Joseph was polite and professional, and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. The service I received was the Professional Truck Mounted Steam Cleaning, which includes and pre-rinse and deep cleaning, using best quality products. The result was fantastic and the carpets look and feel brand new! I noticed he even got a small stain out of the living room carpet. The whole process only took about one hour. The grout was dark and no matter how much I cleaned, I could never get it to look better. Decided to check Yelp for companies around here with good ratings. Was able to make an appt easily with Evin to get a price quote. Our project took two full days. I was impressed at how diligently Derek and Kirk worked; it looked exhausting! Not inexpensive but you definitely get what you pay for. (Check out our before/after photos) Derek and Kirk worked tirelessly on our kitchen floors and on the second day, Derek spent all day on our two upstairs showers. The process for making the grout look brand new is very laborious and time-consuming but the finished product looks awesome! These guys were lying on the floor, pretty much with a fine-toothed comb, scrubbing the grout and applying sealant, etc. Topnotch work! Kirk was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned the wet Swiffer is about the worst thing you can use on your tile! Derek was also very skilled and friendly. My only issues with GroutPro are these: * Prepare to wait. I was expecting to get a price quote immediately after the consultation, maybe 1-2 days later? However, after waiting 2 business days and then the weekend, I started wondering if maybe Kirk forgot about us. Then finally on the following Monday, we got the email quote. I guess I was excited about starting the project and couldn't wait! Fast forward to after our project---things were great and we were actually thinking of having GroutPro do more work. Texted the owner for a price quote and thought I'd get it within a week, but since it's been over a month, I'm thinking he forgot about us. So giving customers price quotes faster, as well as following up would be an area that GroutPro could improve on. * The hose that was used for cleaning our tile went from their van into our house. Not sure why they placed the hose on our lawn instead of the driveway but it ended up making some unsightly impressions in our front yard. I didn't really notice them until our neighbors pointed the marks out, thinking someone had ridden dirt bikes all over our grass. Turns out it was from the GroutPro hose. Other than that, we are super happy with our kitchen floors now. The tile and grout looks so much cleaner and brighter. Would recommend GroutPro to anyone looking to regrout their floors or showers. They do great work!

Eric at Pure Clean flaked on our appointment…read more I made an appointment on their web site scheduled for 8:15 am to 9:25am. We rearranged all the furniture the night before and made arrangements for our dog to be gone during the day of the cleaning appointment. I had a doctor appointment that morning but my partner was home waiting for Eric to arrive. I received several texts from two different phone numbers stating it was Eric and he had a flat tire. I received these texts while I was at my dr. appointment so I did not see them right away. When I was done with the doctor and saw the texts and replied (within the 8:15am to 9:25am appointment window) he said that he moved onto the next appointment and wouldn't be coming. This was at 9:20 am! I called him several times then and left voicemails but he never answered or called back. There was somebody waiting at the house for him to clean our carpets and he never showed up, wasting our entire morning and having to rearrange all the heavy furniture for nothing. When I tried to contact Groupon to file a complaint and get my money back, he lied and said we called him names like trash and that he refused to refund our money. We told him his customer service was trash, not him personally, which is true! I had to file many complaints and waste so much time with Groupon trying to get my money back from this guy. Adding a surcharge to a credit card purchase -must be done AT THE POINT OF SALE - I.e. when I bought the Groupon not after the carpet was cleaned AND btw - Businesses MUST notify the card network and acquirer (processor) in advance of adding a surcharge (Visa/Mastercard requires 30 days' notice). Hope this helps and thanks for mentioning that you usually charge your customers 3% and not charging us. Carpet looks cleaner but we could still see the outline of my furniture (we had to move) when you left and we did have to wash our tile from your footprints.
