Customer Service is five stars. Customer service was responsive and easy to get a hold of. We needed to make changes and asked for some flexibility and they came through. Couldn't ask for a better team. Thank you! The Escape Game was awesome. Loved how it wasn't just boxes and keys. A lot of the machines were electronic and touch screens and you had to figure things out to get doors and windows to open and boxes to open. We struggled like crazy because we've never played before but the unlimited hints helped a lot. We were so lost at first. We had so many personalities and it was definitely a good way to see how people act in confined spaces and a time crunch. The timer kept going down. This was our 3rd room with The Escape Game in the past 2 months, so clearly we've been hooked! Tonight, we did The Heist at this location, and our game master, Will, was amazing! We've also done Cosmic Crisis and The Depths, and out of the three, The Heist was probably the most challenging. It definitely required a lot of thinking, and there were a few moments where we felt completely stumped and needed a little help. That said, the puzzles were still logical and satisfying to solve. The theme and storyline were also really unique, and I loved how consistently the theme carried throughout every part of the game. We ended up finishing with about 20 minutes to spare! One thing I really appreciate about The Escape Game is that the rooms are challenging without feeling impossible or far-fetched. We've done escape rooms at other places where the puzzles were difficult simply because the solutions felt like such a reach that they barely made sense. Here, everything feels much more intentional. You may not necessarily need clues, but it's nice knowing that unlimited help is available if you do get stuck. I also love that the rooms aren't horror or fear based, overly suspenseful, or chaotic. But they are just fun and immersive with worth the challenge you're paying for. And a huge thank you to Will! You were so kind, welcoming, and had such great energy from the very beginning. That energy definitely carried with us throughout the game and made the experience even better. We had such a great time! Also because it was my bday, they wrote me a bday card which was soo sweet! if you cant tell, we're wearing the same exact clothes in these two photos...meaning we did two in one day! thats how good escape games was. BIG shoutout to will for being such an awesome game master and for being such a genuine, kind soul. lily and leslie were super sweet as well and made our experience so enjoyable. alright, lets start with timeliner. the concept of time traveling and all the small mechanisms was so cool. fun fact, timeliner is the test room for the tech in cosmic crisis! my friends and i have done a good amount of escape rooms 20+ and timeliner is one we got through pretty quick. its a good room if you want to be wowed by the small details. heist is a more hands-on room compared to the timeliner. this room is one where you yourself have to solve the puzzles rather than the technology solving it for you. it catches you off guard and surprises you with all its mechanisms. highly recommend both rooms to anyone looking for a chill escape room experience. read more

Come check out The Escape Game! We have a nifty escape room group that have somehow become addicted to escape rooms in the last year. We decided to check this one out. We opted to try out The Depths. It was a submarine theme. We really loved this room. It is probably our second favorite of the eight that we have tried so far. It was very intricate, and had three rooms within it to solve puzzles in, which is always much better than being wedged in one room the entire time. It was a bit of a challenge, but we managed to escape with one minute remaining! I really liked that we were allowed to take pictures in this room for better memories. We do want to try out the Recess room but it seems we need a bigger team for that one. My only complaint is that you can't keep the room as private if you don't buy all the slots. At any given time, you could end up with strangers reserving the extra slots and joining you. Awkward. Every other business we have tried locks up that slot once we book some. Luckily, no strangers joined us on this particular adventure. I do highly recommend checking this place out regardless. The staff is very nice and the room we did was very well laid out and detailed. read more

As an avid escape room adventurer, I would recommend the escape games - especially for larger groups and/or if you want to meet new people. These are public escape room games meaning you and anyone out there can sign up for the SAME room for the SAME time/date. Most rooms here fit up to 8 people which would be perfect if you had a large friend group. BUT if you only had 2-4 people and sign up ahead of time, be prepared to enter the room with new faces. Games start pretty on time, so make sure to be there with waivers signed! Also, they occasionally offer 20% off your next game once you escape the first! These games lean more on the tech side utilizing digital screens, electronic doors/buttons, lights, and puzzles - all of which I love! It adds more flavor to the game, while still providing the traditional puzzles feel with some rooms having locks, ropes, and mind-tingling puzzles. I would venture to say I like having more physical handheld clues like papers or props for decoding, but this place does get the job done. Some of the puzzles even require you to work simultaneously with your escape room team which creates more thrill! I have had friends that have gone here to the same rooms I have done where the rooms are slightly changed depending on the amount of people in the room or if the tech is broken - so just be aware that your experience could be different than others. For the price of about $42 a person you can't go wrong since there are multiple options that vary in difficulty from 3/10 to 9/10. Overall would recommend especially for a quick fun nigh read more

my friends and i absolutely loved this escape room!! we chose the cosmic crisis room, and felt like it was pretty doable for four people. it was super fun and sufficiently challenging, as we finished with only four minutes to spare. there was a good variety of types of puzzles within the game, each testing our different skillsets, making it easy for all of us to contribute in our own way. all of the staff were also super friendly and enthusiastic, shout out dante who was working the front desk during our visit! our group did purchase tickets through groupon, which cut down the pricing quite a bit, so look into that if you're planning to visit :) would highly recommend making a reservation a day or two in advance just to ensure you're able to get the time and room you prefer! read more

The experience was a better escape room experience with very professional, well built rooms, and a great staff to help guide us / answer any questions we had. Our group was paired with another group to fulfill the capacity and we were okay with that and I'm glad we did. The room itself was challenging with multiple step puzzles, multiple rooms, and plenty of coordination needed / puzzles that link to each other that would have been more difficult with less people. My boyfriend and I LOVE to do escape games together for the thrill and for sometimes a much-needed communication exercise LOL. Every time we come to the Escape Game and try a new room, we are blown away by the tech they use. It's not-your-average mom & pop escape room, and for that reason we LOVE it. It operates with a first-come reservation basis, but each room has a max of 8-12 players. This means that you can bring your whole group in, and there's a chance you might have some strangers joining you as well if there's still space. We tend to wait last minute and book the rooms with no reservations yet so we can try to do them on our own. This time, our game keepers Ally and Marcy were so sweet and helpful. Can't recommend her enough! We will keep coming back! read more

I only knocked this down because no where on the site does it say it's a SHARED experience. My core group of 4 have done close to 20 escape rooms and we like to complete private experiences. That said, we were paired with 4 strangers but still managed to have a good time because the group we were paired with ended up being cool (thank goodness). The host did see our discomfort and offered to rebook us if we didn't enjoy ourselves. Since we still had a good time, we left that offer on the table. The Timeliner room was fun. A bit cramped for 8 people, especially with half of them being strangers. The puzzles were good, some were more challenging, which was appreciated. We did complete it in time but used a few hints (no penalty to use but we try to not use them). Give it a try, but know it's shared you may be able to request a private experience, but haven't tried yet. read more

Came and booked for 10! They were nice enough to book us the prison break as it is for 8 as I believe. We had a last minute unexpected change and Ophelia was so nice to help me rebook and do changes we needed for our reservation. We weren't able to get original booking room as it was taken but compromised to the another room!! Anyways we did end up doing The Depths. I think since most of us was our first time it was a good room for our first time!! Sind with was part of team bonding we did work as a group and did the room with less than an hour!!! It was fun, interactive, and again good for teamwork!!! Would def recommend!! read more

I did this escape room for my birthday and did the school theme one and it was so fun. The room wasn't too hard and the workers were so kind in working around issues I had. They were so kind to make a birthday card and the game master took a bunch of photos for me and my friends. I will definitely be coming back next year for my birthday. read more

Super fun for everyone in my group! We went to celebrate a birthday and the staff gave her a singed card and a cute little show on the tvs in the wait room. We solved 'The heist' with 33 seconds left with some of help from our guide Scarlet. The guides do see and hear you in when your in the room, for safety reason, and they can type responses onto the tv. (They gave us a heart when we did one in front of the camera) over all a great experience that we will be coming back too, if not for the rooms then for the amazing staff. read more
