Rodney did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and area rugs! He was very accommodating to my schedule, professional, and timely! Highly recommend! read more

I am not happy with their service at all! I hired them to tighten down my carpet and these are the results! They spilled glue on my carpet near my bedroom and didn't offer any discount. Very uncomfortable walking on dried up glue the carpet every time going in and out of our bedroom. The seams were not fully together and the carpet was not fastened down in the corners. The cuts in the seams are uneven and the areas near the walls are uneven. The carpet in my closet wasn't even stapled down all the way. There are areas in the house that still have folds. Also they left quite a mess when they left with carpet pieces everywhere. I sent an email to them and no response. I would have rather taken the $2k and put it down on new carpet! read more

I talked to Rodney about stretching my carpet and then he mentioned that he cleans carpet. He offered to come out the same day to give me an estimate. First he told me on the phone that he would be at my place between 4-6 pm. Then I got a follow up email when I checked my phone later and it said he'd be there between 3-5 pm. I rushed through my errands to get home before he arrived. I texted him twice to get an idea of when he would be arriving. No answer. I waited from 3:15 until 6:00 and then I had to leave. Rodney finally called after I had left to apologize for not communicating with me and offered to come the next morning. I work so that was not possible. I didn't ask him to come the same day, but he offered which was nice of him, but I didn't appreciate waiting at home without any communication. That's not the way to do business. read more

My husband used this service while I was on vacation. He came out quickly because my husband didn't think to surprise us with this until the last minute. We were happy with the job he did. We had a room where the carpet had a ton of urine on it. I am so pleased, he was able to completely remove the urine smell and it's been over 18 months and the smell has never returned. I would definitely hire him again. read more

My white carpets look like new! Rodney was pleasant, professional & fast. He removed dingy-ness, track marks & stains I had no hope of eliminating! Second time using his service & very pleased both times! read more

We have an area rug in our great room + 2 "runners" in the kitchen...all very soiled with heavy traffic (kids/dogs, etc.). Rodney was quick to respond to my call, to provide an estimate, and to work around my schedule. He arrived on time, took into consideration that they were over our hardwood flooring, and got them very clean. I had thought I would need to bring them into an industrial carpet cleaner. Very fast service! I'm very satisfied with this job and would recommend this company. No job too small! read more

I had Rodney come out and clean up some carpet stains in my spare room and "Man Cave" and he did an excellent job. He explained some of the dark ones might not come out perfect, but what he did was better than I expected. Overall he was on time, professional, and his work spoke to his experience. I was very pleased and referred him to some family members. Thanks Rodney! read more

I had my carpets cleaned today by Infinity Carpet Care and Rodney did a fantastic job! The carpets look new again It's unbelievable what a difference it made. I'm so happy I had them cleaned with Infinity Carpet Care, Rodney does a great job and is so nice! read more

No show, no return calls, and I waited for over two hours and planned my schedule to be here! Also, ran to answer phone prior to scheduling and it was a hang up which I usually put in span and block when they don't leave messages. It turns out they were calling and hung up when I didn't answer quickly enough...mind you I am almost 80 years old and can barely walk and I ran trying not to miss the call in case it was important. ha! read more

This company did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and area rug. The carpet in one of the rooms was severely smelly and stained from our puppies numerous accidents! I was amazed how successful the cleaning and stain treatment turned out. This company is very professional and efficient, I would definitely recommend them and will use them myself the next time around read more

Rodney is a pro! He is a one man show who gets the job done right! Not only did he completely transform carpet that was extremely soiled, he removed stains that were there when I purchased the house. He's honest and does a fantastic job! If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and quality job look no further!! I could probably eat off of it now! read more

Rodney was very professional and courteous. My carpet was extremely soiled and old, and he was able to get it looking great. He didn't try to sell me extra services that he knew I didn't need. He was very honest with me, and I am very pleased with job. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

I'm a realtor and I had a listing that was in pretty bad shape with pet odor and dirt and it was a mess, not to mention it was white carpet. I called Rodney the day before asking him if there was any way he could make it in the morning and clean the carpets. He literally moved his schedule around to accommodate me which was insane to me but not only that the carpets looked amazing!!! I'm not just saying that either. The smell was gone and the carpet was all white again, I couldn't believe it. I would 110% recommend this company to everyone I know. I couldn't thank him enough!! He's amazing!! read more

Rodney did an excellent job stretching and cleaning our carpets! We had him do our large family room first so we could get his advice on the large "wave" in our bedroom. He was able to get the waves out of our carpets and clean them afterwards, which involved moving some heavy pieces of furniture. He was very prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, hard working, and friendly. We would not hesitate to hire him again for "stretching" and/or cleaning. read more

Rodney did a great job on our carpets! Our carpets look amazing! Would definitely use Infinity Carpet Care again!

Wait til you get the quote on the phone and then he shows up. The numbers magically change...a lot! Avoid this one at all costs! read more

Really appreciate the great deep cleaning and great service we got from Rodney at Infinity! We bought a house and thought we were gonna have to replace the flooring because of the stains and odor! But by golly, Rodney saved us thousands! The combo of his pre treatment, hot steam clean and post treatment really did the job! Stains and smells are gone and we have a few clean chairs as well! I'm such happy camper!!!! Thanks Rodney! read more

The owner is nice but when he sub contracts people it could be a problem. He sent out another guy to our place and it was a terrible, traumatizing experience. The guy threatened, cussed, and verbally assaulted us. That day ended in the police station. But talking to the owner after he seems like a good guy, but still charged us for the event which I believe isn't good business considering what a guy representing his business pulled on us. I will never go through them again and if your considering it, they will raise the price from their add and try to sell you more expensive not needed chemicals. AND only do business through the owner himself (I believe his name was Rodney). read more

Unfortunately, this guy is a crook. I called, had the valpak coupon, gave them the square footage of my house, and they said their $99.00 deal was no problem. Then the guy gets there, 30 minutes after the time slot, tells me it's another $40 because i have a walk in closet. Umm..50% more because of a walk in closet??? I said that i got the quote when I called, and it was no problem. His response: it's 20 more for that, and 20 more because it's a big bedroom (about 10x12). well, i could take it or leave it, he "wasn't going to sit and argue with me". Classic Bait and Switch. They're not registered with the BBB-probably because he's a crook. AVOID THEM please. I wish I would have read the yelp reviews that he charges more than they quote over the phone. read more

Wow! I can't say enough good things about Infinity Carpet, especially Rodney. I don't normally write reviews, but to find this level of customer service AND efficiency is rare these days.  So, here's what happened:  I live in SF, but was helping a friend in the area with her house. The carpets were a wrecked and I needed them cleaned that day. I knew booking this appointment with someday service would be challenging, but some of the service quotes were ridiculous (i.e. unreasonably priced compared to others, inadequate services, undetermined price quotes--I would at least like an idea how much it'll cost). That combined with the unprofessionalism (e.g. onhold too long, misrepresented quotes in ads, untrained or unable to answer basic questions) was discouraging.   Now, here's where I lucked out... I was running errands and began chatting with this older gentleman in line at the store and told him a little bit about my situation. Clearly, I struck a nerve with this gentleman and he when off about "how hard it is to find good service these days." True. Then, he recommended Infinity Carpet and said he's been using them for years.  I called Infinity Carpet and Rodney answered immediately. Rodney answered all if my questions, easily offered me a quote, and somehow worked me in that day! He was on time, worked efficiently, thoroughly, and well surpassed my expectations--all within the quoted price and time. Rodney is clearly a pro and I'm so grateful that gentleman in line at the store recommended him. I highly recommend Infinity Carpet Care, especially Rodney.  Thanks again for helping me out of a bind and I certainly know who call next time! read more

Rodney was awesome.! I needed my carpets cleaned before the weekend family get together, so a little bit of a rush. Rodney answered the phone right away and he was out within the hour to give me a quote. Very reasonable, especially compared to the competition. I liked the quote so he went ahead and cleaned all of my carpet right then. What a professional. He made sure to not track anything in the house by wearing those little blue booties over his shoes. He put up corner guards so his hoses wouldn't damage my baseboards and walls. He was very fast, in and out in less than an hour. The carpets looked amazing. I didn't think they could ever look new again. I definitely recommend Infinity to all of my friends and family. read more

I had the unfortunate event of spilling a large coffee all over my living room carpet and couch. Rodney came out and was able to get the coffee out of both the couch and carpet! Great work and very friendly!! Would definitely recommend! read more

TERRIBLE!! Do not waste your time or money!! The quote over the phone is one price then a normal house becomes mansion. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. There was no difference after they were finished. I could have done a better job if I had rented a machine and done it myself. Do yourself a favor and use someone else!! Wish I could give them negative stars!! read more

Had a mail coupon for 2 room carpet service. Of course gave me a quote to get the pet stains/odor removed and the quote came out to over double I would have paid with just the coupon. I informed him I only want basic. Got another quote for 20 dollars more than the coupon "the room is large". Well, the second room has a huge king size bed and he only needed to clean the path around the bed. They were here a total of 7 minutes (that included the set up time). When I questioned "7 minutes and my carpets are cleaned?". He said "yup steamed cleaned". I touched the ground, barely wet and not even warm. Think twice before you use this company, coupon or not. The worst customer service ever. read more

The owner, (Rodney) provided service on both our tile floor and carpet. The tile floors have seen nearly 14 years of kids and pets, and needed some serious freshening up. I knew it would look better but was shocked at how good it looks. The carpet looks equally good. Rodney was in time, and got straight to work. I was impressed that even as cold as it was he worked up a sweat, but wasn't in a hurry. He was focused on my satisfaction and answered all questions. He also offered to come back if anything at all needed touch up. I am in the commercial construction industry and know what customer expectations / service is all about. Rodney exemplified what I would expect from myself or my employees. I would highly recommend Infinity's service. Thank you again Rodney for an outstanding job! read more

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Charged double the coupon rate because it was "a long drive". Very rude attitude. Spent 20 minutes on the carpet. Carpet now smells horrible whereas it did not even smell before. And it does not even look better. Carpet is only three years old and we were doing a routine cleaning, no real problems. Now we have a big stinking problem. Called and asked if he would honor his "Satisfaction Guarantee" on his coupon. His response, "Why don't you air it out a little longer!" This statement is after three weeks of airing out the carpet. So, we are out $250 and now have a nasty smelling carpet. Terrible job Infinity! We will never use you again. We will advise all we know to never use your services. You get one star only because Yelp requires one star to post. read more

My husband and I have been going back and forth on getting our carpets and couches cleaned for a few months. We finally decided to go for it and had Infinity Carpet Care come out today. We got a really great deal on our large house and two microfiber couches and I'm thrilled with the finished work. We did get started later than originally scheduled but it wasn't a problem for us as we were both home for the day. read more

Infinity Carpet care is highly recommended by lots of past customers . The services are fast efficient, affordable, and the owner Rodney is so professional with a great personality. He's exceptionally knowledgeable about the business if you are looking to get your carpets, tile cleaned he has new state of the art equipment that I am really impressed by. I give him 5++ excellent choice , thank you Infinity Carpet care. read more

We had a pet odor problem in one of the bedrooms and got this coupon in the mail with very reasonable prices. I called him and he said he could come as soon as tomorrow which he did. Only took an hour for the job to be done so he did a very efficient job. Would definitely recommend and use their services again if necessary. read more

Amazing service. Prompt arrival at the time given, quick and efficient in his service. I have light carpets and two active German Shepherds and the carpets look as good as New again! Thanks Rodney! A+ service. read more

First of all, Inifinity is NOT closed! They came out to my house the day after I called and got to work right away. Friendly professional service ! Very happy with the service the owner Rodney provided for me. We have a new puppy and anyone knows potty training can be a battle, but Rodney was able to apply a treatment to remove the urine. Hallelujah we have our clean carpet back and its better than when we moved in ! Not to mention the price was fair and we were worked in when he came to give us the quote he cleaned same day! He will definitely be taking care of my future carpet needs. read more

I was put off and a little nervous about using Infinity after reading the reviews but I am glad I went ahead and used their services. Rodney was great. He was early, worked really hard and although it did cost more than quoted, it was reasonable considering the issues we had. We just purchased house and knew previous owners had pets. When he looked further into odor issues we found problems in pad with pet urine. He had to do a lot of extra work for smell and stain issues. he worked with me on price and I feel was fair and honest. I hope you will not be turned off by all of the reviews. He did a GREAT job for us! read more

Called Infinity carpet care, I had a coupon 2 rooms and a hallway for $45.00, Owner Rodney came out was on time and then told me my carpet needed pre treating for an extra 40.00, I said no thank you, then he said he would pre treat for an extra 20.00, I politeley declined, I moved all light furniture myself and only had him do traffic areas, it took him only 12 minutes to do 2 rooms and a hallway, I had the feeling he hurried up and rushed because he could'nt get anymore money out of me, At the rate he was here he makes 180.00 an hour for what! Would never recommend him nor use him again! read more

Rodney did a great job on our carpets! My sons was especially dirty and it looks brand new!!! Will always call Rodney when we need our carpets cleaned, thank you!! read more

BAIT and Switch, guy said it is a MINIMUM of $105.00 regardless of COUPON or phone quote. Charged double the coupon rate ($205.00) and claimed the phone quote was never given of $86.00 for 2 rooms. Very rude aggressive behavior after showing up 1.5 hours late (fast slick talking used car sales tactics) BOTTOM LINE FOLKS... if you do not succumb to the intimidating price demand, it spirals down fast. Don't call and don't let him in your home! Read the customer's review from customers, not from friends of business owner. Our carpet was cleaned later that evening by another carpet cleaning company who indicated not surprised it was Infinity Carpet Cleaning, had heard this Bait and Switch story many times. read more

This is a top notch company! The equipment and cleaning service was incredible. True professionals. Very informative technicians that are well versed. My carpets looked like new. What a value. See you again next year! read more

False Advertisement with the company. The owner came out and doubled the price when he has a value coupon that comes in the mail . He stated that the price only includes water - so if you like washing your hair without shampoo then it might work. I have had my carpets redone and very happy with my other choice . Infinity won't use solution for advertised price`- no soap equals no clean . Bad job and very expensive . There are many carpet cleaners in area ` don't use this one ! read more

When I first called Infinity carpet care I expressed that I needed someone the next day (Saturday) on a 3 day holiday weekend. He said that he was working but when I mention I needed something after 2pm he sighed and said I was really putting him in a spot. Well I said "oh I am sorry for putting you out" and hung up. It should of been a sign. He called back (Rodney) and apologized and asked me to give him a call. Since he was the cheapest around at a quoted price of $119 I did and we set an appointment for after 2pm for the Saturday. The appointment was met and there was the up-charge he charged me that brought it up to $189!! Then I tipped him $10 because I didn't have change and it seemed cool. The carpet looked fine the next day. A week later the new tenants call the landlord and she calls me. Apparently part of the carpet was crusty and gross. When the landlord called to see if he could come out and fix it he said it wasn't his problem and that he could come out but someone better pay for his time. He was rude and cocky and I recommend you stay far away from this company as you can. read more

I hope this company shut down and never reopen because they are like car sales mens and did a poor job. Then they tell you thats the best price you will get.
