Good puzzle but really need to work on mechanism giving the item . We were on curse and item were dropping hard down onto the floor in a dark room. We miss an item because it drop from a holder and into a corner. Took us a hint and some time to look for it. Put the item on magnet or something easy to pull out but wont drop it the string or something. Enjoy the puzzle but need improvement on hiding mechanism and delivery of item. read more

We went a couple of months ago using a Groupon just to get the family out of the house. We love escape rooms and this was the first time we did Entangled. We did the Framed for Murder room and it was hard! We weren't able to get out in time but we had tons of fun. Going again to do The Manor. We've completed three out of Entangled's four rooms so far, and have been happy with every single one! We love how the Game Masters stay in theme when talking to you for hints or nudges (shout out to our stellar Game Master Frankie for a fantastic Bishop Manner experience! Super fun Game Master who stayed in character the whole game and made it so fun for us!). Bishop manor was the perfect amount of spooky and fun if you're looking for something with a little bit of suspense (without being too scary). Framed is fun if you don't want any scare factor, just a little suspense. Entangled is on the easier side of Escape Room places we've visited, but still a very fun experiences every time!! read more

We have completed all the Entangled rooms in our home state (WA) so when we took a trip to Universal Studios for a birthday knew we wanted to complete the rooms in Orange. Got done at the park around 4pm and called to schedule the rooms - it was a two hour drive so if we were going to do it we wanted to do all four rooms back to back. They arranged for our first room to start 15 minutes after our arrival time per GPS and we headed out. Upon arrival we were quickly greeted and provided the video for our first room - All puzzles - 2 experienced players The Cursed - this room I believe is the hardest? They mentioned we did them hardest to easiest. This room had a decent amount of red herrings, or so we felt. Gameplay tripped us up a couple times but then we got it - the lighting proved to be a hard piece for us. After completing this room we moved to Framed for Murder - this one had more items than we felt were comfortably manageable for two people. Felt like we could have used another hand or two. Maybe we were getting tired (full day at Universal, two hour drive, another room prior?) but we still managed to crack the case (with a couple luck situations) get out and move to Senseless - this one took us on a different experience as it was a room that was unlike any other we had done. We really enjoyed this room and still talk about its uniqueness today. Got a familiar Entangled treat and finally we moved to... The Manor - it was clear this was the easiest - it was the more typical escape room with the puzzles you would expect. We appreciated the last one being easy after our long day and made pretty good work of it. It also provided some laughs for us due to lighting and our inability to trust there wasn't someone popping out of a corner (there isn't anyone jumping out - but if that is your thing and you want to make a trip come to WA and do some Entangled rooms for a good scare). We had a blast - the staff was really nice and accommodating allowing us to put our coffee in their break room and take sips between rooms. We had a great time with them talking about rooms in WA and getting recommendations for other rooms in the area after as well. Hands down some of the best escape room experiences are had with Entangled - we look forward to more rooms/locations! read more

Really enjoyed the Framed for Murder escape room!! The puzzles were great! They were a bit hard and we did not know this but apparently this was the most difficult escape room but it does not say anything about that in the description of the room. If we had known that we would have done a different one. The only thing that we did not like was that they did not tell us the ending of the escape room since we did not escape. Instead they tell you to come back and do it all over again! We were very disappointed. Every other escape room I have been to they tell you what clues you had not figured out yet or will even give more time to complete it and see it through. Overall, would recommend but just be aware if you do not escape they will tell you to come back and give them more money to see the ending. read more

The Cursed was my very first escape room, which I did almost two weeks ago. Since then, I've also done Framed for Murder and The Bishop Manor. - The Cursed - The Cursed honestly was an amazing experience. The puzzles were thoughtful and creative, and there was a variety, though as a side note, most of the puzzles were more thinking-based rather than hands-on. The overall difficulty of the room isn't too difficult as well (about a 7/10). The room itself was well decorated and definitely fit the graveyard theme, but it wasn't scary (for those nervous about horror/scary rooms). Our game master was also fantastic. We forgot to ask for his name, but he definitely added to the overall experience. He cracked jokes with us as the god Ra and the jest was well reciprocated. - Framed for Murder - Framed for Murder was our next room, which we booked immediately after doing The Cursed. The Cursed set our expectations HIGH for Framed, but unfortunately it came crumbling down. Unlike Cursed, Framed for Murder is almost completely hands-on and much of the room is spent hoping you manage to find the items and clues you need to open the countless number of locks. The few puzzles that actually existed in the room were interesting and creative, to be fair. Overall, Framed was a very underwhelming experience and I would tell anyone a thousand times over to do either The Cursed or The Bishop Manor over Framed for Murder. -The Bishop Manor - Despite being disappointed by Framed, my boyfriend and I came back to do The Manor with his cousin, younger brother, and younger brother's group of friends. Since it was many of their first times doing an escape room, we were mostly there to help and give them nudges. The difficulty of Manor wasn't hard, and most of the puzzles are straightforward, but there is a single riddle in Manor that your group HAS to figure out- as in, there is nothing in the room that hints to what the answer may be. You are, of course, able to ask for a hint to the riddle from the game master. Overall, The Manor, like Cursed, is a great escape room for a first-timer. I have yet to do Senseless, but aside from my disappointing experience with Framed for Murder, the other rooms here at Entangled are great, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to get into escape rooms. read more

I've done all the rooms except for senseless. I highly recommend this place as it is the best bang with your buck with the Groupon. I went in at 21$ per person! Anyway in terms of enjoyability for me Curse then manor then framed. Framed had too many locks and reading clue. It became very overwhelming with all the paperwork. read more

This was so fun! As my first escape room, they weren't kidding about once you do one you'll be addicted! We can't wait to go back and do another room! Came with a party of 6 and it was the first room for 4/6 of us. We did their hardest room and finished with 8 minutes to spare. Though we were super disappointed to not make the leader board. We hit a few stumps and it took us longer than we hoped. Either way, it was super fun to do. Super upsetting that we didn't catch some of the clues but they put this well together!! Did the Cursed escape room at Immersion and this room was on a whole nother level compared to the other rooms that they own. The room is their latest room and they use modern tech for their cursed room. If you are thinking booking a room at Immersion, might I suggest the Cursed room over their other out-dated rooms. But in case you haven't guessed it from the room's name, Cursed, expect it to be scary. The room is pretty packed but not overly expansive. A group of 4 seems ideal. Couples will likely experience a difficult time at Cursed while large groups will bump into each a lot in the cramped spaces. I did think the theme and story of the room was by far, the most bizarre plot I've experienced. But hey, that doesn't affect the quality of the room. read more

My friends and I were looking to try out a new escape room and I saw that a friend from college had opened up his own place, so we decided to try it out! Located not too far from Main Place Mall, all the way down Main before hitting Taft, it's in a little industrial building with plenty of parking. Walking in, I found out that the building is actually the host of another escape room (Code Red Escape Room) that they both share the space, which is pretty cool. There's a little waiting area and a place for your stuff. Kathleen was our host today and she was great! We did the Private Detective escape room and it was definitely fun. The puzzles weren't TOO impossible to figure out, but we did get stuck on some. We managed to finish with 15 minutes to spare. Bemused Escape Room should definitely be added to your list of places to try out. We were told they have a second room coming out soon, featuring aliens, so we're for sure coming back to try that one out! read more

I didn't think anything of it at first, the but private investigator theme was actually pretty fun! I hate creepy themes but this one was pretty chill. I was pretty impressed because while the concept may seem simple, it was very well thought out. We started off with an intro video that introduced the premise of it and made me more excited to complete it. When you walk in, there's not much to the room which actually made it slightly harder. I would say this is a really good room room for someone who is a beginner/intermediate. You can get as many clues as you want but of course, our group didn't want much help to accomplish it on our own. Luckily, we escaped with only 2 clues. We had a group of 6 which I wouldn't recommend any more since people will just be standing around. read more

I've a huge escape room fan, and this one really impressed me! The levels of the puzzles were intricate but not too difficult, and the production was so good! We really felt like we were in the private investigator's office trying to solve the mystery. Parking was easy - there is a huge lot in the back. We were able to find the location with no issue. Upon walking in, we were able to store our items, and there was a lobby waiting room with small games to keep us entertained while we waited. Luckily, we were right on time - so we watched a preview video (the intro story) before heading into the room. You can have unlimited clues, but if you want to make it on the leadership board, you only get 3 or less clues. I'm not going to ruin any surprises, but I'm happy to say we were able to beat it in 51 minutes!! I walked out of the room feeling satisfied I was able to beat it - hopefully BeMUSED changes up their room so I can try their other stories! read more

This place popped out on my Yelp searches one day and had to deep dive to find out more. I am obsessed with escape rooms and it's taking all the moneys. This one is taking mine too. This will be my 15th escape room this year. After digging thru their Yelp I found out it's located at.....Code Red Escape Rooms?!?! (Which I've done before) So....BeMUSED Escape rooms share the space with Code Red which was interesting. There were no signs directing us to beMUSED but we did see a sign that says "escape room" but I thought it was for Code Red. When we entered it looked closed and all you see is Code Red signs, but when you walk further in there was a flatscreen with beMUSED on it so we knew we were in the right place. Turns out our GM was still getting the room ready from the last group that went into overtime. We decided to try out their Private Investigator room which was pretty cool. We got out with about 9 minutes to spare. We would've gotten out at record speed if we weren't stumped on one of the puzzles or if I didn't have a little tension headache. The room is pretty dim lit but you'll find more light eventually. The clues are given thru an intercom which was alright. It's just hard to hear sometimes. I prefer the use of flat screens to display the clues like in the other rooms I've done. They also have 2 different clue systems: you could either ask for them, or the GM could help steer you back on the right direction if you were going on the wrong path. The production value was pretty good. Puzzles flowed well but I think they could enhance the room with more details. Can't wait to try out their other room that will take place in the classroom. Not sure when it will open but I'm sure I'll pop out in their site. read more

Gave this place a shot last night, 12/6/18 after finding them on another successful escape room search (thank you yelp). This place, stamped with yelp's "hot and new," was exactly that, if that makes sense? Despite being open for only a week, they are well deserving of a 5 star review for an all around great evening. Location- so what struck me as somewhat different is that this place is actually in the same building and in fact, shares a door, with "Code red escape rooms." So I wasn't sure if I had inadvertently put in the wrong address or what happened, but turns out, I didn't (phew). Customer service- now this guy, young man, made the experience that much better. He was one of those guys that just looked happy, the kind of guy that wouldn't be upset even if he happened to step in a large pile of dog poo. He greeted us, was cheerful, and didn't offer clues unless asked or before putting us in the right direction, asked if we wanted the help (something I appreciated because I like to figure things out myself). The room- the Private investigator was well thought out, and didn't feel like a room that had just been opened. Although I typically enjoy the more traditional "escape" room, I was very impressed with the construction and story of the room. From the props, to the puzzles, you can tell much thought and creativity went into it. The room was challenging, but not overly hard, and would make for a good experience for anyone at any level! I guess the brand is called Immersion but the place we went to was BeMused Escape Rooms where my group and I tried out the Private Investigator escape room. It was somewhat tough even finding a place since it's on the side of the building. I believe I went with a group of 8 people and really liked that the escape room could actually comfortably fit us all. Some escape rooms like to scam people by setting a max occupancy limit that can't actually fit the actual max. I would say that this is a great beginner's room considering that the hints are pretty unlimited. The game master was nice enough and the whole layout and theme to the room was pretty solid. The only mistake they really made was that there was a paper with a bunch of answers to the puzzles still the room. read more
