Came in as a walk-in requesting a pedicure and they took me in immediately. Tracy was great and the entire staff was friendly. Pedicure was great, it didn't feel rushed at any point. Would recommend! read more

Tracy is the best manicurist I've ever had. She is great, pays attention to detail. I love her!! No one like her. I really recommend her

Service was good, environment was clean, did not have to wait a long time to get service.

Very unprofessional! Went to get two pedicures for myself and my husband and one manicure. First off, they started very pushy into making us get the priciest pedicure which it cost $90+.. then, they get a lil snarky when we picked the service we want. They barely done anything and didn't get half the things that was included in the service we wanted! When we asked, they stated they were out of some of the items which is a lie because the person right next to us got them. Then, the lady started working on my hand, i have natural long nails, she messed up the shape and had to cut all my nails super short. She didn't even apologize and continued to being harsh and making my cuticles bleed. This wasn't the end of it, the lady that was being rude since the beginning kept getting up while working on my husband's pedicure and disappearing without any notice. Then, i saw her going to the front with the rest of staff drinking beer!! Yup, drinking while working! I have been to a lot of nail spas but, this was the worst on so many levels! Two days later, my nails are already chipped. Save your money and time and stay away from this place read more

I love this place!! Their staff gives the best manicures. They know exactly what you want and ask if every step so far is good. They have drinks like water, juice and wine that's complementary. You can book your appointments online which I love! read more

Amazing service and such a great vibe. My favorite place to come to! Will definitely be telling my friends and family to come here!

They were great. Nails look wonderful and the gel polish lasts a long time. Everyone is friendly and nice.

I've been wanting to get my nails done for a while and heard they had 30% off for the grand opening. Wow I was impressed. The salon is gorgeous, clean, good music and the employees are the best. Very polite, they have a sense of humor and engage with you. Danny did my nails. I wasn't sure what color to choose and he picked out a beautiful soft pink which looks great! They have a drawing for a michael kors handbag, they have beverages such as wine, champagne, beer and water. There's even a mini bar inside, which looked like fun for maybe a ladies day out enjoying a drink and pedicure. All in all this place is a 5 star for the cleanliness, great employees and my nails and pedicure are on point. Thank you! I'll be returning! read more

Always do a great gel pedicure. They are always friendly and clean environment. They take walk ins too!

Pedicure by Tracy was great! Quick and efficient! Would come back again! Nice location too.

Over priced and the person that did my daughters nails did a horrible job and when addressed him about it he said he would do them better next time. My daughter and I will not be going back there. That was unacceptable. read more

I've tried several nail spas in the area and I don't like any of them as much as I like Infinity. The establishment is so nice, clean and inviting. The chair did a great massage while getting my pedicure and my pedicure was absolutely stunning when Nathan was done. This was my first visit and it certainly will not be my last. The packages for pedicures are a bit higher than other spas but it was worth it. I really felt I got my monies worth coming here. read more

My apt was at 10 am I arrived on time, I waited 30 mins and it was my turn. Sat down showed the gentleman who was very kind the entire time, showed him the picture of what I wanted. He said $53 I agreed and we were off. He began doing my nails and applied clear acrylic, he asked if i wanted gel or powder, I asked the difference he said " gel is easier to change color and cheaper." I said ok let's do what's easier. He truly tried and I know because what should have been an hour was at this point two and half, he "finished" with what you see in the pictures of pink and sparkles. I was so not happy. I told him " it looks nothing like the picture" he said "well you wanted gel" I was irritated that as a professional he did do it the way he knew it was supposed to be done to turn out exactly like the picture and not his interpretation. He was obviously very lacking in the skills needed in acrylic. I ask that they be changed and he very kindly agreed. I decided the best, easiest for his skill level and fastest choice would be just to pick a simple color and have them painted. You can see the line where the glitter ends and doesn't even blend or fade. They were so embarrassing and for 48$ with $5 tip as the gel costs it was awful. Plus they up charge for nail shape which is unheard of. You do not get what you pay for. Receptionist upon arrival was lacking in customer service barely spoke to me and I was left wondering how long I had to wait, should I check in and so on. She asked upon payment " how it went " I was honest and said not it's not what I asked for but the gentleman was very kind and helpful without attitude. She said " yea I know Um let me give you a name of a guy here that sits next to him that can do what you asked for". ‍ I only went here because it was the only place open I usually go somewhere else but they aren't open yet. They do not charge for nail shape or as much and I always get in and out and they always do what I ask. I will never ever go back. This place is exhausting, over priced esp for what you get and a shit show. You couldn't pay me to go back. Ps making excuses and constantly blaming your customers is unprofessional and not helpful or beneficial. Take responsibility. So what your saying is he Couldn't accomplish what I asked for in the 3 hours I was there!? Hmm sounds like an excuse and customer blaming. Like all your other responses. And you were far more than Ill prepared to open. I didn't mention in the prior statement but since this has been brought up I will state that the phones were off, the Internet was out, and the water heater was broken. If you chose to open on this day you should have been preparing Monday and Tuesday ahead of time, it seems like you're lazy and didn't get in there and get the things done that you needed to get done to make sure that your business was ready to open and customers requests and needs were met like I said this place is a shit show no need to respond because I will not be back. read more

Always a pleasure to come in here. My nails always look amazing and the color lasts for weeks!

Went in today for my first time because the girl that usually does my nails cancelled on me so I decided to try this place. The lady that did my nails was nice but her work wasn't good. I also feel like it's pretty pricey especially since I have gotten more complex designs and a better job for cheaper. The worst nails I have gotten to be honest and I will be taking them off. They are too rounded and the shape is off as well as the white lines were done too thick. I didn't want to tell them nevermind or tell them take them off cause I didn't want to deal with it because I was so disappointed and just wanted to leave. Felt like I wasted my time and money. Never going again I am sticking to my nail girl. Only reason I went is because I am going on a trip and needed my nails done asap. read more

The salon is clean, relaxing vibes and my toes look excellent! The man that runs the front desk allowed for everything g to run smoothly :)

We were offered great service. We always leave satisfied with our pedicures. I would highly recommend coming here!

This place is way over priced for a mediocre pedicure! I'll never come back. Oh and if you check in your supposed to get a 15% discount which they don't honor. read more

They don't even do a full pedicure, no real message. Charge you a premium for service that you don't get. Also not sure if they're very sanitary. Take your business elsewhere trust me. read more

Went in for acrylic nail removal and gel from my toes due to possible cuticle infection. Apparently they don't have time until 5pm and it's only 10am. But they can fit in walk in fills and new sets. read more

I went to this place because the regular girl I go to was booked. And let me tell you I wish I never went to this horrible, unprofessional, annoying nail salon. I asked for coffin shaped nails, and they are obviously square, some curved, some not, and uneven. There was no conversation made, at one point the Nail Tech stopped and said oh my god wow long nails, like I have had longer nails. It was weird. He was also very rough. I ended up over-paying, which was absolutely ridiculous for what I ended up with. I would not recommend this place. read more

My nails are only 5 days old & chipped. I asked for coffin shape and then look square. The technician next to me was extremely rude to his client.Blamed the fact that her nails weren't coffin because her fingers were too small. She wasn't happy with them and he raised his Voice and told her it was her fault and he refused to touch her nails again. Someone else ended up fixing them. My technician John or Jonathan was nice and patient. read more

Infinity Nail Spa - Chipped nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Turlock, California

I would give 0 stars to the owner. My nails are chipping and were done horribly over painted on my skin look at pictures! Overcharged $25-30 for gel only with removal & no manicure! That's too muCh especially for this type of job. The lady painted so far out it's dried over my skin, never have I had someone paint my nails like this! Won't be back!! Update I'm glad you removed your back and forth arguing and didn't embarrass yourself. You are here to argue that's why ur business won't last long and it was empty on a Friday, & that's why you have horrible reviews, no customer service skills. The job was done horribly, forget the chipping and cuticles, what is ur excuse on the painting that was done over my skin? I didn't want my cuticles cut because people don't know how to cut them and cut too deep, make you bleed not what I want. My choice-- nothing to do with $5, but obviously you don't understand that & u can't address the issue & horrible paint job!! This place won't last trust me. You must have some real issues and since you're shop is empty I see how u have time to keep messaging me lol how immature what a joke. First of all I know how to care for my nails and don't need a wack ass owner like u too tell me anything. I just had a manicure 2 weeks before coming in and that's when my cuticles were cut too deep and BLED. The overpainting has nothing to do with my cuticles I know you don't speak much English so u can't understand or read right apparently but stop messaging me back. My review is my true experience Just like all the other bad reviews you had. You have workk to be done so go work on that instead of fighting with customers when u can't eVen understand the basics! Business will go downhill fast I'll make sure anyone I know the thousands of people keep ur business empty as it has been! You're an idiot period have no customers so you have time to argue with customers! Go learn how to communicate as you obviously don't understand. Yelp is for reviews so of course I will put my experience and if it's bad like urs I will definitely call you out! U have an empty nail place it'll stay empty with ur lack of proper communication. U sent a private message for me to come back to the nail place and you'll have someone else do my nails, no never!! read more

Was not happy with my nails after getting them done here. Very sloppy work. Staff wasn't outright rude but definitely not friendly people. Better service and quality work other places. If you want quality work or specific design you'll have better luck at a more professional establishment or tech. They re-use files etc on every customer here as well which is a violation. Those should always come out of a new package before touching your nails. A lot of cross contamination taking place. Go see for yourself. read more
