Lockers and a couple mind / practice games on the wall to utilize before you begin your official escape room.
Dena T.

Going to an escape room has been on my to do list for quite some time. After chatting with a couple fellow Yelpers, this location was highly recommended. I decided to bring my friend here for his birthday in December. I booked online, The Manor, for Saturday evening at 7:00pm for the two of us. The location is on the corner of Main and Stuck Avenue in a business / office location. If you are not paying attention, it is easy to miss. Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately. I brought my purse and they had lockers to store our personal items. Our host, (forgot his name) explained the directions to us and walked us to the room. We solved several problems and our host helped us out with hints when needed. We made it to the second part of the room but the time ran out. Overall, it was nice for our first escape room. I think more than two people are needed so we could have broke up the tasks. Based on the service and the game, I would return.

This was so fun! My group and I had a great time. The staff was professional, the space was clean, and the escape room was great! Cant wait to be back We chose "The Manor" and the group managed to solve the escape room with just minutes to spare. The staff at "The Manor" were friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to our visit, and they were more than willing to offer hints when we needed a nudge in the right direction. I can wholeheartedly say that I would definitely come back!

So this is the first time we went to an escape room. Honestly if I wasn't with my siblings, I would've been stuck in there. You really need to use team work to get clues & figure the way out! If anything, you can just holler at ur game master & they'll give you hints! We did "The curse" & it was pretty hard?? We honestly asked for a bunch of hints. THANKS ALLAN! Shout out to you! The curse was about getting like a secret pole something in the cemetery.. not too scary. No pop ups or anything. Just random doors swinging open that catches you by surprise . Would for sure come back with friends! OH!! Btw, definitely get the deal off Groupon to save you some $$$

I bought a groupon so we could do an escape room here, the code was invalid so we tried reaching out to the business. Between myself and my boyfriend we called 9 times over a 5 hour span after they opened, left voicemails, emailed and texted with NO response until 6 hours later when they asked what i needed over text. They send automated emails that they do not respond to also. Mind you, they were open the entire time. Would not recommend this place as they do not answer any sources of communication.

Success! We solved the mystery!

So fun! I'd never been to one before and we attended for a family birthday party. Ages ranged from 12-55 and we all had a great time and finished with 4 minutes to spare!

We had an amazing time completing the Framed escape room!! Our game master, Zac(k/h?), did a wonderful job listening into us during our time in the escape room. Even making a pun off of what we were talking about. The puzzles were really fun and complex. It was the perfect complexity level for our group since a few of us have been through many escape rooms and some only one (or none!). When booking the room I mentioned to the manager we will be coming from the old orange courthouse as my (now) husband and I were getting eloped. She went above and beyond to sprinkle subtle elements of our celebrations into the room. Once we picked up on it we were like "OH MY GOD THIS IS WHAT SHE WAS TALKINF ABOUT". Overall 10/10 experience. We would all love to come back to try out the other rooms they have to offer

first of all, I would like to say the staff here are amazing. They really know their stuff .. Evan was awesome and also the manager Malina . I love escape rooms and this has to be one of my favorite ones now. The escape room that we did was called framed for murder there was an hour limit, and we got down to our last seconds, but we did it ! can't wait to try the other ones. I will see you real soon. Thank you so much to the staff. what I do like about this escape room they represent other escape rooms in the OC area so once you completed this escape room location, there's others to choose from they have them listed all over their wall ...

Descriptions of each escape room: The Cursed, Framed for Murder, The Manor, and Senseless
Britney T.

Framed for Murder was a great experience for an escape room. It was somewhat challenging but of course doable. The theme was cool with a theatrical introduction and satisfying ending. As a group of 10 people, it got a little chaotic with the many things to figure out, but it was also really fun as a large group. Our methods saved us time and we were able to finish with 23 mins to spare! Overall, we all enjoyed our first time at Entangled. If Framed for Murder doesn't seem interesting, they have three other themes for escape rooms to choose from ("The Cursed", "The Manor", and "Senseless"). The workers are very welcoming and friendly, the place is nice and clean, and the escape room was fun. Looking forward to possibly coming back and completing the other rooms

Bishop Manor room

So much fun! Came with a group of 5 friends total including myself. We did the Bishop Manor escape room. Such a fun room! We made it out (with a few hints)! Our game master Delilah (I think that was her name?) was great, helpful, and friendly. There is a bunch of free parking. The exact entrance might be a little hard to find, but it is on/facing Struck Ave in suite B! There is also a restroom around the corner. I would definitely come back to do another room here!

Framed for Murder

We had so much fun doing the Framed for Murder escape room! Even being a large group we all felt like we had enough to do and were challenged enough to only have 6 minutes to spare. Definitely will be back for another room!

Ask the Community - Entangled - Orange

How early should we show up before the appointed time?

15 minutes early!

Are there live actors at this location?

We do not have any live actors at our Orange location at this time.

I have a groupon for 8. How would you rank your rooms from easy to most difficult?

Our more beginner friendly room would be Senseless. The Manor is a step up, but in terms of things to do would be great for a group of 8. Framed for Murder and The Cursed are interchangeably the hardest rooms we offer. Depending on your skill set,… Read more

Is the price per person or standard fee for the room only?

The price is $35/person and the rooms accommodate anywhere from 2-8 people.

If a member of our group is unable to make it, what is your cancellation policy?

If a member of your group is unable to attend, please give us a call at (657) 390-6022 for us to help find a way to get you rescheduled.

Which room is best for kids 6-11?

Kids are welcome in all of our rooms! Senseless and The Manor are good options as they follow more of a linear type pattern to get people on a good path of escaping.

How long does this escape room on average take? I've never been to one.

There is a time limit, I believe it is 45 minutes to an hour. Very fun and challenging, I recommend it.

Would this place be ok for a group that has a couple of kids age 6?

Yes most definitely. This is not a scary escape room and the kids can help.

Are your rooms private or public? Are we in the escape room with strangers?

Hi Mikey! Our rooms are private as you would have to book at least 1 hour prior to our game.

Every time we come to the Escape Game and try a new room, we are blown away by the tech they use. It's not-your-average mom & pop escape room, and for that reason we LOVE it. It operates with a first-come reservation basis, but each room has a max of 8-12 players. This means that you can bring your whole group in, and there's a chance you might have some strangers joining you as well if there's still space. We tend to wait last minute and book the rooms with no reservations yet so we can try to do them on our own. This time, our game keepers Ally and Marcy were so sweet and helpful. These are public escape room games meaning you and anyone out there can sign up for the SAME room for the SAME time/date. Most rooms here fit up to 8 people which would be perfect if you had a large friend group. BUT if you only had 2-4 people and sign up ahead of time, be prepared to enter the room with new faces. Games start pretty on time, so make sure to be there with waivers signed! Also, they occasionally offer 20% off your next game once you escape the first! These games lean more on the tech side utilizing digital screens, electronic doors/buttons, lights, and puzzles - all of which I love! It adds more flavor to the game, while still providing the traditional puzzles feel with some rooms having locks, ropes, and mind-tingling puzzles. I would venture to say I like having more physical handheld clues like papers or props for decoding, but this place does get the job done. Some of the puzzles even require you to work simultaneously with your escape room team which creates more thrill! I have had friends that have gone here to the same rooms I have done where the rooms are slightly changed depending on the amount of people in the room or if the tech is broken - so just be aware that your experience could be different than others. For the price of about $42 a person you can't go wrong since there are multiple options that vary in difficulty from 3/10 to 9/10. Overall would recommend especially for a quick fun nigh

We went in questioning like what is a horror comedy room. We did not look too much into it as we wanted to like go in kinda blind. I went in a group of three. One of us is amazing at puzzles, one it was their first time in an escape room who wanted a horror one but not an intense horror one, and me who is still new to puzzles of escape rooms but has been dragged into a few intense (in my opinion) horror rooms where I was dead weight and just hiding lol. The rooms were immersive and had us laughing and screaming. Mostly laughing at how much we were screaming and jumping. The puzzles were like the perfect amount of brain power for like beginners but still challenging enough/ fun for the puzzle people. There were lots of creative pieces in the design that I don't want to go too in detail as to not spoil it. Definitely need to work as a team though and those were the type of puzzles my group likes because it allowed us all at our different levels to participate and have fun. We were talking about this escape room all night at our dinner because of how much fun we had. We would definitely recommend it for any people who love horror films, horror escape rooms, and want to get a good laugh. As for me a scaredy cat who kinda likes horror but has been a teenie bit traumatized but the intense ones this was a perfect like middle ground of immersion and puzzle solving without being in intense fight or flight LOL. Highly recommend!!

You're not rushed into stress--you're pulled into a story. The cat theme is adorable and surprisingly immersive. This is a nice place for either a rage room or an escape room…read more A few weeks ago, I did a rage room experience here, which was my first time doing a rage room. Marc, the owner, was very nice and kind. He even allowed me to do a special request where I wore an outfit (which is a Morpshuit with t-shirt and shorts) underneath the gear used for the rage room. Very kind of him to accommodate this. I have never done a rage room before, so it was a unique experience. Shattering glass, and breaking things felt very liberating and it helped me release tension/anger. Additionally, at the very end, there was even another surprise where Marc even taught me how to throw ninja stars on the wooden board. It was super cool. At first, I couldn't get any ninja stars to stick, but on one of my final attempts, I actually did get the ninja star to stick, which was awesome!! I was pretty elated that I was able to do that! Anyways, shout out to Marc the owner for being very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cool, friendly place to do a rage room or an escape room. I should check out their escape rooms some time soon.

Also took a while before someone came out to help (I think they were in the back assisting maybe another customer?) but some signage would help. - Waivers could be sent prior to arrival to save on time since it was a google form - staff could be more welcoming and better at explaining. I understand it may be sketchy to go to a customer's car to evaluate items brought from home since it could be a risk to the staff, but I think it could either be instructed earlier before arrival OR simply just state that you cannot leave the business. The delivery of the comment made by the staff was not very smooth (almost felt like implying we were bringing something bad or wrong). - A timer inside the room might be helpful as it's hard to keep track of time once you're destroying things. - Phone "mount" could be better secured with a clasp or something because one bump and our phone fell on the ground where there's shards and scraps everywhere. This could have easily scratched the phone. - Room felt cramped, but understand that may be limited by the size of the store space. - Half of the group was arriving late, in which I shared upfront and thought that the staff would assist in getting them as ready as possible before our first group came out to swap, but when I came out, I saw that they had not even begun to change. I understand the face shield and gloves are limited quantities, but they could have started fitting in the other items like jumpsuit and face coverings. - Also as we were swapping, I ended up giving the second group the instructions when it really should have been the staff to give them the run through. It felt very disorganized during the swapping. For the price, I think it would be nice if each group received at least one larger item and not just cups, plates, and glass. All-in-all, it was fun to let out some rage by wrecking things and not having to clean it up. My friends and I did enjoy this different experience. Also fun to watch them from the room cam inside the Axe Room as they rage.
