitive estimate, what really set Infinity solar apart from the rest was the "no pressure" in home consultation. Mike provided us with a few options to choose from and we ultimately selected one that fit our budget and energy needs. Mike and our project manager Kay were there for us every step of the way, I have to admit I'm a bit of a needy customer but Infinity was always quick to respond to all our questions. We received regular updates so we always knew where were in the process. Once our permits cleared installation was quickly scheduled and the quality of the installation was perfect. We are only a few weeks post install but we couldn't be happier. I monitor our Solar production vs Edison energy usage daily. Its amazing to see our total Edison usage for the day in the negative. We got our solar panels installed by Infinity in June, 2016. Due to heavy rains in Southern California this Dec-Jan, our upstairs bedroom started leaking which was right below the panels. I cannot blame Infinity, as the tiles were more than 25 years old, but when I spoke to Tim, who is the owner of Infinity Solar, he was very responsive, customer focused and respectful and took immediate action within 48 hours and sent technician to remove the panels, identify and fix the cracked tiles, with no charge at all. He went into the attic to ensure there are no more cracks. He fixed everything and showed me pictures. We are so gifted to have Infinity Solar as our vendor, who knows their customer needs, understands and serves the best! My wife and I had looked into several options for solar over the years and never quite happy with the deal. A lease is not our style and we were never impressed with the so called "deals" presented to us by those high pressure guys. I did some research and saw Infinity Solar rated highest on Yelp and Angie's List. After talking with Tim, I was stunned by the deal! Easily 25% lower to purchase American made panels, than to lease imports from those high pressure guys. I was even more impressed with the professionalism of the crew and office staff. Their work was impeccable. Hector and Adrian are top notch electricians and Kathy and Robyn in the front office are always pleasant and helpful. Tim and his staff are the real deal and they've been a pleasure to work with - probably the best contractors I've ever had on my property. solar panels are a scam!!!!! i got a solar system through infiniti and there installers and they worked for less than a year. i called for a follow up to let them know im receiving bills and i was promised 100% offset since this $55,000 dollar system was costing me $334.17 monthly to cover the cost of my electricity i was using. trashhhh!!!! they told me they would trouble shoot the situation and after trouble shooting the first person said i was using more electricity than i was producing with the panels which was a lie. i advised them im never home and work out of state..... the call was transferred and the second representative advised me that my solar panels was not producing and they only need to press a button to get them back online. i was contacted 2 days later letting me know they recovered the "solar i produced" and they gave me a credit that covered a $400 bill and 191$ in credit towards the next month. i gave them a call again because the panels were supposed to be working... not working, dont know who told me they were working but we forgot to send a technician out months ago soooooo we cant do anything about the solar that havent been communicated. i beggg you to stick with what you know because these companies are looking for a sale and thats all they want is the sale!!!!! stay away from infiniti energy and solar panels!!!! theyre unethical and improperly doing there jobs!!! i cant speak for other solar companies but this one is garbage!!!! read more

They were initially having problems getting internet access to the electric box using a hard wire connection, but Tim, the owner, personally came out to fix it and got it working. So, I had heard a lot of conflicting information about getting solar panels on my roof. And I was really annoyed by the salespeople that kept knocking on my door at dinner time trying to sell me solar. But I was talking to a friend a few weeks ago and he said he just had a solar system installed on his roof and he was very happy. He had just gotten his first Edison statement since the install. It was a couple bucks. It had been $400 plus every month. I asked what he was paying for the solar? Less than half that. How much down? Zero. How was the whole process? Painless. Now, I have to tell you about my friend. He is very nice but he is very particular. He referred me to a concrete guy he had used and they were fantastic. If he gave me a referral, I knew they had to be good. He referred me to Tim at Infinity Solar. I made an appointment to meet with Tim. He showed up on time with a very thorough proposal. He explained all the options and what solution he thought would work best. We agreed on a system and he got the ball rolling on the financing on the spot. The financing was all handled over the phone and online. His crew was there the next day doing the site survey. Design and permitting took a couple days and then the install started. The crew was clean, polite and fast. From the day we agreed on a system until the final inspection on the completed job was less than 2 weeks. So, what do I have? I have a solar system that spins my meter backwards and will completely eliminate my power bill to Edison. I have American made solar panels backed by a 25 year warranty. I have state of the art micro-inverters that maximize the system's production while protecting me with a 25 year warranty. I have an internet based monitoring system so I can always see what my system is producing. I have confidence that Tim and Infinity Solar did a quality job and will be around for the long term to service my system should I ever need it. Oh yeah. I also have a monthly payment that is less then any Edison bill I have gotten in the 3 years I have owned my house and is one-third of my usual summer bill. Overall, I recommend Infinity Solar for anyone thinking about adding a solar system. Once you look at the math, it's a no-brainer. read more

I will provide a review for Infinity for each phase of the project. I did select three companies from Yelp for quotes and all the companies had great overall reviews. Infinity scheduled my appointment quickly and convienent. The other two company's were weeks out on the appointments. After my appointment with Infinity I elected to cancel the other future appointments. This was due to my initial impression of Infinity from the employes that I met with as well as Yelp reviews. I'm sure they were not the cheapest but from the previous reviews they were competitive, professional, and reliable. Sales: Our sales team member was Francie Finn. Francie was timely, easy to reach via telephone email or text, and she was knowledgable about the products that she was selling. She quickly helped us through the approval process for the system, and financing the system. Project Manager: Our project manager was Shay Heidrich. She was professional and responded in a timely manner to emails or phone calls. She helped us through the process as our system was designed, built, and installed. Installation team: My home has a metal shingle roof and needed to have the sections of the roof cut out and asphalt shingles installed and sealed. The roofer, was a nice guy and hard worker had a family emergency and scheduling conflicts so the install was delayed a bit. When the roofer did show up he completed his work in the time frame needed for the install team to get to work. When the install team arrived it was a large team with guys working on the roof, and completing my main electrical panel upgrade to a 200 amp panel. The crew worked hard over two days to get the instal completed. The General Manager Alex Bambridge was attentive and cared about quality of work. He and Shay working together pushed the project along and addressed issues that came up. Issues: The first issue that we experienced was not one that Infinity could control. Our home needed a main panel upgrade which needed approval from So Cal Edison. The Edison employee that handles that approval refused to answer his phone, or to respond to messages or emails. What should have been completed on 5 to 7 business days took weeks to accomplish and only did get done when I spoke to the guys co worker asking to talk to a supervisor. It was amazing when I asked for the guys supervisor he approved the panel location without even coming to my home. He said he went to my home and just forgot to put the sticker on the panel, but I'm very confident that he did not come to my home. The next issue was communication issues with Infinity. On two occasions I adjusted my personal schedule to be at my home so work could be completed. The first time the employee showed up hours late with no email or phone call to let me know they were delayed. Shay later said multiple employes had become ill and they had to scrape a crew together last minute to complete my work. I explained I understood, but was frustrated that my time was not important enough at the time to warrant a quick call, text, or email to let me know they were running behind. The second issue was that during my install the power inverter was not functioning properly. A new one was ordered and Infinity owner Tim Polujancewicz scheduled a day to come back to switch out the inverter and do some finish work. On the agreed upon day I came home to find that no work had been done. This was frustrating on two fronts. Second occurrence of no communication about a schedule change, and my system was supposed to be operational now which meant I was losing out of time generating power. I contacted Francie since Shay is off on Fridays and Alex Bambridge called me within minutes. Evidently Infinity had multiple projects they were trying to complete before the end of the year and Tim accidentally forgot the appointment they made at my home. Alex and Tim made no excuses and apologized for the problem and made an appointment the next day to get the work completed. Tim completed the work as promised and got my system up and running. As an apology Tim was nice enough to leave us a nice bottle of our favorite spirit, which we greatly appreciated. To sum up our experience I really liked all the employes. The team worked hard to design, build, and install a quality system with American Made (Solar World) equipment to help us reduce our dependence on the power company. The only reason I did not give Infinity a five star review was because of the two scheduling issues that were not communicated to me. In summary I highly recommend Infinity. After sourcing and meeting with Multiple solar companies, I chose Infinity Solar to complete the job which included approximately 60+ Panels. The main reason I chose Infinity is that they are actually electricians that work on custom homes and they do not sub-contract labor or installation. Also, Infinity uses top quality panels made in the usa as well as their selections for equipment like inverters. Bottom line is they did a great job with details and making sure the panel selection, installation, and appearance blended with the house. This system was rocking in the summer and dropped my bill from $750 per month to a (minus $150) per month. There are a lot of Solar companies advertising out there today.
