We did the Zombie Lab room at Infinity Escape in our early days of trying out escape rooms a year or so ago and have had our eye on "The Magic Cottage: The Sister's Curse" for a long time but it took us a while to find another couple to join us. We finally did it this past weekend and had a great time. This is the only room we've seen that actually gives you 75 minutes instead of the usual 60 minutes. This was a really fun room with a lot of different types of puzzles and had a very immersive feel. There were definitely some unique aspects of the room that we have not seen anywhere else. You are led into the room in blindfolds, it starts off dark and you have to solve an initial puzzle to brighten things up. I'll agree with some of the other reviews that Magnus the dragon who gives clues was often hard to understand. When you hear him start to speak, make sure everybody in your group is quiet. Jacob was our game master who great and helped us out a few times when he had trouble understanding Magnus. We were given a few extra minutes and were able to escape, but one of the puzzles didn't do what it was supposed to for a few minutes so we considered it a win. You have to sign a waiver when you arrive so be sure to show up a little early. They are working on a new alien abduction themed room which will be ready early next year and we're definitely looking forward to trying that when it opens.

First timers here! We will be back, we were soooo impressed with all the details, props, and set up. Our daughters are 14 and 12 and they did so great solving the puzzles. This was an amazing experience and look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our time here. We did the Magic Cottage room. I do think the Audio was a bit difficult to understand so our GameMaster had to repeat things a couple times. It was a bit heavy on the smoke, but we had a great time solving the puzzles. Our GameMaster was so much fun, he got in character and we really enjoyed it!

Ir was my boys friend's first time and my first time after years and we loved it. Had lots of fun ! Will come back to do the other room they have

I would say you are paying more for the supplies than the class itself. The place is very beautiful and they have so much there and it looks like they do more than just the lamps. I definitely want to go back for some of the other stuff they have there. The fun part is if you're creative and come here and learn what you need you can easily replicate it at home with friends. The instructor was ok on the instruction side and amazing with everything else. I'm a teacher and I usually walk around and help or offer other methods. This one just told us pretty much what was on the pamphlet. I would have liked more engagement but it's fine we all made some good lamps. Overall the experience was fun, the tea was delicious and we had a good time making our lamps then drinks being them at home

Even after the 1st day my meals at home were suddenly consistent and significantly better. 12 weeks later and I am confidently relaxed in my kitchen. I enjoy the ease that I feel now; from preparing dinner, menu planning, temp control, and little tips you just can't learn on google. Learning in person from Chef Jason and Chef Ben with a group of funny, eager, and caring adults has really shaped how I can give back to my family. This was the common denominator for all the students in our course. We wanted to learn a new skill to share with the ones we care about most, our families. "I haven't made a sh**** meal since day one of this course" - quote from my fiancé Take the leap and invest in yourself and your family plus laughing about it along the way is always a plus.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The class covered all the bases of what you could learn in a beginners cooking class. From potion, to fish, to veggies, to knifes skills it is a good balance. The pace was not too fast but not too slow. We would learn about a subject, watch the chef cook it and then do it ourselves. I really liked my chef instructor explained things thoroughly but not overly controlling. One of the best parts is you got to take your a recipe sheet home with everything you learned that day and the food that you made, my husband and my kids always loved that. Over all it was a great experience and I will be back for more classes!

This is a nice place for either a rage room or an escape room…read more A few weeks ago, I did a rage room experience here, which was my first time doing a rage room. Marc, the owner, was very nice and kind. He even allowed me to do a special request where I wore an outfit (which is a Morpshuit with t-shirt and shorts) underneath the gear used for the rage room. Very kind of him to accommodate this. I have never done a rage room before, so it was a unique experience. Shattering glass, and breaking things felt very liberating and it helped me release tension/anger. Additionally, at the very end, there was even another surprise where Marc even taught me how to throw ninja stars on the wooden board. It was super cool. At first, I couldn't get any ninja stars to stick, but on one of my final attempts, I actually did get the ninja star to stick, which was awesome!! I was pretty elated that I was able to do that! Anyways, shout out to Marc the owner for being very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cool, friendly place to do a rage room or an escape room. I should check out their escape rooms some time soon.

Overall a positive experience with a couple of cons:…read more - When we arrived, there wasn't any clear instructions of where/what we should do as there is no front desk. Also took a while before someone came out to help (I think they were in the back assisting maybe another customer?) but some signage would help. - Waivers could be sent prior to arrival to save on time since it was a google form - staff could be more welcoming and better at explaining. I understand it may be sketchy to go to a customer's car to evaluate items brought from home since it could be a risk to the staff, but I think it could either be instructed earlier before arrival OR simply just state that you cannot leave the business. The delivery of the comment made by the staff was not very smooth (almost felt like implying we were bringing something bad or wrong). - A timer inside the room might be helpful as it's hard to keep track of time once you're destroying things. - Phone "mount" could be better secured with a clasp or something because one bump and our phone fell on the ground where there's shards and scraps everywhere. This could have easily scratched the phone. - Room felt cramped, but understand that may be limited by the size of the store space. - Half of the group was arriving late, in which I shared upfront and thought that the staff would assist in getting them as ready as possible before our first group came out to swap, but when I came out, I saw that they had not even begun to change. I understand the face shield and gloves are limited quantities, but they could have started fitting in the other items like jumpsuit and face coverings. - Also as we were swapping, I ended up giving the second group the instructions when it really should have been the staff to give them the run through. It felt very disorganized during the swapping. For the price, I think it would be nice if each group received at least one larger item and not just cups, plates, and glass. All-in-all, it was fun to let out some rage by wrecking things and not having to clean it up. My friends and I did enjoy this different experience. Also fun to watch them from the room cam inside the Axe Room as they rage.

This was my first time axe throwing, but it was actually really fun. The staff were very professional and cordial! Really cool activity to give a try once in a while! The staff were very helpful and patient - gave us some tips and techniques to get us going. I opted for the everything bucket, shovel/axe/ knife, and I gotta say it was pretty worth it for the extra cost as you get to work with the different weight distributions. When you actually get the hit in, the sounds they make on the wooden boards is really nice. The entrance to this place is however, situated behind the main street since if you were to go through the entrance on commonwealth, you'd be in the axe throwing ranges already. We were out having dinner nearby and decided to finally give it a shot. We showed up just before 8 PM and luckily they had space for walk-ins. First thing we had to do was sign a waiver. Nothing says "fun night out" like promising not to sue if things get a little wild. They give a teacher discount- just show your ID. We booked an hour and chose the axe (they also had knives, shovels, and a few other options--definitely trying the full bucket next time). We were set up in lane 3, and one of the staff members walked us through how to throw and how to switch between different games. We started with good old-fashioned target practice, and I actually won the first round (felt pretty proud of that!). But then we played tic-tac-toe... and let's just say I got destroyed. Like, not even close. I kept telling myself it was just a warm-up. My boyfriend is very competitive so he was definitely in my head. We played a few more games, and eventually I found my rhythm. Turns out, you have to really throw hard if you want that axe to stick. Good news: I came back and won the last two rounds. Girl power for the win! Overall, this place was a blast. The vibe was relaxed, dim lighting, the staff was super helpful, and it ended up being way more fun than I expected. If you are looking for something different to do, especially with friends or for date night, I would totally recommend it. Just make sure to stretch your shoulders beforehand... and maybe your ego, too lol.
