I used to come to this salon regularly (years) and have watched this salon transition through different owners. Regardless, I would see Ing each time for almost 4 years. I had made an appointment with her a day prior to my arrival in April and when I arrived, I was informed Ing was no longer working there. I was never called, I wasn't offered another person, and I wasn't given a reason as to why I wasn't informed prior to coming. This is the second person to have left Indulgence that did an amazing job, which may speak of the current management. Not only am I disheartened at how they handled my appointment but I then discovered when the appointment was made, Ing was already gone. I will not return. read more

Okay so I'm a very lenient and tolerable client they were very nice there and everything however the CATEYE GEL POLISH I got barely lasted 4 days. It literally chipped off - I had acrylic nails done and I've had acrylic gel cat eye nails before (not here) and I've NEVER had the paint chip off lol idk what happened.... I'm disappointed because my nails normally last me 3 weeks and it's just sad :( read more

Worst place I've ever been to get nails done, got them done on a Thursday 05/21/26, 5 days later peeling, they don't even paint the whole nail. Nails were not dried completely when the staff told me I was done, didn't see the damage on two nails till I got home, by then place was closed. Had a wedding to go to, nails didn't look great but with black hard to tell. Definitely will not go back, over priced, poor quality and slow service read more

Went here for a basic pedicure. I'm literally just asking for my toes to be shaped and polished which should be easy. My nail technician applied one coat. That should've been my first warning. This is my pedicure after 24 hours. Already chipped horribly. I will definitely not be back here. read more

I came in as a walk-in for a pedicure and I am SO glad that I did! I have a toddler, was feeling stressed out, and was looking to relax and this was perfect. I had what was probably the most relaxing pedicure that I have ever had and the shaping and polish on my toes looked perfect as well! I got the deluxe which was 47.00 dollars I think after they took 10% off for being a first time client. My nail tech was Tina and she did the perfect balance of trimming without cutting my sidewalls down (if you know, you know). I will definitely be back! read more

Great pedicure and love my nails! Easy to get an appointment and salon is spacious and clean.

Came from CA to visit a friend. Decided to get pedicures since it was close to her (in the Costco parking lot). Henry did a great job. He was personable, took great care of my friend and made her toes look amazing again! We did Gel and the price menu shows exactly how much everything is. You get one price for cash/Zelle and $1 more for cards. It was a very large and clean space. The ones I'm used to back home are more narrow and don't have as many chairs available. So if you want to bring friends, they'll have space for all of you! The massage chairs were comfortable and they worked well. I enjoyed it. They have TV's for entertainment/vibe, I didn't watch them because my friend and I were chatting, but was nice to have them on low in the background. When I come back to visit, I want to get my services from Henry. See you soon Henry! read more

I went in at 5p on a Thursday. The salon was empty. The techs were performing services on each other. That type of slow. My son (9yrs) and I got pedicures. They provide a menu or pedicures from basic to signature packages each varying in price. The basic pedicure cost $27. Includes cuticles, massage, hot towel and hot stone. Next package up includes sugar scrub along with the basic offerings. You get the picture. I got a basic package add callus ($7) plus I got gel toe nail polish ($15). All in all, I paid $80 and that included $7 tips. The tech (I forgot her name) was nice. She tried to engage in conversation with me the entire time despite having my iPad playing a show. No worries. We were done within an hour which is a huge plus for me. The salon was clean and nicely decorated. I even went back and got my girlfriend a gift certificate for a mani/pedi. They're worth a try! read more

I've been loyal since they opened. I've been patient and kind. Yesterday I was talked into getting dip for nails. I always get gel and my favorite color every time. I don't know anything about dip or the colors and Katie suggested one similar.... it wasn't even close to what I like. I expressed my frustration and got in return an argument back from the girl that works the front stating that she had told me that was a sheer color... when???? A month ago???? And then she told me that would be$25 to change on top of the $50 they just talked me into. I had just spent an additional $25 two weeks ago on a redo from a $42 gel manicure that chipped within 5 days.... so you are going to tell me that would be another $25 to change because I'm unhappy??? I will find another place, there are a million, I will not be returning. read more

Will ALWAYS go back here anytime I visit Arizona. Lived in AZ for 3 years, tried other nail salons, but this one is where I am confident when walking out the doors. Cindy, Ing and Linda are the BEST people. We joke, laugh, or when I'm out of social battery it's not awkward for me to be silent. They've been so accommodating and I always leave with beautiful gel pedicures and dip manicures. The store itself is so modern and beautiful, with TVs to watch/background noise. I always let my coworkers know about this spa! We don't gatekeep. read more

Tried Indulgence for the first time today, and I had a great time! I was kindly greeted and promptly seated even though I was a walk-in. My pedicure by Kristy was fantastic. She was very personable and nice, and she made me feel so relaxed during my service. My polish came out excellent also. I got the Deluxe Pedi, which was $47 before tip. It was definitely worth every dollar. I will definitely try to come back! read more

This place is amazing and I just do not understand how it had six reviews before this!!! Linda is definitely the best EVER and I will for sure be back for her. I have never in my life had a manicure or pedicure that was as thorough as just now. My legs are tingling and I can feel the blood flowing better. There are so many chairs, and not the busted ones that I have found alllll over California that I am used to. These chairs are NICE and actually get in there. My personal trainer put me through it today and that chair was so needed just now. It's so clean inside, like so clean my OCD didn't make me twitch which is rare. Well maintained, and the staff all seemed very kind. Thank you and see you soon Linda :) you should treat yourself and go see my girl... read more

First time trying this spa out. It's conveniently situated right off the 303 between Costco and Black Rifle Coffee. Since it's in a large area, there is plenty of overflow parking as well as close slots up front (several spots also for those needing handicapped spaces which is nice). The shop is large, well spaced out and clean. The had a large range of colors and formulas which was wonderful. I only went in for a pedicure, so I can't speak about and hand/manicure services. I decided on the luxury pedicure (mid range) which included a reg massage, hot stone massage, several additional aromatherapy treatment add ons and an amazing paraffin treatment (best thing for tired feet). They were out of some of the aromatherapy options, but the tech informed me before I made a choice which was very proactive and professional. Even with a few out of stock items there were more than plenty to chose from. I also chose gel nail polish so it would last longer. The entire service was lovely. The technician was attentive, nice and listened to exactly what I wished for. The chairs were okay, not the most comfortable, but there was a nice range of massage options. Just not really to my liking but still clean and well maintained The manager/owner is also super sweet and checks around to make sure everything is running smoothly through the spa. I came as a walk-in on a Saturday morning, about an hour after opening and didn't even have a wait which was also super great. They were busy but not overly crowded. I definitely recommend them for pedis, and will return in the future. read more

Got a gel manicure- details are terrible. My nails are bending at the end because they are so thin. The paint isn't even and the texture of the nails is bumpy. The man who did my nails had a bandaid on his hand, right where my fingers lay when he paints the other fingers. Why was he not wearing gloves? Lol it also kept coming off and he would try to lay it back down. read more

1st and last time here. Only went cuz it's close to home. Place was empty, always a red flag. Pedi was just ok. Barley any lotion, came home with dry heels and toes. The guy spent no time spent on massage, which is my fave part. Hot stones was a joke, barely felt them. Worst part is the price for this was $35, $36 since I didn't have cash. Was supposed to be $27. Told him I wanted a basic pedi. Do not recommend unless you prefer mediocre service. read more

First and last time here. I stopped by since I was in the area for a pedicure. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait and I sat with my feet in water for 25 minutes. She asked how the temp was and I let her know it was burning my feet. She turned it down but it was almost full at that point. On top of that the basic pedicure is $43! Most places are $35! There was no apology for the excessive wait time. On top of everything it was WARM inside. I understand the temps are 79 outside but no air no fan it was beyond uncomfortable. I understand wanting to save a buck but come on! Sweating during a pedicure because it's that hot????? Unacceptable! It's unfortunate because this place is new and clean but they need to get it together. The pedicure was wonderful but the experience needs work! read more

My daughter and I went in for gel manicures a few weeks ago, early on a Sunday morning. We were the only customers in the shop so we were taken back to the manicure stations right away. The place itself was very nice and clean. My issue is with my manicure itself. My tech was an older woman and right away, she began to argue with me that the manicure I had on my nails was a dip manicure. It wasn't. It was a gel manicure and I stated as much several times and that I know the difference. She continued to insist that it was not a gel manicure, but a dip manicure. This matters, I promise. After soaking my nails (natural nails. Not acrylics) in acetone, she broke out the dremal and started to take the rest of the polish off... but she kept going. Grinding down my nails while telling me that the "powder" that was flying around was "dip powder". It wasn't. It was my nails she was grinding down to dust. This went on for several minutes (and two dremal changes) before it started to hurt and I jerked my hand away from her. She took my hand back and kept going for another 30 seconds or so before she put the dremal away and started my manicure. My nails, which are naturally thick and long are now paper thin and splitting. I had to cut them down completely and will have to wait for them to grow out before I can get another manicure. Hopefully my nails will recover. If you go there and an older woman attempts to dremal your nails, be smarter than me and tell her no thank you. If you're looking for a good salon in the same area, try Saguaro Nails by the Safeway on Peoria and Cotton. read more

I really wanted to like this place. I came for a pedicure and a full set. The guy that did my nails was not friendly at all. He was grabby, tugging on my hands the entire time. It took 2.5 hours and he cut me more than once. My finger is bleeding still from him a day later, then I get my bill and it is was $110!!!! Never again. read more

First time customer and I went in for a full set. The owner started on my nails and had an upset client so he stopped and went outside and talked to her for 4 min. He came back in and started on my nails answered his personal cell phone then went back to working on my nails. Got another phone call started yelling into his cell phone then went outside again. I sat there for another few minutes when another lady got someone else to finish my nails. He was very unprofessional and didn't apologize. On top of his rudeness I got into my car and noticed my thumb nails were so uneven. read more

My wife and I tried this place and found the service and the entire experience to be absolutely awful. Horrible place! The poor reviews should have stopped me from trying this place. But it's a short drive and I was just going to get a simple gel manicure anyway, thought how bad of a job could it be? I was obviously wrong. The edges of my gel manicure started to peel off 3 days after they were done. Stopped at the place to see what they could do, they offered absolutely nothing and accused me for stopping too late (I was out of the town for Christmas and new year). Explained I physically couldn't have stopped sooner, of course they didn't care. When I asked if they could at least remove the gel, they wanted $10 for that. The place was empty when I walked in, so it wasn't like they were too busy to take care of a previous poor job. Don't waste your time or money at this place. Oh, they also charge $1 if you use a credit card. read more

Just don't. I came here rather than my typical place because it is closer to where I live and it was not worth it. The pedicure was okay but she began painting my toes with an orange red I didn't choose. When I told her that wasn't the color she said she was putting is as the base because the red glitter was see through. Okay fine, but with the color I chose on top it came out more orange than I wanted. Had she told me that I would have chosen another color. The worst part of the experience was my dip powder manicure. My tech was the owner's sister, she was rough, rude and I had to repeatedly ask her to fix my nails. I asked her to cut my nails and she continued to just shape. When I asked her again if she was going to cut them, she snipped at me that she asked me that. I said "I asked you to cut them" and then she waved her hand at me. I understand sometimes there is a language barrier and things have to be repeated that's fine, but don't be rude. She had me put my hand in the UV light for 3 min after putting the sealant on the powder. I have never been asked to do that. She then did not do the almond shaped I asked for after asking her multiple times. She put a base coat ON TOP of the powder before putting the top coat on. The top coat isn't even covering my whole nail and it's already peeling and I had these done yesterday. It's a gel coat that everyone knows peels when you put it on top of SNS. Cheap service to get you to come back sooner My nails are a horrible shape, bumpy, and uneven. It was a simple SNS and they charged $45. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 min to a better salon. I'll be going to get this taken off tomorrow. read more

It was empty when we walked in last week, we started with pedicures and I had asked the girl not to go too hard on the callus exfoliation twice and she didn't listen so now my heels feel raw and sore. They talked us into getting manicures and I had asked for square shaped nails and she cut the sides of my nails almost coffin shaped like and I asked her what shape it was and she said square and they weren't at all square shaped. Then she didn't even trim my cuticles and painted over my cuticles. I expressed that I did not like them and how it looked like it was cracking at the cuticle because it was painted over. The Manager laughed at me and gave me cuticle oil pen as their apology. I just wanted them redone. The Manager unprofessionally handled the situation and we will not be coming back. I tried to provide them professional constructive feedback but she had collected our payments before our manicures were even started so I would wait till they're finished to pay because I was not at all pleased with my nails. They didn't care and did nothing to fix them. read more

I really like the owner but some dumb statements were said about me being difficult by one of his staffs who wasn't even involved. So clearly they were talking shit about me and my friend. I picked a number and homie brought a whole diff color from a different book. So it was blue & i wanted green. And soooo i asked for the book again & of course smart big mouth said read the number from the bottom.. girl What you think i did, homie just don't know how to pay attention to the right color i requested. And when my friend goes to The bathroom && big mouth says something about a manicure without dip & my friend wanted dip so i corrected them. & she's like no she don't want dip, then the owners says no it's dip that she requested. Of course he remembers. So then she says to me Why are y'all being so difficult?? Well first off Whole staff ain't listening besides the owner, so everything is mixed up. Nobody is paying attention to any details. So yes I'm going to correct it, I'm not paying money for a color i didn't even REQUEST. I had no issues with the ones who serviced me but big mouth had to put her 2 cents in on a convo she wasn't even involved in. & say why you being difficult??? Like girl I'm not even a bad client , i just don't want to pay for a whole other color I don't even like. & she wants to say for me to do my friends nails because we being difficult , like really. I wouldn't be here if i wanted to do her damn nails. read more
