I think there is a different level of service if you could speak French or not. We ordered the calamari and shrimp to start, it was SO good. The calamari was nicely breaded and the shrimp was tasty. We ordered two pizzas to try. One was the margarita and the other was Americana (comes with prosciutto - it was too salty so I could finish the meat portion). The Mac and cheese was really good. Our little one loved it. We asked for the truffle on the side. We didn't order any dessert because we were too full. It's a nice vibe and a great spot for a large group. It can get pretty loud so you feel like you have to yell when you are speaking. The washrooms are on the second floor. There is a patio upstairs and I saw a few tables. The vibe I. I ordered chicken parm with spaghetti. The sauce on both was the same, bland, pale, thin, clearly sugared to cut the acidity, but no other flavours running through. Chicken was under seasoned as well, so the whole thing was pretty flavourless. I ordered garlic bread, and they put something spicy on it which I didn't enjoy. It was pretty soggy, and had a taste of chemicals somewhat. Also ordered their Rocher cake, chocolate layers with fererro bits through it. It was sweet on sweet on sweet, and not very enjoyable.

I love the creme Anglaise that was poured over my banana chocolate chip crepe. The staff here is top-notch--friendly, welcoming, attentive, and fluent in French and English. I accidentally knocked over my cup of coffee while reaching across the table and our server was there in a heartbeat wiping it up as I apologized profusely. She immediately brought me a free replacement coffee which was super nice and generous. This restaurant is located in a small strip mall with a large free parking lot. The exterior looks pretty with lots of potted flowers. The interior is cozy and rustic looking, with high ceilings, a brick wall, natural wood decor, and warm lighting. We sat in a comfortable booth along the wall. You can also sit at tables in the middle of the restaurant or at a bar at one end of the large room. Tvs mounted at the bar were showing hockey, but they were quiet enough that we were able to converse without the tvs being a distraction. I highly recommend this excellent restaurant!
