Great solar company! My system stopped working and did not have the information on who installed since it was included in the purchase of my home. It has been a little over a year since Infinity Solar crew installed our solar panels everything has been working wonderful... Are you a bit skeptical of all the great reviews? Yes occasionally you should be but this company is not the case:-) You can go ahead and call them now or keep reading...:-) But I'll tell you one thing, because of the pandemic that started right before we started the process it did test our patience a bit waiting for the permit so there is the tiniest hiccup we experienced. Because of the pandemic it did take longer than the 2 months that it usually take to pull the permit and I wish there was an email before the 2 months was up to let us know that we haven't been forgotten or lost our place in line somewhere but that was basically it and with things basically back to normal any future customers probably don't have to worry about that! Lucky you! Anyways, every single person that came to our house to do the project was WONDERFUL! Very professional but friendly at the same time and answered so many of our questions! They patched up holes and painted. We had told Tim our next car we are getting will be an electric so he added that info to his consideration when calculating how many solar panels to install... Advice for future customers: Let them know any future electrical investments or purchases you are planning up front so Tim has all the info he needs to give you the best plan!! Again because of the pandemic the Tesla charger was getting back ordered and we were threaten to face the permit revision and such but somehow things came through in the end and everything was installed perfectly, phew! And everything has been working great since, producing more than we need at the moment, monitoring has been super easy on my Tesla app. From here on is the extra shout out for Tim the owner: Well the entire solar installation process we knew him only through emails, calls and face times but recently we had the opportunity to meet him in person. We were getting our garage ready for our Tesla and since we upgraded all the wires in the process to the garage we wanted to make sure everything is still powered by solar but our electrician wasn't 100% sure so I reached out to Tim and see if he can send out one of his guys to take a look at the wiring and make sure everything looks good... Well he had so many reasons to say sorry we are super busy and can't come out BUT he offered to come out and he did. I could not believe how knowledgable he was!! I guess I don't expect an owner to know so much since employees are there to do jobs but he knows what he is talking about. He took a look at our set up and told my electrician a few different ways he can connect to the solar box... Just Wow! I was pleasantly surprised! In March of 2019, we had the BEST installation experienced. They were in & out within a day & left absolutely no mess. Everything works great, VERY HAPPY with the installation. Fast fwd 9 months later still going strong, however, since we recently upgraded our Wi-Fi to have more bandwidth, the connection to Enphase which tracks productivity had to be reconnected to the new WiFi. We haven't a clue how to do that, the instructions seemed complicated. I contacted Infinity Solar, they sent Jaime, he showed up the next day on time & got everything reconnected. IMPRESSIVE Service! Had a power outage on a Saturday when most businesses would respond with "call back on Monday". Our solar system did not switch correctly and I was able to call Infinity Solar. Infinity solar did troubleshooting over the phone and when that did not work actually came out and fixed the problem on the spot. It is not hard to find a solar "expert". As a matter of fact between telemarketers and trips to Costco, Home Depot and Lowe's they're hard to avoid. We did our homework and decided on Panasonic Panels contacted Panasonic and got a list of local sales people. I could tell some great stories about the people we met before finally meeting Alex Bambridge with Infinity Solar. No pressure, Alex understood his product and listened to our questions and concerns and communicated with us throughout the sales process. Alex put together a system that works beyond our original goal. When it came time to finalize the deal and start the install we were introduced to Kay Syeda Project Manager. Kay is the person anyone dealing with a construction project is lucky to have on their team. She is Mission Control and kept us informed, helped us with rebates, coordinated deliveries, installation, local permits and inspections. I cannot begin to say enough about how much my wife and I appreciate her being there before during and after the installation. The crews were awesome the equipment beyond expectations and the process smooth. My only regret is not posting this sooner. We have had the system for over a year and are producing more than we use. I had been considering solar for our house, and after researching online and Yelp reviews I scheduled an appointment with Alex. He came and answered my questions, was very pleasant, no pressure, and VERY informative. I entered into contract with infinity solar in August 2022. They installed 39 panels and an EV charger. Project ended in April 2023. I was fortunate enough to work with Blake, a senior sales rep. He was honest, transparent, quick to respond. The process started on the right foot and communication was great. But as soon as city inspections started, we ran into issues. City inspector would not pass us due to roof installation not meeting code. There was concern over proper water protection after installation. Initial roofer did not pull permit supposedly. Infinity had to contract services to another roofer, who ultimately did what the city inspector asked. This delayed our project by about 3 months due to rain and 3 failed inspections. Also, during EV charger install, their team didn't have a stud finder and just drilled holes randomly to find a stud. There were ready to intall the EV charger in a bad location, until I pulled out my own stud finder and showed them where to properly intall the charger on a stud they failed to find. They ultimately patched up the 10 holes, but still, I expect them to be more prepared. The owners, Tim and Robyn, are very nice. Overall, they are OK. Their pricing is fair. They need a better roofer and EV install team needs to invest into a stud finder. read more

Their salespeople were technically proficient, very professional and did not try to oversell their product or size a system beyond my needs. They were flexible to accommodate extras I wanted. Their hardware was first class (Panasonic micro-inverter panels) and has allowed me to monitor each panel individually on line which is nice. Their installation was fast and efficient, and they provided good follow up support to make sure everything was just right. I had them also upgrade my junction box and they fixed everything, restuccoed and repainted so the work is seamless. They took care of the paperwork and inspections to get my system certified by SCE. I just finished up working with Jordan today, who prepped my newly-upgraded electrical panel for inspection (which we passed). After much research we decided to go with infinity solar. It was a great decision. Tim and his team were extremely responsive with questions and got our panels installed efficiently and with minimal issues. There was one point where the roofing team they subcontracted to prep our roof had started work on the wrong side of the roof. But after letting them know, they quickly contacted the subs and corrected it. We love our new panels. They are so thin, to the point we barely even notice them from our yard. After having multiple companies come out to our home for solar knowledge gathering and bids, we decided to go with Infinity given their stellar reviews, the fact they are a local company and the sales approach once face to face. The response time from Mike Z in coming out was very timely. Mike took his time and explained the benefits of solar, answered all of my questions (which there were many) and did not have an issue in giving me some names of local Infinity customers to contact and get their feedback. At the end of the appointment, there was no hard sales push like I had received from the competitors. I liked that. Once we reached agreement, the process was seamless, with Infinity handling all of the city and HOA forms needed, which is a big deal. The installation process itself was painless also. The installation team showed up on time, was very efficient throughout the day and left the property in as good a shape as it was when they arrived. The reason I can't rate them a 5 is due to some issues with the installation of a few panels that needed to be re-installed because of some leaks that appeared. I can say that Infinity was fairly prompt in their response time and the adjustments were made. It's been a couple months since I've had the system in and all I have to say is that I love having solar. Infinity Solar gives you an app that allows you to see how much kWh you are producing daily. It also shows how much c02 you saved and how many trees you planted in producing clean energy. My Edison bill is now about $10 per month. My honest advice is that other companies lock you into a lease program that doesn't make the best use of your money. When you lease you pay nothing down, but have to constantly pay the monthly payment over the next 20-30 years. In that time period things change. What if you sell the house? What if the new owners don't want to take over the lease? Too many "what if's" if you lease. That's where they make the money. Not worth it. Other companies buy their panels from over seas, but Infinity Solar uses panels from Solar World which is made in Oregon. Buy and own your solar panels from Infinity Solar. It will raise the value of your house. Overall I had very good service and experience with Infinity Solar. read more

Ok, It's been over a year now since Infinity Solar installed our system in our Long Beach home. Before calling Infinity, I had talked with one other company, and had looked into Costco's offering. I called SunRun twice... not good at all. I called Infinity on a Friday afternoon. Tim called me back the same day and set a meeting for the very next Monday evening. I had some ideas about where and how I wanted the system installed, and he was very accommodating. No pressure of any kind. I was pleased to see that Infinity recommended the same SolarWorld modules I had been looking into, because I like that company's approach. I also liked the recommendation to use an optimizer system rather than string or microinverters, though I didn't know much about them at the time. Tim provided a couple rounds of a very detailed and accurate proposal, and we had an agreement two weeks from my initial call. A project manager kept in touch from time to time. While awaiting the installation and completion, I did a lot of reading about the SolarEdge system, and the more I read the more I like it. I'm a computer and network guy, and I was able to download lots of information to help understand how the system works. I think the SolarEdge system is very impressive and several percentage points more efficient than others. I'm glad Infinity recommended it. Installation took two days as originally expected, a few days apart. The main installation day had Santa Ana winds, and I was afraid we would have to postpone, but the weather didn't deter these guys! The crew was very professional and friendly, and left a very clean job site. There was a delay of a few days between the main installation and the completion/inspection, because of a backordered part and holidays, but it was no big deal. The resulting installation is very clean and professional. They were able to work with my existing main panel, though Kyle had to do some major surgery on it. Everyone was very good at answering questions and explaining what's going on. They stuck to their bid and contract - no hidden charges or surprises. Very good follow-through with SCE. Three days from city inspection to Permission to Operate! From the first call to the Permission to Operate was 2.5 months. We have not been on it long enough to have the net metering kick in, but the results on the SolarEdge monitoring page and SCE's usage page look good so far. We had a great experience with Infinity from the initial meeting with Dan, to working with Kathy our project manager, and all the way to installation, which was handled by Joel and his team. We requested quotes from a number of different companies before choosing Infinity. Some quotes were lower, but the panels, inverters, service, etc. were not has good as what Infinity offered. Also, Infinity was not pushy and let us make the decision on our time. The installation took longer than planned because more of our old roof tiles broke than were expected to break. But, true to their word, Infinity replaced every single broken tile at no extra cost including tiles that were already broken. After replacing all the tiles, Joel was not pleased with the look of the new tiles against the old tiles, so he personally went the extra mile to rearrange the tiles to blend in better or to move them to areas of the roof that were less visible. The system looks great, and one of our neighbors has also signed a deal with Infinity. read more
