He was a pleasure to work with: he is responsive, on time, good-humored, informative without being patronizing, and struck me as highly ethical, honest and professional. I was prepared for the worst, but before he charged me a fortune, he ran diagnostics and determined that my system was fully charged and cooling; he suspected a leak and sure enough after crawling around under the house discovered a large leak that meant I had been wasting cool air over the summer and heat in the winter. He took pictures to show me, then patched it up. The whole process took about an hour and a half. I enjoyed working with him, definitely recommend him to others, and will certainly call him back if I need his help again. Brian was great! I sent him a number of issues from my home inspection report and he knocked them out in a couple of hours. The work needed to be done in the crawl space and due to a drainage issue, the crawl space was muddy. I know it is not pleasant to have to go down into a muddy crawl space but he was very professional about it. He was responsive and sent me pictures of the completed work. When I asked a question about some bunched up insulation in the crawl space, he offered to come back and remove it, which I accepted. He came back and gave me a full report of what was going on down in the crawl space and even sent me a video of what he saw. Would definitely work with him again. read more

Had my AC breakdown on a Sunday afternoon on the hottest day of the year. Got on Yelp and reached out to a few companies. Amazing!!!! We were having dryer issues caused by a clogged dryer vent. I called Brian at 10am and since he was in the neighborhood he was able to come over the same day!
