Walking past this place, I merely ducked to look under the doorway banner when I was greeted with a full chorus of, "Welcome!" There were perhaps eight people behind the counter all smiling at me. I had no choice but to go in. The menu is expansive. The instructions for ordering make it clear this place caters to boba tea pros. But they were kind enough to explain to this old man how it works. I didn't follow the instructions, but I still got something delicious. My friend picked up his own drink, as well as some macaroons. Located in Mililani Mauka next to Saito & Pho and Taps and Apps, this is a great spot for dessert or a cool sweet treat! read more

Ordered two oolong milk teas. Handed my husband's cup to him while he was driving. He put the straw in, then the bottom of the cup started leaking...then pouring out! It spilled all over him and I had to grab it and hold it outside of the window to stop it getting all over the interior. For a place that charges $15 for two regular size milk teas, this is so disappointing! The cup is clearly not made well if it's cracking in cars! Second - the taste. Another let down. I ordered my oolong milk tea with 50% less sugar and double boba. It tastes way too sweet! At least regular sweetness if not more. Yuck! The boba are hard, not soft and fresh. If you're business is boba, please try a little harder to get it right. These teas are not something I would ever purchase again. May as well drink a canned version of milk tea as far as quality and freshness goes. read more

I come here every almost every Saturday to come and get a drink and realized I've never made a review yet. I'm disappointed in these reviews because I think most of them are too harsh and customers don't realize that people make mistakes. I've been coming here since 2019 and the drinks never disappointed. The staff have always been super nice and friendly even when it's different people all the time. Since I come on saturdays it's super busy but my drinks are still good quality, come out fast, and even tho they're stressed they are still have good customer service. read more

Finally, a boba tea place near home...located at Mililani Gateway next to Saito & Pho and Verizon. Typical Menu of Milk Teas, Fruit Teas, Lemonades, Premium Blends, Original Blends, Protein Blends, and Signature Blends. Food Item Menu: Lobster, Crab sandwiches available -I recommend Lobster one (pretty good), Avocado Bagel Toast w/bacon is good - all very large in portion so will fill you up for sure! They also have other food items such as, lobster bisque soup, clam chowder, tomato bisque, chicken pesto sandwich and salads. Ambiance: a little loud but normal and tolerable- local music in background and limited seats to share with your friend neighbor Workers- young but super friendly and greet you with a warm "welcome" as you walk in the door. Recommendations: may be nice to have some utensils available for the food or cut sandwiches in half. Overall, a new favorite of mine in Mililani...will definitely come back and highly recommend everyone stop by! read more

I'm so glad they opened this boba shop in Mauka!! My boba craving can be satisfied within minutes now. Anyways, this place has an easy step by step "how to order" sheet conveniently located next to the register. This was very helpful for someone who forgets what to say when ordering. The Thai tea that I ordered with 75% sweetness was right on target for me. It would be nice though if they had more drink size options...24oz and 32oz can be a lot. I feel like if they had a 16oz option, that would be perfect. Parking can be a struggle in this plaza especially during peak hours but it is worth it! read more

Cookie Monster is my go to!! It's so delicious. I'm not a big fan of Boba or tapioca balls in my drink but there's so much cookies in the drink that it's almost like having tapioca in the drink anyways. I actually wish I could make having extra cookies in it an option. I feel like the price is very reasonable. About the same going rate as any other Boba place but they have a pretty wide selection of flavors and options. I've only tried the Mililani location but definitely worth trying! read more

So disappointing I was craving a good boba drink and tried infinitea at Kamakana Alii and loved their drinks. I got the strawberry dream.. in the picture there was fresh strawberries and it looked so refreshing so I got it with boba. When I drank it it was straight up sweet strawberry syrup & the boba was HARD! My daughter got Ube in love and her boba was hard also. Wasted $20. read more

The tea is definitely worth the trip... if they are not busy it takes them two minutes to prepare three drinks. The staff was profession, super friendly and really patient. If you have any questions, they definitely help you out and won't make you feel rushed. I had very impactful experience here and look forward to coming back. I HIGHLY recommend trying this place out. They have set drinks, however, you can also make your own with the ingredients they offer. They also have three different sizes to offer. The cups are made very well. read more

Would rate this place 0 stars actually. Lazy employees, go in and see girls on phones head down. Girl In front shouldn't be on her phone. Same kids working all the time. No one looks happy to be working, they look at customers as a inconvenience. So I'm like screw this place I take my money somewhere else. And if I like get food from Costco than I'll go Costco. They make bank of of Costco products. Wouldn't recommend. This place is garbage! read more

i've come here like twice and my first experience was fine i think. this time though the girl at the register was lowkey rude and just didn't look like she wanted to be there at all it felt so awkward talking to her....i also figured she would ask me if i wanted to adjust sweetness level and amount of ice, but i was too scared to ask lmao not a fan of this place read more

I have been dying to try their Salmon Lox Bagel, finally took the plunge and they did not disappoint. One of the best everything bagels I have tasted, toasted perfectly. Some businesses have been hit pretty hard during the pandemic so more often than not a lot of them have taken shortcuts to make up for that loss. I'm glad to say that they have not! Everything that you would expect of a salmon lox bagel, executed perfectly. Not to mention this may be the best clam chowder with bacon that I have ever tasted. The royal milk tea (black milk tea) is tasty. I normally get mines 50% sweet, sometimes even 25%. It's a normal milk tea drink, comparable to every other milk tea place. Not bad but nothing really that pushes it over the top. Overall, very pleased with my meal, will definitely go again. read more

I will keep coming here whenever I want boba. I've tried most of their milk teas, lemonades, and smoothies. My go to is a honey lemonade with lychee jelly, black sugar milk tea, cookies n cream smoothie, or the jasmine milk tea. read more

My favorite go to place to get ube drinks! The Ube Crumble is my all time favorite. The cashier was super nice and helpful, and the service was quick. However, the drinks were really sweet, even at 50%. I didn't realize how sweet the drinks were until I was already on the freeway and didn't want to turn back. My family's drinks were also unbearably sweet. Just disappointed I couldn't drink my drink because of the sugar headache it gave. read more

Chairs were up on the table, lights off, and cleaning was taken place. This was 40 minutes before closing. There was no sign indicating that they closed early nor when they take their last order. Glad there's finally a boba place in Mililani Mauka, and they're open late! My favorite drink is the Hawaiian Delight smoothie - I think it's strawberry, pineapple, mango? I've also tried Pineapple Passion and Strawberry Banana smoothies (both great), and the Lava Flow smoothie (not so great, nothing compares to Koolina or Roy's lava flows). Only reason why this isn't my favorite place is because their boba is not great. If the boba itself is a make or break for you, don't try this one. It's pretty hard and doesn't have much taste (many places with better tasting boba out there), but for the convenience and the great tasting smoothies it'll do! read more

I have no idea why it took me so long to visit this spot... but I'm soooo glad that I did! .. You can order delivery via BiteSquad for a small fee or call ahead for takeout which is pretty fast, or walk-in and order in person. .. My favorite drink is their Ube Crumble - It basically an ube shake with oreos in it and on the walls. Literally, Ube heaven in a cup! .. My favorite food is their avocado bacon bagel - It has an avocado spread on a toasted bagel with red onions and bacon bits with this like buttery sauce drizzled on the top. I'm literally salivating just writing this review. .. Must go and check them out!! read more

My fav boba shop/chain in Hawaii!!! The workers always do a good job on making sure my drinks are sweet & flavorful enough so they aren't a watered down mess after 5 min. Brown Sugar Milk Tea/Thai tea with Boba are my go to pick-me-up drinks after a long day! read more

If I could leave sometime lower than NO STAR I would! These kids that work here absolutely don't care about the business. The service is horrible and they gave me a drink that was not even sealed so naturally the drink spilled all over! Isn't it their job to make sure the cap is sealed onto the cup? I called to speak to a manager, they said they'll get back to me in a few weeks! Really?? I'll NOT EVER BE RETURNING to this establishment good luck to you and let's see how long you last! A boba place in Mililani Mauka! Yay! They are located by Wing Stop. Plentiful parking in the lot and if you want to take time to explore other shops in the complex, there are a couple more parking lots where you will find more parking. The workers here are quite nice. Our drinks came out exactly as we ordered them!! My niece was mucho happy with hers, my mom as well. My brother was a little surprised at how sweet his brown sugar milk tea was - but I didn't adjust the sweetness so maybe next time we'll do 50% sweet. My tea was perfect!! One thing that made me a little uncomfortable was while waiting for my drink, and to allow enough room for the next people to order, I needed to wait by the menu on the right wall. This made me uncomfortable because the next few people in line were trying to look at the menu to make their choices and I felt like I was blocking their view. There were tables stacked on the left side of the shop, if those could be moved to the right (under the wall menu), that would give more room for people to line up against the left to order. Then the people waiting could perhaps wait closer to the right of the entrance without feeling like they were crowding everyone else. Overall it's very nice to have a boba place in Mauka!! You can tell the workers here enjoy their jobs and get along - we saw only smiling (with their eyes) workers and the atmosphere was upbeat!! read more

Enough to get my milk tea/boba fix, but I'm not sure it would be rated the top on this island. The taste off the milk tea is fine, but the boba is a bit hard. Kinda tastes like just a boba you could get from the mall. Also, I don't like how their cups are soooo flimsy. You can squeeze it so easily. read more

I was so excited when this place opened because it is right around the corner from me. I am not very picky when it comes to Milk Tea but this must be one of the worst boba places. Theres so much potential here as they have a wonderful location. Right next to great restaurants like Saito and Pho, this place makes a perfect last stop to an enjoyable evening out. However today was an interesting experience.... After asking for light ice, I was disappointed to see that they had given me half a cups worth. I asked if what they had given me was really considered 'light' to which the two young ladies at the counter replied that half a cup was indeed considered light... and further explained that regular would have been a full cup of ice...I'm not sure why anyone would want a full or in this case 'regular' cup of ice for their unblended tea drink, much less how they would accommodate for extra ice for those who desire it.... At this point, my family was wondering why I had returned to the counter and we discussed the situation. Luckily another lady came out to check on us and asked if I would like less ice in my drink, unlike the other two she fixed it no questions/ excuses. I really appreciated her professional attitude and her customer service skills. If it weren't for her, this review probably would have been a 1 star. read more

Tried the Island Breeze protein mix for the first time and it was really good! I wish it came in a smaller size, a large was just too much. We also got brown sugar milk tea at half sweet. Boba wasn't bad. During a previous visit I ordered a blended honeydew milk tea at half sweet and it still felt too sweet. I'd definitely try 25% next time. Staff is efficient and friendly. I gave 3 stars because of the lack in size options for blended drinks and the menu is hard to follow, it's a bit hectic. read more

We come here at least twice a month. Although more expensive than other places, the blends are unique and taste great. My fav is the ube in love. My kids love the Cookie crumble or Oreo smoothies. So excited for this location because I've been driving to kapolei from North Shore. I'm not sure exactly what day they opened but they have a Grand Opening sign. There were lots of workers on duty and although there were quite a few people ordering, the irdering pricess was pretty quick and smoothe. It took less than 5 minutes to get my drink! Ordered The bad & boujee lemonade (strawberry, ginger & lemon) which is super good!! Except I had lemon seeds, pieces of lemon peel & mushy boba in it. The lemon peel inside isn't a bad trait only if it can't fit through my straw, which I don't think they thought about. My mom ordered the Li hing strawberry green tea and she said it was really good, just a little too sweet for her and her boba was also mushy. I was really excited about them being in Mililani so fingers crossed today was just an off day! Also be aware, they have a lot of workers working which isn't a bad thing but it threw us off considering they weren't busy! When we left there was like 10 voices yelling "bye thank you!" read more

Cute little tea shop in Mililani! The workers were casual and really friendly, making the experience of trying out a new boba place easy and fun. $17.95 for a drink is ridiculous but if you got money then do it ! Drinks are mid not too impressive

My family and I have tried this place couple times. Lately I don't know if it's the lack or workers or communication. They have messed up on my kids order multiple times. Simple order like ube love with boba add haupia or ube love with extra boba no coconut jelly. I seen them wrote it on the cup and the cup is correct. But when they come out it's ube love with coconut jelly no ube or ube love with no boba with extra coconut jelly. When I do say the order is wrong they said they can't remake the drink or have an attitude about waiting a cup. I said I'm sorry but this is not correct can you fix it? They said we would have to make a new drink you will have to wait till they are done with phone orders. I could no believe I'm so over it and will not be returning to this spot no matter how convenient close it is to our home. I'd rather go town to town center or wahiawa. read more
