I would never go here again,it's not for my kind know what I mean. The young lady act like she didn't wanna give me service. Never said anything to me the whole time and skip some processes on my feet rushing. My nails weren't shaped and the polish dried gritty I didn't want gel and I was told I would still get charged the same no matter what this was my 3rd time. first time was pretty good the last two times my service was horrible I felt unwanted. I just came back to make sure it wasn't just a bad day but no they wanted my money but not willing to give me good service. Never again! One star. The manger just commented but he cancelled my booking telling me that people usually don't want what they booked but I did but after that I just wanted regular polish because breaking up my package was gonna make it much more expensive I let the young lady know I didn't like my nails very ugly uneven and I didn't say anything to the manager because they were rude and it makes no sense to talk to the manager about it I just decided to never come back read more

I love my nails every time I come here! I've gotten acrylics and gel and have always left happy. Their massage chairs while getting a pedicure is very relaxing and the store is always clean. Don't hesitate to get your nails done here :) read more

I made an appointment for my daughter to get acrylics done for her first Prom. She wanted to go by herself as she is becoming more independent, so I let her. It was obvious the nail technician took advantage of a young teenager. The male who did her nails did a horrible job. First, he did not prep her cuticles, ie cut, pushback or anything. Second, she asked for jewels to be put on all nails and he said, no I am only putting one jewel on the middle fingernails. Third, when he finished it looked like the nail already had 1 1/2-week growth (because the cuticles were not removed or pushed back, and he did not put the acrylic nail up to the cuticle). Lastly, one of the jewels fell off about 4 hours after she left the salon. The next day, I personally took my daughter back to have them fix it. The manager told us that he would get them fixed and asked us to come back at 4:30pm (mind you that was 4 hours later). We stayed in town the entire 4 hours since I lived in Oakdale. The manager sat my daughter down with another nail technician and I sat down next to her. The new technician just started putting more nail polish on and not fixing the gap between the nails and the cuticle. I stopped her and told her what I wanted, she just got up, put her stuff away and walked away. The manager told me that he could not have another technician do a whole new set or he would have to transfer the money from the first technician to the new one. I really didn't care about their internal policies on who go paid, I just wanted my daughter's nails to look good for her Prom. The manager then told me that he needs to have the first technician fix it since it was his mistake and asked if we could come back the next day at 4. I agreed one condition, either they refund me a portion of the cost for inconvenience, or the technician removes the nails and starts over. The manager said that is fine. Now I had to take time off from work to return on Monday (today) The next day, my daughter and I showed up at 4 and the manager and I spoke in which we both agreed that removing the nails this soon would not only require a long time in a solution (whole process could be 2 hours) but would cause a lot of pain. I agreed and told him that he could just do a fill and we would be ok with that. The original male technician came out to the lobby and looked at my daughter's nails and I showed him the gap and told him that he needed to fix the cuticles and then do a fill. He agreed to do a fill and took my daughter to the back. About 30 minutes later my daughter came back up front and she looked like she was going to cry. The technician did not do a fill, he only painted the nails in the gap to make it look like the nail was up against the cuticle. I asked the manager for a full refund as his technician did not do what all of us agreed on. So he called the owner and the owner said the nails look fine (from a picture the manager took) and that they do not do refunds. I talked to the owner and told him that the nails do not look fine in person and that they were supposed to do a fill. His response was that you don't need a fill after the 2nd day. I agreed with him about a fill should not be needed after only 2 days, if the nails were done correctly but they were put on with a gap between the nail and cuticle as if there were 1 1/2 weeks of growth and the technician just painted the nails to cover up the gap. The picture is not a true depiction of what the nails look like. The owner said that he does not give refunds and if I have a problem to call the police and make a police report. I have never had such poor customer service and cannot believe how they lied to us and tried to cover it up. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

**** WORST PLACE IN TURLOCK **** DO NOT GO HERE, IT WILL SAVE YOU MONEY, PAIN, AND MEDICAL VISITS!!!!!!! November 3, 2023, I went to get a pedicure here, the nail tech Tina cut so deep into my big toes despite me telling her to please be gentle because it hurt several times.. I got my pedicure done and left with pain thinking it's probably the soreness of her being so rough. The next day my big toes swole up with excruciating pain, I ended up in the urgent care and then went to go visit my doctor and they told me that it was an infection and this was a case that could get worse and may need to cut my big toes off because of the infection. I went to go speak to the owner (T) he was being smart with me, he told me he has insurance so go ahead and seek medical attention because he could not do anything else about it, and said he needs a note from my doctor stating that I got this from them and when I asked for a refund he said "I'm not going to give you a refund because it doesn't work that way." I said I will go to better business bureau he gave me a smart laugh and said "oh they won't do anything, trust me." This place is ridiculous, not only are they rude but they are also using unsanitary equipment on their customers which can lead to a huge lawsuit. My toes til this day are still huge and I'm still visiting my doctor. Please do not go to this place. They are acting all big since they got a renovation, but it's only the building that got a renovation, not their equipment, or customer service. read more

If you want a calm, comfortable experience, do NOT go here. The workers have garbage out from where they take breaks in the front area. Again. read more

Tracy is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and I've never been disappointed. I've been coming for here for 4 years now.

I've been going here for a pedicure for about 6 months and get a fantastic experience every time! The Nail Techs are very professional and go above and beyond for your unique nails. They can be quite busy so I always make an appointment and they get me started promptly. I highly recommend Infinity Nail Spa! read more

I got an acrylic set and while everyone was nice and the place itself is, the set was not good. I had asked to use the acrylic powder color, not just the clear/pink acrylic and then polish on top and the lady doing my nails had confirmed that that is what I wanted but then did regular acrylic with gel anyways. The nails ended up lumpy and my thumb nail was glued on crooked and onto my skin, which she only fixed later by filing down the side, but it was still very crooked. There was also a lot of bubbles and imperfections in the gel polish on many of the nails. It's unfortunate because I had gotten the set I got this time before at this place and it was great (a guy had done that set about a year ago or so) but the lady I got this time, who I'm unsure of her name or anything, was just not good. I wish I had pictures but this was about two months ago now and I unfortunately didn't take any. I maybe should have had the will to say she wasn't doing what I wanted, but I don't think I should have to if it's a good nail place. I can give that maybe the acrylic/polish thing was just a miscommunication but the set was still bad even without that. read more

I came in after work to get a pedicure and a new set and was willing to go with whoever was available as I have always had a good experience here. I got Mai for my pedicure and she did a fine job, but I got John for my manicure and as you can see in the picture I am not happy with my results. My nails are not completely covered and he did not clean the inside after he was done filing so there's glue and shavings from the acrylics still on the inside. I have gotten my nails done here before by Calvin and he does an amazing job. I should've just stuck with my gut and only gone to Calvin, but he was busy with another person. Not sure if I will be returning here. Very annoyed at the waste of money and time. Only giving two stars because my pedicure was fine or else it would be one. read more

The first two time I got my shellac changed, the guys did great! The last time I went, I had a lady and I told the receptionist I only wanted to change my color. Not sure if she didn't relay the message to the lady but the lady started one hand as if I was doing the full manicure. I stopped her and told her I was only changing my color. Seemed like she got irritated and half assed the rest of her work. I left there with my hands full of oil and even when I paid my cash was oily. I'll give it another chance otherwise I'll find somewhere else. read more

Infinity Nail Spa is a beautiful salon with a contemporary modern feel. Ironically, the quality of service that I received was quite the opposite. The gentleman who helped me was friendly & probably meant well, however, he was not experienced enough to cut the side of my nails, he told me so. It was a very quick & superficial pedicure that involved dipping my feet in hot water, filing, scrubbing, massaging, & nail polish. 15-20 minutes later, the outcome was unsmooth/uneven toe nails with visible nail polish streaks. My toes looked horrendous, I was way too embarrassed to wear open-toe shoes the rest of the day. I ended up redoing my own toes the same night. My husband was sitting next to me and had a similar experience minus the nail polish. Instead of a clear polish coat, he asked for a buff. The buff was an additinal $5 on top of the $33 cost for the 20 min pedicure. We are definitely not going back. read more

Good quality & great company! Went in without an appt and was seated promptly. The interior is spacious and aesthetically pleasing with wall decor displaying positive quotes. The nail techs were entertaining and friendly. The nail tech that helped me was Danny, very adaptable guy! As we spoke about nail trends of the past, he mentioned the moon shape and we went with it. Turned out beautiful! (Thanks Danny!) Went on to get a pedicure. I didn't catch the girls name who helped me, but she was also very friendly with great attention to detail (thank you!) The colors I picked were about the only good thing about this visit. The gentleman I had was nice enough, quiet and did his thing, but the pedicure was messy and my gel manicure did not seem worth the amount I paid. Four of my cuticles bled (two toes and two fingers) and was painful and stung. He was rough with the grooming part and I would definitely request a different person if I were to go again. read more

I am new to Turlock originally from Walnut Creek Ca. So I've been on a hunt trying to find a new nail salon. I've been here for a pedicure once and they haven't failed me even this time. I'm writing this review due to my manicure service. I am not the type to complain or nag but I just have to say I absolutely hate my nails. I got a full set short one solid color and they are all different shapes! The guy hurt me so many times I lost count. It got to the point that once I saw him pull out the filing machine over and over again I was so scared. I'm never getting my nails done here again. read more

Disappointed with this place! Went in for a pedicure and my daughter got a acrylic set of nails. While I'm sitting there i decided that i also want a set of nails. I ask if they're able to accommodate, and the lady who was doing my pedicure asked the receptionist, she seemed bothered and rolled her eyes ( unprofessional) She proceeds to sit me down, I showed her a pic of what i wanted 3 times, and she did the whole opposite of what I wanted. It looked nothing like the pic. I didn't complain tipped her and dealt with my disappointing nails! Until I realized this AM that she didn't paint my pinky toe nail with my pedicure. So, I headed over to the place to get it fixed and the gentleman at the desk was so rude worst customer service! He said the pinky nail was smudged off. I told him it was gel there's no way because they cured the nail under light. He told me to come back another day to fix because they didn't have time . He scheduled me for the Monday at 6pm. He told me that I caused a big mess lol really! I was willing to pay to change the acrylic nail because I should've told her about it the day before and didn't. I paid over $150 for crappy service ... we will not be going back ever! My sister told me she got her nails done there 2 weeks ago and they did terrible on hers too! On my daughters they didn't even put the acrylic on the entire nail bed... this place is a joke! Pic below shows what I wanted on the right and the nails I got on the left read more

I was really dissappointed with my visit today. This is my second time here because I enjoyed my first experience. My mom and I had an appointment and she didn't get seen until 20 minutes after our scheduled time by a man that was clearly bothered to do her nails, for whatever reason. He overcharged her for a fill, she payed $15 more from our last visit when the exact same service was done (refill, fix a broken nail) My nails have bubbles all over them from the gel I'm assuming. My pedicure was great. However, we won't be returning. read more

A beautiful disaster!!! For Turlock having a new spa, the surely are NOT building a great rep in town. I had been to this spa once when they first opened. All I could recall that I wasn't happy when I left, I decided to give them another chance. Also because it was a mutual spot to meet my friends. Although, my gfs were iffy about going here as well from past experiences. I decided to get a pedi and mani. I asked the lady for colors they would match. finger and toes! She showed me a chart I decided to select a color. When I got my shellac on my fingers done. The color from my fingers and toes was drastically different. I mentioned to the gentleman and he told me it was the same color and showed me the box. I said I understand, but it does not appear that way. Very rudely he said can't help u, ignored me and acted like he didn't or hear my concerns. Which rubbed me the wrong way already. As I went to the front, I mentioned to another employee. Hey these Don't match. He told me it would be hard to match the fingers and toes. I asked why? It's the same polish. I told him, I have never had this issue before. Was there something he could do? He was unable to help or suggestions. He was very disrespectful. Trust me save your money. read more

Andy did a great job with my gel pedicure. I had an issue with one of my nails and he was extremely patient, attentive and thorough throughout the whole process. I've come to the nail salon multiple times and noticed little red flags but never paid mind to it (dead cockroaches behind the chair, using a nail instrument to pop the filters off the foot tub). My last straw was in December of 2024. I came with a friend to get pedicures. A younger guy with a mask started my pedicure. He used a motorized nail file to file down my natural nail. Red flag. He went down too far on two nails to the point where the blood rushed to the top of the nail but did not actual break through. He instantly ran his finger over the nail to make sure I wasn't bleeding. I stopped him and said "okay, we're done". He tried to reassure me and say, "it's okay, it's okay". I let him know that it actually wasn't okay and I've never had someone do that before. He finished by washing my feet off and gave me my check. You would think that after almost cutting through my nail they would realize that they shouldn't charge someone for their terrible service. I had to carefully polish my own nails for a trip I was about to take. It took months for the nails with the divots from the nail bit to grow out. I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone. read more

Infinity Nail Spa - Horrible and ridicules customer services special the front guy - Nail Salons Near Me - Turlock, California

This place is absolute garbage. Please don't waste your time or your money. I have never experienced anything like I experienced at this nail salon. I asked for a shellac manicure and they assigned me to Mai. She was extremely rough and did NOT do a good job at all! The manicure lasted 30 minutes. She did not remove my cuticles thoroughly and was basically buffing my cuticles along with my nails. My nails felt extremely irritated. She would also remove extra nail polish with her OWN long nails. I also had a few hang nails and she kept filing them down instead of trimming them. I told her she was too rough and she just laughed it off. After the manicure was done she began shaping my nails. I have never seen this happen after everything is all done. After the manicure was over she said "I like it." I also noticed the technician next to her said the same thing to her client. It sounds like they say that at the end to get the customer to think they did a nice job when in reality, it's horrible. When I went to pay the owner, Troung asked me how everything went. I was honest with him and told him that I did not like the manicure and I showed him my nails. He told me that I could come back within 7 days to get them fixed. I told him I could come on Monday. However it was a busy week for me and I did not get a chance to go in. I went in on the 7th day and I felt extremely disrespected. I walked in and told the lady in the front that I needed to get my nails fixed. She asked me who my technician was and I told her. A few other employees came to the front and they began to speak in their own language. I find this EXTREMELY unprofessional and offensive. They proceeded to speak in their language saying God knows what in front of me. They basically told me that their policy is that I have to go to the same person who did my nails prior. I refused to do so. I did not want to experience another painful and horrible manicure. I told them that I wanted my money back or to get my nails fixed by another technician. They continued to speak in their language and therefore I asked to speak to the owner. He was not in the store at the time so they provided me his cell phone number and told me to call him. I called Troung and I explained the situation to him. I basically asked him for my money back and he refused . He stated that I waited too long! I told him I came in within the 7 days. He stated that I told him I would be coming in after a few days. I explained that this week was busy for me. He also began to tell me that he wanted to share a life lesson with me. He gave me the example of purchasing a car and how the warranty works. I interrupted him and told him that this situation is NOT similar to purchasing a vehicle. I also asked him to not give me a life lesson and treat me like a child. During our conversation he told me that this was not a good time to talk. He even began yelling at his kids in his own language while being on the phone with me. I have never been in such an unprofessional situation. The best he could do was to give me $10 dollars back. My manicure was NOT worth $30 dollars which is what I was initially charged. I'm not sure how the guy even manages other locations. He is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service. Later on in the day he thought it was appropriate to text message me. He stated that he was giving me an additional 10 dollars in my account. I responded that it was not necessary considering I would not be returning. He replied saying "ok then I'll remove it." This place is NOT at all luxurious as their description states. They offer higher prices with horrible customer service. There are better places in town that have better services and prices. This is a new place and he is not doing things properly to bring/ keep new clients to his salon. I will not be returning to this place and I will continue to share my experience with my family and friends. The photos I have shared are how my nails looked after 7 days. Keep in mind they began chipping the next day and I do not scrub toilets for a living so there should be no reason for the chipping. ****update to the review after owner's response**** The owner is stating that I agreed to get my nails redone over the phone, but that is NOT correct. I told him I wanted my money back and I did not want to get them redone. The receptionist asked me after the owner's phone call if I wanted to get them redone and I told him no. I also told him that I told the owner I did not want to get my nails redone. I did not feel comfortable getting my nails redone in a place after I was disrespected by the owner and 5 other employees came up front and had a conversation about the situation in a different language. I looked at his responses to the other bad reviews and instead of trying to mentor his staff to do a better job he responds inappropriately to the customers! read more

I came to get my nails done at Infinity Nail Spa for a Pedi with the callus removal treatment as well as a full acrylic set. I was greeted right away which is a plus and was helped in about 15 min or so which was totally okay for me since it was the weekend and I hadn't scheduled an appointment. I got seated on one of the pedi massage chairs and had my service done by Anna who was very lovely and did an amazing job start to finish. I am 6 months pregnant which she definitely noticed and was kind enough to check on me Throughout the service and offered me water multiple times. i was very pleased by the service ANNA had done on me I would definitely go back to her. It was great until my pedi ended. I was seated for my Acrylic set with Danny, i was kind of nervous since i've never had a male tech do my nails before but i was open to it. Throughout the whole Acrylic application I was very uncomfortable he seemed like he was in a rush to finish. he cut my cuticles twice and burned me a total of 6 times with the nail filer when he used it to file down my nail bed and acrylics. I kept repeating myself "oww" or "ouch" the whole time from the burning sensation i felt on my nails. I was also very verbal about how I wanted my nails shaped and painted in the nicest way possible just to make sure we were on the same page and he kept saying "i know" or making me feel dumb about repeating myself. When he was applying the gel polish I showed him a Picture of what I wanted and he started painting the opposite so i stopped him and re-explained myself while showing the picture again in a nice way because people make mistakes and he answered "yeaah you want ombre" and I said "yes but not the way your doing it I only want color at the top and fade down" this is when he started making comments saying "this is ombre" and i replied with "yes it is but that's not what I asked for" and I showed him the picture again. A client that was being assisted next to me looked over and acknowledged the picture and my nails and said to me those are nice i get what you want him to do" felt more reassured that I wasn't being rude or unreasonable. He had only started painting one nail so he corrected it immediately. I would not get my nails done by Danny again but I will return and ask for someone else. If i had to rate ANNA and DANNY individually ANNA would be a solid 5+ and DANNY would definitely get a 2 at most. I did like how my nails came out just not the process I went through to have them done. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. The receptionist is always rude and impatient. I spent $160 on gel mani and pedis for myself and my daughter before an event out of state. The gel was applied terribly and lifted the same day it was applied. I asked for a refund because the receptionist was rude when I complained, and she seemed not to care about the quality of the work. She would only offer a redo. I contacted the owner with no reply. We went back to have them repaired because they looked horrible within two days and the man that worked on my 15 year old daughter was rude; put a layer of clear gel over the lifting and sent her on her way within 10 minutes. We will never return here and would recommend you find another place in Turlock. I've been in the beauty industry for over 10 years and this place is about the money, not the quality. read more

My husband and I went in for pedicures. We both got the $48.00 paraffin deluxe pedicures. The woman who did my husbands pedicure was amazing! It was one of the best pedicures hes ever had. She scrubbed his feet, and massaged the hell out of his legs. I however did not have a great experience. The woman who did mine phoned it in. She didn't really scrub my feet, I'll have to finish that at home. She just rubbed the sugar scrub and stuff on my legs, no massage or anything. And the hot stone rub... my husband got 2 stones, I got 1. I started several minutes after my husband, and finished 5+min before him, and I had color on my toes! I will say the nail polish on my toes is awesome. My husbands was well worth the $48.00, that woman gets 5 stars! read more

I usually don't do this, but after 4 days of pain in my toes, I feel that I have to warn others! I can't speak to manicures, but I received the most painful pedicure of my life over the weekend. I mean, the tech was ripping my cuticles like crazy, without even applying any cuticle oil! I'm not sure if the tech thought that filing over the blood coming out of my cuticles would stop the bleeding? Anyways, so much pain...even when I asked her to tone it down a little. She was legitimately stabbing me lol. Also doesn't help that the customer in front of me checking out was complaining to the man in front, telling him that bloodshed shouldn't be normalized. Looks like they had a bad experience too. I'd try somewhere else for a pedicure... read more
