This was an awful experience. A friend and I decided to come in around noon on a Saturday. My pedicure from start to finish was 20 minutes!! It was very rushed. It was not relaxing at all and the guy that was painting my nails was squeezing my toes so hard they left marks. I was booted from the chair before my nails even dried. It was truly an awful experience. Do not come here. EDIT TO ADD: The owner has edited the comment 4 different times to fit their narrative. This place is AWFUL. I've been getting pedicures for 20 years. I don't consider the set up time (as I'm already seated) part of the pedicure time. The foot "scrub" was less than 5 minutes and same with the "massage" (which was just the guy sloshing lotion around)

Andy provided amazing customer service and a beautiful set! I asked for natural color nails and he completely nailed it. Everyone was so friendly and my pedicure turned out amazing he did an overlay on my big toes and I'm in love! Will definitely be coming here from now on and asking for Andy!

Honestly, the vibe was fantastic! I was singing and laughing with the staff. At some points though it did feel like they just wanted me in and out and to upsell me and seemed not really interested unless I was upgrading. I honestly think it just comes with the economy. They need to upsell. I get it but i hope they understand that some of us can not upgrade because of our budgets. I'll show the nails done by Michael. You decide. I paid $117 ,I believe for both.

OMG, this place is seriously amazing! I used a gift card that was given to me and I'm so glad I did. The artists here are incredibly talented with their acrylic work. I ended up spending more money than I expected because I was so impressed by everything. Definitely coming back here soon!

I shouldn't have stopped here. I had an event last night and wanted to remove my full set (done elsewhere) and get a gel mani. The male who did my nails, basically ripped my acrylics off, and three of my nails were bleeding. I've never had my acrylics removed with so much damage after. He said that soaking them off takes too long, and did ask multiple times if it hurt, and multiple times I said yes. A few of my fingers literally hurt today. My mani looks like I did it myself, gel all over my skin, super thick on a few nails. Except it cost me $51

Outstanding spa visit for kids, mani / Pedí. Having a spa day with grandma for kids 6 & 4 years old. Special chairs for kids see attached. They catered to the girls, had fun and did a great job. Cost $45 each for both hans anf feet with custom color & hart on a few nails.

Gel pedicure on my naturally short nails!!

I got a gel pedicure here from Kim and she was amazing! We conversed for a bit then she let me relax. I came in near closing time unknowingly and they still took me and took their time and didn't rush me out or anything. Very clean and nice facilities. Kim did a great job on my pedicure and the massage, the #2 pedicure was definitely worth the cost ($63) which is higher than I'm used to but again totally worth it. Would definitely come here again for a pedicure!!

I had a terrible experience with Tracy today with my acrylic nails. I scheduled an appointment with her at 3:15 and she didn't see me until 3:45. What's the point of booking an appointment when you can't be on time. On top of that, She left them uneven, bubbly, and very cricket. She was very rude and didn't acknowledge what I was even telling her. She took the tip I gave her very rudely and didn't even say thank you. read more

Place is very dirty. Very cluttered, floors are dirty, bugs on the floor behind the chairs they use these cheap $2 lotion and sugar packets that irritated my skin so I do not recommend. There were employees playing cards very loudly and eating with their dirty feet up on the couch in the lobby. Not to mention the crazy amount of cobwebs on the ceiling and in corners. This place used to be very elegant before Covid, but now it's just expensive and garbage. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I called on Wednesday to schedule a pedicure for Sunday. Asked for 10:30 was told I can have 11. When I arrived 10 minutes early I was blamed and told that I wasn't scheduled. I specifically asked for ONE technician and told that there's nothing for me. The guy who answered the phone is also the one who told me there was no appointment. He asked if I received any text or email, I said no. He said then there is no appointment for you. Is it my fault you didn't verify or schedule accordingly?? Told him I'll NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! I gave this place a try two times. The first time my nails they fell off within a week and a half. They were over my nailbed and on my skin. This second time during my pedicure my toes were cut multiple times. The nail job on them does not look so good. And the nail technician when I got a when getting my new set was very argumentative with me about the length of my nails. I explain to her I need them short I did a lot of typing and she was insistent on leaving them long and then told me that she would not make them any shorter. I don't know if this is a tactic to get you come return quicker for a fill and a cut down. But lease to say I will not be returning back there again just because of her attitude chair number eight. I'm not sure what's happening with the quality of nail salons in the Turlock area but he's gone down quite a bit since the pandemic. read more

I went here for a pedicure the weekend before the 4th of July, and decided to wait until now to leave a review because my toe has finally officially healed. For SIX WHOLE MONTHS I have been dealing with the worst infection and ingrown toe nail. I literally had to go to the doctor to get the infection checked out. I have never in my life had an ingrown toe nail until the woman who did my nails literally cut into the corner of my nails. She cut my skin too which is what I'm assuming caused the infection. Not only does this make me question to sanitation and disinfection standards of this business, but it's your job to not cut your clients up. I can not recommend this place LESS. I paid for an upgraded service and was left with a literal injury. Do not go here. read more

I saw that this business had 3 stars when others were higher so I was curious. I took a family friend there to get her nails done for her birthday. We arrived close to closing which was our fault but it did not seem to bother the staff. Since the business had a lower rating I really wanted to see why and I feel like the reasons were due to arguing amongst staff which happened during our visit. It may not have been arguing but that is what I interpreted to be given their loudness and dirty looks toward each other. However I am still giving a 5 star rating because the work done was amazing. Exactly what she wanted and they stayed on for a whole month without any after care. I will come back again. read more

I got my nails done here with Cathy. She was so harsh on my nails while filling it and putting on acrylic nails. I just got home and my nails and skin is hurting, and my index finger nail is bleeding. I asked her to go a French paint with red, and I told her to put baby pink polish first or pearl powder after so the glue doesn't show. She didn't listen and then when I told her that the glue is still showing up, she sorry I don't have pearl powder and I already did 2 coats. Like were you even listening. Very bad service and staff, will not recommend -_- read more

This is my first time getting a pedicure since moving to Turlock so I called on a Friday around 2:30pm to see if they had any openings for a Gel Pedicure & they told me to come right in. As soon as I got here, I got sat and Win took care of me. The ambiance is very calming and everyone here is sweet. Win did a great job and paid close attention to every detail! Would definitely come back and I am going to recommend this place to anyone if they ask me for recommendations! There is a $2.00 charge if you want to pay with card- so my overall total for a regular gel pedicure with $10 tip came out to be $59! read more

I got a gift card to go get pedicures/manicures for my birthday and my daughter. My daughter's nail tech did great but about 5minutes into both of our pedicures 3/4 of the nail techs start yelling at each other. I'm not talking about barely yelling I'm talking about fighting yelling. Two guys and a woman. At one point the lady doing my toes started getting up to calm one of the guys down. One of the guys yelling is yelling across the room while he's doing someone's feet and another lady yelling across the whole room. Eventually one of the men in the argument calls 911 and the cops show up. Meanwhile me, my daughter and another lady getting toes done are sitting there like what the heck is this? Super unprofessional and horrible environment today. You want to go to a nail salon to get pampered and some peace. This was the worst experience. I keep trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I think after today's wasted experience... I'm over it. read more

I was nervous at first as I usually always shave but glad to say the whole process was quick and painless. She talked to me throughout the waxing process and gave me great tips about after care. i definitely love infinity nails i go there all the time to get acrylics. I usually get a certain guy because he's my favorite. But this time when i went he was already occupied, so i got seated with someone else, which i was fine with. I told the man what i wanted and it looked the same as my friends that came with me and got her nails done too. When he started doing my nails i was already hesitant on how off all the shapes of the nails were off. Once he put the powder on they were all bumpy and fat looking, so i didn't say anything because i knew he still had to file down and clean up the nail, and once he did i looked at then and ask him can you keep flattening the nail, but he said, "im not finished so dont worry". But he never filed it back down again. I looked at my nails and they were still lumpy and off so i asked him to make them all look the same, so then he decided to be all smart with me and showed me every nail he did after he was done filing it down and being kinda rude about it. so i looked at them one last time knowing that im still unhappy with how messy they look and i say "this nail on this hand is wider than the other nails on that hand" the nail was literally so much skinny, thiner looking than all the others. So he made an excuse and said that my nail bed is too small so it has to be skinny and he was explaining the different nail sizes that i really didn't wanna hear. He finished up with putting the gel on it and under the purple light, let me tell you they did not look very good to me, not good at all. I told the lady at the front that i dont wanna pay for something that i dont like and that i asked him to fix but he didn't, so she said she will put me with the guy i wanted because he wasn't occupied. So i had to completely get a full new set, and the guy that had done my nails came over asked for the receipt with how much it was, took it then told me it was my fault they look like that because i chose the length. He grabbed clippers and started to aggressively clip off the nails. Then i sat there soaking them so get them taken off and redone. Overall i do like the place and the people there i just thought the guy who did my nails that time had no right to be so rude and be smart with me, its not my fault you cant do nails good. read more

I had such a great experience at this nail shop! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff greeted me right away and made sure I felt comfortable. The salon itself is spotless, well-organized, and you can tell they take pride in keeping everything sanitized, which is super important to me. My nail tech was amazing--she really took her time to shape my nails exactly the way I wanted, and she checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy. I showed her an inspiration picture, and she matched it perfectly while also suggesting a few tweaks that ended up making the design look even better than I expected. The attention to detail was impressive--every line was crisp, the polish was applied evenly, and the finish was flawless. What really stood out to me was how gentle and patient she was. I've been to other shops where I felt rushed or like my nails were being filed too harshly, but here, everything felt smooth and comfortable. The selection of colors and designs was huge! From simple classics to trendy nail art, they had it all. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of work, and honestly, the set I got looks like something you'd see on Instagram. I have never had such horrible service in my life!!! And I've tried a few new places that were horrible but this was really bad. First he couldn't do what I wanted and gave me a different but similar way. so told me to pick a gel color for the base. But had no idea what I was asking - all I wanted was a more sheer color and as he looked confused- he just said we don't have that. I'm pretty sure I would have been more content if he asked other people what sheer meant. He did not ask me the shape, which is an extra $5- so he forced me to get a shape I didn't want. I don't know if it's just me but the photo of what I wanted doesn't look coffin but somehow mine ended like that. And yes I could have told him it's not what I wanted but then he'd have to redo 2 nails and I wasn't gonna have them pulled off I was in a rush. Then as he's filing my nails he isn't very gentle and cuts me and until I said something he ignored the blood. He cut 4 fingers!!!! My thumb won't stop throbbing. I hope it heals fine or else I'll have another problem. I won't be returning. This is the second time I've had an issue. I'll definitely be finding somewhere else to fix my nails. read more

I have been going here for about 6 months now. I travel for work and I like to try to find a spa I am happy with while I am in this town working. I have had different experiences while going here. They are completely opposite so I am going to rate both of them separately bc they were different people and different experiences. For this one I went in to get gel nails. I had been in a few days earlier for a pedicure and nails but ended up having to leave before I got my nails done. So this brings me back in to Danny. We started talking and I told him about my experience and he knew exactly who it was before I even told him! So he did my gel nails. He did an excellent job! Went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and didn't try to add expenses for different things. He was very apologetic for the work I had gotten before. He told me who to ask for to do my pedicure and said she is the best. I am definitely going back to these 2 and have my appointment already set up. well. I'm very skeptical about trying new salon out of San Francisco. We are driving all over the place to do Christmas shopping to find deals. me and my friends did a lot of walking. So our feets hurt. I told my friends. since we are by a nails shop. let's get the pedicures as relaxation. we both did the CBD pain reliever . WOW. i didn't know they had such pedicures like this. This is place is too clean to be true. it's spotless. They spoke good english also. they did everything that was suppose to be on the menu. and the staffs clocking in and out for pedicures ? I heard it in the background. the pedicures states 50_mins to 58 mins. they spent 1 hour and 10 mins on us. Thank you very much for the experience. We will refer friends and family here when they do come this way. read more

I went to this nail salon with my best friend, the bride, who wanted something classic and beautiful for her wedding - just a simple ombré look on her nails. It should have been an easy, straightforward request, but halfway through, the nail tech actually walked away! She didn't explain anything, didn't apologize, just got up and said she no longer wanted to do them. Not only was this unprofessional, but the result was disappointing. The ombré looked rushed and uneven, and we ended up having to have another tech to fix it. I would not recommend this place if you want reliable, quality service. They made what should have been a relaxing pre-wedding treat into a stressful mess. Two stars, only because the receptionist was kind and tried to help. read more

We were seated immediately, felt welcomed from the start, and the service never felt rushed. Our nail technicians, Kim and Andy, were amazing -- very friendly, patient, and attentive. They checked in throughout the process to make sure everything looked the way we wanted and were more than willing to accommodate any requests. finally back to my hometown california. Im visitin family and friends for the holidays and thought i could treat them out as holidays gifts. Infinity nail spa is the most cleaniest place i have ever been to. they have a janitor, they also have great selection of colors. they have a lot of staffs. we have had a party 6 and but we had to schedule an appointment. they were pretty busy when i was there. hands down the pedicures was the best we ever had. they have great music selection also. only downfall is that we just waited 2 mins even though with appointments. I came to this salon for the first time two days ago for a acrylic nail set, the service is good and my nails came out cute. I did however get each of my cuticles cut and they all bled. I told the nail tech he was hurting me, he apologized but then continued to drill as close as possible and cut me deeper. I let him finish because he had already did the damage and I told the front desk what happened and I was blew off with a "Even my dentist messes up my teeth" comment. Like I said, the nails were cute and they were polite but I wont come back again. read more

well, I didn't think I come back again and leave a review on a business. I'm going to write this review due to the customer service of the guy in the front and the Nail Technicians that were also friendly. My toes was extremely in bad shape. I like the music they play here and they offer red wine as part of the pedicures deal. I highly recommend this place if you go to Turlock. I didn't give them 5 stars because I had to wait 20 minutes. This is one of my favorite nail salons. It is very clean & welcoming. They have a great color selection too. Linh is amazing! She convinced me to let her do a patriotic theme design on my nails. Although, I was hesitant at first because I like my nails just solid color. I was so glad that I decided to let her do it because they look amazing! Her confidence in her design skills made me very comfortable with letting her do the color & design that she had envisioned. I have try this nail shop 5 times already. I always go with my two daughters that are 6 and 8 . They have 4 mermaids pedicures chairs also. I like how they treat my daughters and make them extremely happy. Wow, a lot of options on colors. My pedicures also precise, the staffs are friendly. They take their time to do a great job. My daughter and I both had services done here. We both got Pedicures, I got a Manicure and she got a full set. My Deluxe Pedicure l was awesome. The lotion smelled really good and the leg massage was very relaxing. Tina did my Manicure and she was very friendly and fast. My daughters full set came out so cute. Seriously the best spot in Turlock!!! Finally a nail place that is open on a Sunday !!!! The nails techs are super friend and they have a variety of colors to choose from. I personally love getting my nails from (John) he always sculpts my nails perfectly . I highly recommend . They have mimosa and beers I mean that's a win win The waiting time is not long. Very friendly service. My nail tech was very detailed and you can tell that she knows exactly what she's doing since I was in and out in less that an hour. I had a pedicure and fill.
