We walked in to this store because my girls were cravings boba. The menu of their top choices was HUGE! The pictures of each of the drinks made it very easy to decide. Since we're newbies, all of the drinks we ordered were from that menu. We were promptly greeted when we entered. And since we were the only people in the store we got to take our time to look at their complete menu and the claw machine (it has some Foodland palaka lunch bags in it.) Our go-to has been the Jasmine milk tea with boba and custard, Husband loves the Ube Crumble or Lil Lychee, the last few times they've been out of Ube though. The Staff is friendly and they do crank our orders pretty fast. It's a pretty small place inside and they don't offer much sitting space, so it's definitely a grab and go situation. It seems that they used to offer food but did away with it. Price is a little high both drinks average about $14-$16 just depending on the toppings but we do love the quality of toppings and syrups used. Lots of brews here... Infinitea isn't just a cute name but what they offer at this location gives that infinite vibe with a huge menu offering. Walking into this Mililani location on Meheula Parkway which is right beside the freeway entrances so getting here if you're not familiar with the area will bring a bit of strangeness to how this area is sectioned from each other regardless of the single lot Infinitea is found right beside Wing Stop. In comparison to the other location this one feels more spacious with a huge community table that does have a couple of outlets that I do absolutely love for the recharging convenience is priceless and love the humongous menu board which lists the insane types of tea they're brewing here and it's that's too much look on the other side where there a picture listing their top 20 drinks! I do keep my teas simple and it was just their Wintermelon lightly sweet no milk no toppings and the darkness was so refreshing and love their vibe here and if you're hungry they do have an impressive menu of sandwiches that sounds perfect with your cup of tea. Located at Gateway in Mililani Mauka, the parking lot is like a maze. LOL! My GPS looked like a zigzag! We found free parking easily and walked into the cool, air-conditioned shop... ahhh! I couldn't decide what to get because the menu is hand-written and is grouped in categories. It was easier to look at the picture menu! I ordered the Lava Flow. I didn't really know what it was made of. I just thought it looked nice and different because it was layered. I chose a coconut milk base because it's a non-dairy option. While boba tastes good enough here how they want to price will generally keep me driving to my goats on the rock in the rotation. While I appreciate the breadth on offer here everything seems too steep for my liking and I guess others given that everytime I come out of convenience it's super dead. For example a $8-9 XL at shopx which is equal to slightly more than the XL here at 11 bucks. I do like that they don't do a lot of ice by default unlike some shops in the area but that's not worth the bump and pain in the ass parking is worth. I arrived around 5 mins before closing and I asked the staff twice if it's still okay to order. They said yes so I ordered Bad and Boujee. I felt so bad coming so late that I even tipped them. But tell me why they poured what tasted like a full amount of ginger with NO LEMONADE? I know it was rude of me to come in so late. But they could've said no they can't take my order anymore. Price- is very very high for premium drinks. And any add on's made the price even so much higher that i would not come back here again. My son ordered the Kalua nachos and he liked them a lot. I ordered the crab bagel sandwich and it was probably one of the most disgusting things I've ever had. It was canned crab and was very warm that tasted like an off tuna sandwich. I don't know about you, but I am not a fan of warm tuna sandwiches, and this thing was gross, also really expensive for what you get. Genuinely concerned about the safety of their drinks (or the people that prepare them). The girl who took my order waited and watched for me to select a tip option. She knew which was my drink. After watching me select "no tip" as the drinks were already $30+ for 3 drinks, she went behind the wall area and was giggling with her coworker. After bringing my drinks to the front, both girls looked at me as the one who took my order stated "here's your drinks." Something seemed off about it and the way they looked at me. They didn't offer me straws or a bag to carry 3 drinks, so I struggled as I left with not enough arms to carry. After drinking half of my drink, I didn't feel right and decided to discard the rest as I felt very uneasy about the interaction. Good to have another bubble tea spot in the central Oahu area! Infinitea has multiple locations on island but I went to the Mililani Mauka one today. Very convenient for us as we live in Waikele. Their menu is enormous but if you look at it, everything sounds so delicious. Of course you can't try all of it so I went for their Cookies & Cream milk tea. The best part of it was the combination of the Oreo crumble inside the drink with the boba. I liked the taste though I would get it blended next time. Other things I want to try next: Dragonberry tea (no. 7 on the top 20), Pink Fusion lemonade, and Taro loco coco. Ample parking in the shared lot with other businesses & restaurants. Since it was very humid and sitting with sun exposure, UPF/UV clothing and hat for a few hours, I craved for boba beverage. Upon entering I noticed a combination of drinks and smoothies, nachos menu, crab, lobster and other bagel selections, and beverages from left to right. Menus posted in various areas appeared too overwhelming to peruse and select. Then I noticed there's only two sizes available: Regular 14 oz or Monster 32 oz. Inquired with cashier what type of milk they use for milk teas. Noticed they have almond milk and soy milk on back counter. She kindly informed me they use non dairy creamer. I agreed yes, that's perfect. Cashier asked if I wanted boba. I responded, "Yes." She also asked, "How much sweetness do you want?" I said, "I don't like my drink too sweet, but just a little sweet." Cashier recommended 50% sweetness and I agreed. I automatically ordered Monster Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba 50% sweetness since I was extra thirsty. When I heard total is $12.41, my thoughts were, "Whoa! Pricey. I'll just pay it this time. Won't order it again." Experienced great customer service from the cashier and worker. Worker listened carefully and made my drink correctly. Both workers thanked me. Grateful for my beverage and the straw inserted nicely in the center. Two lessons learned for all future visits regarding milk teas, I will stick with a regular size and not stir my drink too early if I want sweetness to linger and last longer. Yum, another boba place closer to me! They're located in the Gateway at Mililani Mauka, in between Verizon and Saito & Pho. I went on the day of their grand opening (Nov 23) because they were doing a BOGO Free monster size drinks (32 oz and toppings were not included). The monster size drinks were a little pricey... mines came to $10 something, but I figured since it was buy one get one free, it was okay. I got my usual favorites - wintermelon milk tea with small boba and peach mango green tea with lychee jelly... but now that I think of it, it's kind of stupid that I didn't try anything different - I even asked what the matcha crumble was because I'm a huge matcha lover and I didn't get it :( next time I'll try it! Looks promising... I have been to the locations in Pearl City, Town and Kapolei so far. They're pretty much the same. This one is the first one I've seen that's serving food. When I get a chance to try, I will update on how those are. Right now I'm checking out the tea and boba. This spot is in the Mililani Mauka area I believe is called "Gateway". Snuggled in between Verizon and Saito & Pho, they fit right in. 11.22.19 walked in around 1830 and only the Monster size is available. Fine, but they aren't cheap! Depending on which type of drink you get, the amount of add ins you choose, it can get pricey. The ones we ordered were between $8-$12 and .50c per topping additional. I should've shared but I'm feeling under the weather and don't need to share germs... The drinks we chose were lava flow, ube MT, Royal MT, and wintermelon MT. They were good. Pretty basic. For the price, I can't afford to visit often. But it's nice to have another spot close by if I don't feel like driving out of Mililani. The macarons are good, I'm just not a macaron lover. I've tried them from everywhere I can find them and they're always just okay. Parking in this area isn't ideal. It's a waiting game really. If you don't mind braving traffic and a bit of a walk, I'd park near McDonald's or even Long's. I will have to have more visits to really see how I feel about this place. I'm a bit disappointed there's no almond MT like Rainbow in Pearl City, but it is what it is. I'll find other things I might like, or not, we'll see. read more

The main menu "drinks" will be on your right and that includes milk tea, fruit tea, lemonades, premium blends, original blend, protein mix, green blends, signature blends, with all toppings available at the time. * the green blends are vegan options and they're all made with soy milk. On your left will be the food menu/items which includes soup, chowder, sandwiches, salad, toast, crackers, chips, and pastries. They have an open/closed fridge where you can find the pastries and other drinks, such as Kirkland sparkling water and sparkling ice water. I've been to this location quite a few times and the staff is always helpful, patient, and polite. Of course, the drinks are the fricken bomb. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the drinks. Their most popular drink is the U.BE-IN-LVE ( coconut smoothie with coconut jelly and ube ice cream) A side note, if you're a Jamba Juice fan and you like their orange dream, I suggest you order it from here. I really wanted this to be a five star review but the only things that kept me from doing that is the overall price paid and the taste of the real lobster sandwich. We tried the lobster sandwich for the first time and it did not look like the picture on the wall. The bread was instead an everything bagel which I actually was excited for. When we tasted everything together, it seemed that the lobster wasn't even fresh and was canned. The flavor it was coated in was just so odd that I can't describe it. At least the sandwich came with chips though. Their boba is really good, fresh and the drinks we got tasted really nice. I had the frosty geisha which is just a matcha frappe and added boba and ice cream to it and it did not disappoint! Service was really friendly and the girls who helped us apologized for the wait even though we didn't wait too long and understood our order would take time. Their dining area is closed so you're not able to sit while you're waiting. It seems like a covid practice. The sign on their door also states they only allow 5 people in the store at one time. I went on mother's day yesterday with my family, and I really enjoyed my experience there, although it was a quick one. They all welcomed my family when we came in! It was an extremely pleasant! I wish I learned all their names, as I would love to shout them out, but from the girl to the register who had helped our family by answering all our questions (she had red hair) to the people who helped bag our order (a boy and another girl who had curly hair) to the thank you from all the workers when we left made us want to come back, and we will! The drinks were delicious and were made very well-- it was exactly what my family and I were craving. We got a couple of smoothies and milk teas and they tasted great! It's a new infinitea location!! Thank goodness! Mililani needed one. This location is in the beginning of Mililani Mauka. Ambience: it's pretty casual.there is a few tables and chairs. Seems like a spot for teens to go after school. The menu is the same from the other locations. Same great menu, same great taste! This location has food items! I haven't tried any food items, but they sounded delish. I love that Infinitea has something for everyone, even the non milk tea folks. They have fruit teas, smoothies , milk shakes and many various flavors. They even have something for the health buffs; protein shakes! My faves are the taro Milk Tea, anything ube and the pb protein shake. Overall it is a nice place to catch a refreshing drink or snack. Located in the wonderful town of Mililani, Infinitea is small but great. My go to drink lately has been the Ube in Love drink. Ice cream is such a guilty pleasure of mine. What's interesting about this location is that they only have large or monster size. It's great if you have a big appetite, but not so great if you don't eat much. Still, you can always share with a friend if you don't mind using the same cup. This location also sells sandwiches. Unfortunately, they don't have any games you can play with like other locations. Parking can be tough to find on the weekend. This mall seems pretty popular then, and I got lucky. read more

The new location is beautiful and saves the drive going to Ka Makana Alii or Waimalu Shopping Center. My husband and I were surprised when we came here. We came to eat pho next door, only to realize our favorite boba place was now in Mililani close to us. The menu has been updated the last time we walked into an Inifinitea. They offer a variety of food items that I haven't seen before like bagels and even had a pastry glass full of pastries you can choose from. I come here every almost every Saturday to come and get a drink and realized I've never made a review yet. I'm disappointed in these reviews because I think most of them are too harsh and customers don't realize that people make mistakes. I've been coming here since 2019 and the drinks never disappointed. The staff have always been super nice and friendly even when it's different people all the time.
