I come here every almost every Saturday to come and get a drink and realized I've never made a review yet. I'm disappointed in these reviews because I think most of them are too harsh and customers don't realize that people make mistakes. I've been coming here since 2019 and the drinks never disappointed. The staff have always been super nice and friendly even when it's different people all the time. Since I come on saturdays it's super busy but my drinks are still good quality, come out fast, and even tho they're stressed they are still have good customer service. read more

Ordered two oolong milk teas. Handed my husband's cup to him while he was driving. He put the straw in, then the bottom of the cup started leaking...then pouring out! It spilled all over him and I had to grab it and hold it outside of the window to stop it getting all over the interior. For a place that charges $15 for two regular size milk teas, this is so disappointing! The cup is clearly not made well if it's cracking in cars! Second - the taste. Another let down. I ordered my oolong milk tea with 50% less sugar and double boba. It tastes way too sweet! At least regular sweetness if not more. Yuck! The boba are hard, not soft and fresh. If you're business is boba, please try a little harder to get it right. These teas are not something I would ever purchase again. May as well drink a canned version of milk tea as far as quality and freshness goes. read more

I'm not a big fan of Boba or tapioca balls in my drink but there's so much cookies in the drink that it's almost like having tapioca in the drink anyways. Food Item Menu: Lobster, Crab sandwiches available -I recommend Lobster one (pretty good), Avocado Bagel Toast w/bacon is good - all very large in portion so will fill you up for sure! They also have other food items such as, lobster bisque soup, clam chowder, tomato bisque, chicken pesto sandwich and salads. Ambiance: a little loud but normal and tolerable- local music in background and limited seats to share with your friend neighbor Workers- young but super friendly and greet you with a warm "welcome" as you walk in the door. So disappointing I was craving a good boba drink and tried infinitea at Kamakana Alii and loved their drinks. I got the strawberry dream.. in the picture there was fresh strawberries and it looked so refreshing so I got it with boba. Anyways, this place has an easy step by step "how to order" sheet conveniently located next to the register. This was very helpful for someone who forgets what to say when ordering. The Thai tea that I ordered with 75% sweetness was right on target for me. It would be nice though if they had more drink size options...24oz and 32oz can be a lot. The tea is definitely worth the trip... if they are not busy it takes them two minutes to prepare three drinks. The staff was profession, super friendly and really patient. If you have any questions, they definitely help you out and won't make you feel rushed. I had very impactful experience here and look forward to coming back. I HIGHLY recommend trying this place out. I have been dying to try their Salmon Lox Bagel, finally took the plunge and they did not disappoint. One of the best everything bagels I have tasted, toasted perfectly. Some businesses have been hit pretty hard during the pandemic so more often than not a lot of them have taken shortcuts to make up for that loss. I'm glad to say that they have not! Everything that you would expect of a salmon lox bagel, executed perfectly. Not to mention this may be the best clam chowder with bacon that I have ever tasted. The royal milk tea (black milk tea) is tasty. I normally get mines 50% sweet, sometimes even 25%. It's a normal milk tea drink, comparable to every other milk tea place. Glad there's finally a boba place in Mililani Mauka, and they're open late! My favorite drink is the Hawaiian Delight smoothie - I think it's strawberry, pineapple, mango? I've also tried Pineapple Passion and Strawberry Banana smoothies (both great), and the Lava Flow smoothie (not so great, nothing compares to Koolina or Roy's lava flows). Only reason why this isn't my favorite place is because their boba is not great. If the boba itself is a make or break for you, don't try this one. It's pretty hard and doesn't have much taste (many places with better tasting boba out there), but for the convenience and the great tasting smoothies it'll do! read more

A boba place in Mililani Mauka! Yay! They are located by Wing Stop. Plentiful parking in the lot and if you want to take time to explore other shops in the complex, there are a couple more parking lots where you will find more parking. The workers here are quite nice. Our drinks came out exactly as we ordered them!! My niece was mucho happy with hers, my mom as well. My brother was a little surprised at how sweet his brown sugar milk tea was - but I didn't adjust the sweetness so maybe next time we'll do 50% sweet. My tea was perfect!! One thing that made me a little uncomfortable was while waiting for my drink, and to allow enough room for the next people to order, I needed to wait by the menu on the right wall. This made me uncomfortable because the next few people in line were trying to look at the menu to make their choices and I felt like I was blocking their view. There were tables stacked on the left side of the shop, if those could be moved to the right (under the wall menu), that would give more room for people to line up against the left to order. Then the people waiting could perhaps wait closer to the right of the entrance without feeling like they were crowding everyone else. Overall it's very nice to have a boba place in Mauka!! However today was an interesting experience.... After asking for light ice, I was disappointed to see that they had given me half a cups worth. I asked if what they had given me was really considered 'light' to which the two young ladies at the counter replied that half a cup was indeed considered light... and further explained that regular would have been a full cup of ice...I'm not sure why anyone would want a full or in this case 'regular' cup of ice for their unblended tea drink, much less how they would accommodate for extra ice for those who desire it.... At this point, my family was wondering why I had returned to the counter and we discussed the situation. Luckily another lady came out to check on us and asked if I would like less ice in my drink, unlike the other two she fixed it no questions/ excuses. Ordered The bad & boujee lemonade (strawberry, ginger & lemon) which is super good!! Except I had lemon seeds, pieces of lemon peel & mushy boba in it. The lemon peel inside isn't a bad trait only if it can't fit through my straw, which I don't think they thought about. My family and I have tried this place couple times. Lately I don't know if it's the lack or workers or communication. They have messed up on my kids order multiple times. Simple order like ube love with boba add haupia or ube love with extra boba no coconut jelly. I seen them wrote it on the cup and the cup is correct. But when they come out it's ube love with coconut jelly no ube or ube love with no boba with extra coconut jelly. When I do say the order is wrong they said they can't remake the drink or have an attitude about waiting a cup. I said I'm sorry but this is not correct can you fix it? They said we would have to make a new drink you will have to wait till they are done with phone orders.
